Only giving a one because I had to give a star. Please don’t ever take your vehicle here to be fixed. My husband dropped our truck off at this place to fix our 4 wheel drive and fix issue with truck not taking gas. He was told the truck would be ready in three days and he would receive a call. He went and got a rental until truck would be ready for pick up. The call never came. When he called the store he was left on hold 47 min two times. After two more days and no communication he went back up to the store and spoke to Sandra Boles. She told him the truck would be ready in one more week and he would get a phone call. The phone call never came. When you call the service center to ask questions, no one never knows anything and the hold times are ridiculously long. Then on top of all that we still didn’t get our truck back for almost a month. He drives off the lot to go get gas and the truck wouldn’t take gas. This was something they were suppose to be fixing. My husband called and he took the truck back to the store and they wanted him to leave the truck again. He refused, letting them know this is my only means of transportation. So he decided to wait. You would think with all we had been through with the bad customer service, the long ways on the phone, not having communication, paying $1700 and the attitude. He sat there from 7am to 3pm and the gas issue still didn’t get fixed. It’s sad that you try to support more black owned businesses and this is the results you get sometimes. This place needs to clean house and get some people that understands what doing your job and having great customer service is a must. We paying for a service!! You’re not doing anything for free. We will never return to this establishment nor refer anyone to them. The only referral I have is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They don’t have a corporate office and they refuse to give information to the owner or the people above them. This place is a wreck. If you decide to take your vehicle, don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!!!

Friendly service although I was not serviced on 10/25/21. My service was the prior week. I would bring my car to John Miles for service but not purchase from them again because of the tricks the sales manager used which was never addressed even though I complained.

Anthony and Kevin were the BEST, hands down. After searching countless of days and hours for my perfect SUV, we decided to order it from the factory just the way I wanted it. They never got irritated with me stopping by and calling to check in almost daily. They were super friendly and understanding. They made the process super easy. I purchased a 2021 Silverado from this place, drove it for 12,000 miles and the engine started knocking. My truck has been in the service department for almost 3 weeks and still has not been looked at. They got my truck mixed up with someone else and tried to convince me that I had an airbag issue and not an engine problem. I’ve spent 2 hours (on hold) on the phone today and still no answers. They do not offer courtesy vehicles so I’m stuck paying out of pocket for a rental for the past 3 weeks. At this point, I want to take my truck elsewhere for the warranty repairs but I can’t even get anyone on the phone to have it transferred!

The wait time on this visit to be checked in was better. The last few times the wait to pull my vehicle in to the car port was very long. I don’t know if you are short staffed or you don’t have to fast paste people to quickly get the card in and out of the check in pull in carport. It looks like to me the pull in car port needs to be emptied out fast therefore your customers will be in and out sooner and a more effective efficient check in experience would be better for your customers. Possible put a timer on the wall and monitor how look it takes you to check the customer in and clear that car out of your check in car port. It would show your customers you are trying to speed them out quicker.No one has time to wast waiting on your check in people to come up to my window and invite me into the service counter.Everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, this has turned out to be a negative customer experience. I took my car here for a diagnostic test 27 days ago and no one called to give an updated status on the vehicle. I had to go into the dealership to get answers. In looking for another option to get my Buick Lacrosse serviced. Now they say I need a new transmission...is this believable after a month?

