The employees that work in the pharmacy are exceptional people. They are so efficient and even when theyre busy their customer service is still top notch. Someone always makes themselves available to answer questions. Keep it up guys! Thankful for you!

I love this Walmart Pharmacy.... Im practically there once a week for my family! The pharmacy technician that always help me is Brooke. YES Brooke! Over the years, she has become so kind, humorous, and so helpful. She is truly efficient at her job and she knows about the MEDS. Honestly, even when they are extremely busy, the entire staff has great customer service skills. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the Conyers Area!

Nasty Attitude Every time Ive had any interaction from pharmacy technician Brooke. If possible, I would rather to avoid any interaction with Brooke 11/12/2020. The rest of the Conyers pharmacy team are always polite and professional.Didnt say anything last time regarding Brookes behavior frustrating day with few workers explained by yelling at myself and intentionally walking away from the counter to have me wait extra. Hope that things get better for Brooke. Being nice and having tolerance makes a difference. Have a wonderful day!

The absolute worst customer service of ANY Walmart Ive ever been to! They have only 2 driving carts that work out if a total of 4 for the store. Their lines are notoriously long at the registers because they never hire enough employees to run them. The morale if their employees is terrible because they dont treat them too well and customers get upset with them constantly because the store is so unfriendly to customers. Its really too bad. This is a high volume store that could service a lot more people in a pleasant manner if it had better management, more employees, and better corporate climate. If you are a customer in a hurry to grab something fast, I recommend you go anywhere else but here though. Youll end up frustrated and late!