I call the Service Department ask to speak toMs. Sandra the Manager I was on hold for 49 minutes. After I arrived at the Dealership I showed Mrs. Sandra, how long I hold fir her she never answered. She replied you can hang up now if I wasn’t aware of that sense I was their in her presence. Then they were to service my Vehicle for My starter. $140.00Was to much for Me already telling them what the problem was. And they dirty up the inside of My car stepping into on the door panel. When Mr. Randy was there as Manager I never had this problem. He would answer call or return message. Ms. Sandra want return call the service Department put you on hold and want come back to phone. Where do I start...I made an appointment online explaining the issue I was having. Only to get up there, for them to tell me I have to leave my car for a week. Why didnt I get a call explaining that to me? So a couple weeks later I was ready to leave it, drop my car off on October 21 and was told what was wrong and they would call me on Tuesday or Wednesday letting me know it was fixed. No call. I call on Wednesday at 5 and Ken the person that took my car was busy, so I was put on hold for 20 mins he didnt come to the phone. I call back a few mins later and asked to speak with Ken again, he told me it should be ready Friday or Saturday and he would call me back when its ready. Friday roll around, no call. Saturday roll around no call. I called back to speak with Ken, he told me its still in rotation and he would call me back that same day with an update. No call back, and its now Monday November 1st. Ken gave me his cell number, but that was useless, because he never answer it. This place is a joke. I will be writing a review on the BBB website, so people can know how these people are so unprofessional. Why give a timeframe and dont communicate as too why its not ready at that time?

On 10/19 I called as the stabiltrack light came on and was told to come 10/22. I was then told to return 10/26. On 10/26 I was told to return 10/29 and leave the car overnight. I asked to speak to the supervisor. 1/2 hour later, the supervisor took my keys, then called about noon to inform me the stabilitrack sensor needed to be replaced (612.82), the left front sensor needed to be replaced ($200), and the steering gear was discontinued. Therefor, a piece of trash after 13 years and only 150,000 miles. I was charged $140 to diagnose the sensor for the stabilitrack, code C0710, which my new mechanic agrees was a legitimate code when they are saying it was faulty. I was also charged another $140 to diagnose the steering gear and high pressure line needed replaced (which they declined to do using aftermarket). A total of $280 to diagnose one problem.I then called Morrow Hennesy, who agreed to use aftermarket with the reduced warranty. When I drove there to confirm the new appointment for Friday, they said I needed to leave it for a week. Declining to add to the repair a car rental expense, I am now a delighted customer of Goodyear. I will no doubt share the experience on Facebook.

Mr. Ken was really nice. He was very professional as well as the technicians and the cashier. I did however did not like the customer service given over the phone by Ms. Shannon. She was very unprofessional and disclosed information that was not relative to the questions I was asking. Overall the experience was good .

The young lady that checked me in and out was awesome. She went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle needs were met. I was disappointed with the vehicle technicians who did not supply me with the vehicle all points check form and did not top off my fluids (the young lady had to do that for me.) If I had not check before driving off, I would not have know. That leads me to ask, what else is being missed or not done.

This is the worst Chevrolet dealership Ive ever been to Sandra Boles service manager my truck has been here almost three months shes told lies after lies. Had my truck fixed here about 7months ago transmission replaced and oil pump 8500.00 to fix and transmission went back out under warranty drop it off over two months ago she dont return phone calls. today told me my truck will be fixed then it has to be transferred to another dealership to fix all kinds of lies two weeks ago that she sent it to another dealership and I went there they knew nothing she hasnt even contacted them.

I took my car for an oil change and alignment on 9/13, with no check engine light on ( they check for any coded when the car arrives). My car leak all the oil out, is now squeaking, Ms. Sandra will not return or answer my phone calls. Ken answers, I explain the situation to him, he asked me to return the car (it has no oil in it at this point) I had to tow my car there with no transportation to get from work, Mr Ken say Ms. Sandra will call me back after making the call st 11:35 am she has never returned my call. When my car arrived there Ken calls me and says, they received my car and the check engine light is on, like he had never spoken to me about the issue but to charge me more money for there mess up. I sat there over 4 hours to have my car destroyed at the dealership, where I thought Id recieve quality service. I was charged$400 to change my battery, ask for front alignment they supposedly did a four wheel alignment. I want to know who is over Ms. Sandra theres always a chain of command. HELP Please!!!! God help your child 🙏🏽☝🏽

I was given a 7:30 am appointment, after being there for 3 hours and bringing this up, I was told that John Miles dont make appointments, that appointment was made from GM itself! When I checked in at 7:30 am, I asked to have my right front checked for a nail. After finding the nail, I was told that it would cost me $25 to repair! I have tire and rim insurance with my truck, but no one seen to care at this dealership. Your service peoples have no respect for me or my vehicle. There will never be a time that my vehicle or any I know of going the that dealership!! I brought my truck from John Miles, but never again will I set foot in that dealership. I would also like to know how I can get my money back for my tire and rim insurance that I payed for!! Im sure GM know of these issues and still send peoples to this dealership.

Your finance man did all the paperwork with me, and went through explaining it to me and signing the documents with me. Left with my truck which was my first new vehicle purchase ever. I was on top of the world, never been happier. A few hours later I get a call that they cannot sell me the truck for that price and if I didn’t agree to do a new contract that they would take my truck. I felt bullied and insulted. Kevin and Demetrious were horrible to deal with and I will never do business here again, nor will I ever recommend someone to purchase a vehicle here. These two ruined my first new truck experience. I intend on leaving poor reviews wherever I can to insure nobody else deals with this. I would like to say however my salesman Jamal was nothing but helpful and a great person to worth with. Other than that it was terrible.

I made an appointment on my app a week before my appointment my appointment was for 930 I showed up at 830 and was told by service manager that they don’t receive online appointments and that my best bet is to just arrive as early as possible they immediately took my vehicle to the back for service but actually didn’t pull it into a bay until 1100 and I didn’t leave until 1145 there was absolutely no need for me to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation I lost a day of work for a task that was performed in 45 minutes even if they don’t honor appointments they could have told me upfront all services take 3 hrs and I would of went to quick lube or something this is utterly ridiculous and I don’t expect for anyone to have to deal with service like this!Who exactly do I contact because I expressed my concerns to jd and they weren’t handled?

I bought my 2018 Chevy Spark into the dealership in May for AC repairs. It is now August and the dealership has STILL not fixed my car. I have paid the necessary deductible and have been extremely patient. When I come up and speak to the service staff I get the run around. They have had my car for 3 MONTHS!!!!!! Run away fast! I have personally come to the dealership at least 7 times and have called numerous times. Each time I get the run around How can the Chevy Dealership not fix a problem from a Chevy bought from them? From the unprofessionalism, lack of competency and disrespect for my time, I will never buy or come here again. I have bought two cars from John Miles but NEVER AGAIN!!!

Kept my car for over a week , I was told it would just be in the shop over night when I picked my car up it had dirty Greasy hand prints on it and please keep in mind this is a bright yellow Camaro. Parts was a lil over 300$ labor was almost 1,000 smh ,so I paid over 1,300 $ and left with grease on my car. P.S no one kept me informed had to call after about 4 days.

Jamaal (my salesman) was nothing short of outstanding! From being greeted at the door to driving off was 58 minutes. They had everything ready to go. I gave Jamaal a quote from another dealer and he didnt just beat it...he smashed it. I could not believe how quick he got the quote back to me and how much lower it was. When my wife is ready to buy, I will contact Jamaal. Very impressed with everyone there. Al (finance) did not try to sell anything extra or pressure to buy anything. Very quick, thorough, friendly and professional. Mike (Internet Director) would not let me put money down to hold the truck. He gave me his word he would hold it until I got there that evening. True to his word it was parked right up by the building. Very impressed with John Miles Dealership!

Im usually a patient person, but the wait for a simple oil change was three hours. Clearly having an appointment means very little. And please dont bother taking a Corvette to this dealership because I was told they dont have the equipment to do a simple tire change. A Chevrolet Dealership that cant work on Chevrolet tires.

If i could give no stars i definitely would. They have the worst service center and service management in the world. I misplaced my key ( granted thats my fault) so i took it to the dealership i was willing to pay close to $500 so i can just get a new key for my truck. It has been now 3 weeks and Ive had the worst experience. They do not call to give you updates , i had to literally go up there every day or couple of days a week just to see whats going on , and thats not the half of it, they never have an answer , management literally cut my conversation short just to answer a phone call and they never came back to address me so i just left. Lastly after going up there again i found out that my was ready but they advised GMC cut the key wrong ...WOW SMH so now i will have to wait another month and not only that they didnt offer me any courtesy vehicle or even to see if GMC could take something off of the price because they messed my key up. Im telling you its the worst experience ive ever had, if you can go somewhere else please do.

Trying to give information to have my 3rd complimentary vehicle check, individual assisting was busy chatting to other customers concerning unrelated conversations X2 different people. Came back to pitch up my vehicle and was sent to cashier for payment of a free service. Always takes 2 hours for service, lack in workers or just dont care about the customers. I have 28,000 miles now on my vehicle and oil change sticker for next oil change is 64,000 miles/January 2022. Its now August. No I will not recommend your service department

Repairs to my car were completed before the scheduled time. The only thing that went wrong was that I was supposed to have had a rental car ready for me when I dropped off my car after I got off from work. Upon my arrival at 5:15, I was informed that due to COVID, the rental office closed at 5:00. Other than that, my service rep (Marshall) was very nice and attentive. He kept me updated on the progress of my repairs, which I appreciated. I think between the service rep and service manager, they worked diligently to get all the needed repairs completed as quickly as possible so that I was only without a car for 1 day. Great job, Marshall!! Because of your excellent customer service, I will not hesitate to return in the future.

Brought my vehicle in for transmission, xm radio, and brake concerns. As a 17yr Experienced Automotive Technician I knew the transmission was damaged. Days after I had to call for an update just to be told the transmission need to be replaced. The cost was $4700 for the transmission and I almost forgot about my extended warranty. The service writer did not reach out to the warranty company leaving me to do the leg work. With a high value repair, I was under the impression of me being taken care of but I was wrong. I was without a rental for a week, and had to make an rental appointment on my own. Week 2 finally got a rental and transmission was approved to be replaced. I normally would do a repair like this myself but with the vehicle being under warranty that was not an option. Only had to pay $100 deductible which was a relief but on Tuesday of Week 3 we were slapped with a $400 out of pocket bill from the dealership. When I questioned the service writer about the extra cost she stated it was for trans fluid, brake diagnosis, and a extra hour for the transmission installation. Huh!!! So I asked why the trans fluid was not in the repair quote to the warranty company, nothing but excuses and lies. Also when I questioned her about the brake issue, I was told 1 Tech test drove it only and made no repairs for 1/2 of shop labor then another Tech test drove it for the transmission diagnose. My experienced Technician inner thoughts asked why they didn’t check the brakes during the transmission diagnose test drive??? More lies and excuses, at this point I’m beyond furious. I stood firm on not paying $400 so a different service writer took the paperwork and made changes to the work order and just like magic price reduced, are you willing to pay $150? I agreed because the deductible is $100 and $50 for the no repair test drive. I feel taken advantage of by paying $50 for no repairs. I would not recommend anyone to their service department not even for a tire pressure issue. That particular service writer was very unprofessional, uninformative, no sense of urgency, lack of customer service skills and tried to make jokes about her ignorance. I will never return for any future services, stay away!!!

I am currently in the market for a 2021 Yukon Denali. Per this dealers website, they have listed a 2021 Yukon Denali which is exactly what I was looking for. I was willing to drive 4.5 hours one way to purchase this vehicle. No one ever responded to my internet inquiry so I called. I spoke with Mr Tart the internet director and I was quickly informed that this was the owners demo and it was parked in his driveway and was not for sale and would not for sale until October. There was no other discussion. I then called back to the dealership and left a message for the sales manager with no return call and was then transferred to a salesman where I was told the exact same thing, NOT FOR SALE. If this unit is not for sale, then take it off your website. Absolute horrible Experienceand I emailed them and told whoever will read the email that I will continue my search and that they lost the opportunity to sale a new car.

It should not take 3-4 hours to have an oil change and tire rotation. I can see it taking that length of time if the service department was extremely busy but, it was not. There were perhaps 5 vehicles in front of me on this first come, first serve basis. When I left there were only 2-3 additional people who had arrived. However, there was one gentleman who was there when I arrived and was still there when I left. He could have had some serious issues going on with his vehicle but for jobs like mine, here should be someone dedicated to provide that type service rather than to have people waiting that long for an oil change-this is my 3rd time since purchasing the car that I have waited that length of time. I have always had a short pleasant experience-except for this one!!

DO NOT GET YOUR GMC SERVICED HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW MONEY AWAY! My husband had to wait 3 hrs yesterday with our toddler to get a diagnostic done on his ac unit for his GMC Sierra - was told it would be 45 min tops. They didn’t tell us until after the test it would be $350 for just the test itself - I called 2 other GMC dealerships and they do the same test for $125-150. Then they try to tell us it will cost $2K to fix the condenser (if that’s even what’s wrong) - talked to another mechanic yesterday and he straight up LAUGHED at that price and said it was gauging. Called 3 times yesterday to discuss with a manager and was promised a call back which of course never happened. Shame on you all - seriously, this is just wrong. Make sure to read the rest of the reviews on here too regarding service, they all say the same thing.

I arrived at 8am on 5/26/21 for my appointment to have new tires put on, oil change and fix “ service brake pad monitor “. At 1pm my truck came out and didn’t have the tires that I requested the previous day. I wanted the same exact tires that were on my truck. ( the ones my truck came with when purchased). I ask to have my old tires put back on, I was going somewhere else to get my tires done because they said that didn’t have the tires I wanted. I was told I would be charged 2 mounting and balancing fees to put my old ones back on and my be there for a couple more hours because the gentleman that did my tires went to lunch. At this point I was beyond upset and told them to just get my truck ready, I was already there 6 hrs and missed a day of work. I drove 2 miles down the road and “ service brake pad monitor “ appeared in the driver info center. Will never go to that dealership ever again. Now I’m stuck with tires that don’t look good on my trail boss and don’t handle as well either.

The diagnostics was supposed to take 10 days, but it 20 days just to say that I needed a battery. JD was my rep, and he didnt call to keep me informed. I call every 2 days after the 10 day period and was put on hold and never got a return call. The service manager was no help. I spoke with her twice and got no information on my vehicle. She promised to call me back both times, but never did. I asked to speak with her manager, and was told that I couldnt without an appointment. They gave the worst customer service that I have ever seen.

The service department was awful. I spoke directly with the service manager who advised I would be called back in two hours about a filter for my car. I never received a call and had to call 3 times before I could get someone on the line. He did call me about needing brake pads but I said no to paying approximately $1100.00. This is also when he mentioned the filter. That call came in at 10:26am. I never heard from him again. The service manager also said he would try to find brake pads that were non GM, but again, no call. I took my car in for an oil change and was not able to retrieve it until 6:00pm, before service closed which is when the oil filter arrived. I refused to wait considering it was suppose to be there by 12:30.NOTE**THE ONLY REASON I WOULD EVER COME BACK TO JOHN MILES CHEVROLET WOULD BE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM JAMES ANDERSON! Horrible service! My son’s car has been in their shop now for 13 days and one is giving me explanations of what’s going on. We’ve been calling Sandra now for 13 days as well leaving her voicemails with NO return call or anything. So, today we’re currently in for 30 mins while Sandra is trying to speak with a “technician”. This is unacceptable on so many levels from the service department. If you don’t know what going on that means they’ve never looked at the car! GET IT DONE!!!

I left my car there on Monday July 19th for an Oil Change and to check out an issue because I was going on Vacation. They were supposed to call me on Thursday July 22nd to inform me of what the issue was and they cost I received no call. When I called on Friday July 23rd they were supposed to call me back. They called me back but, did not know if the issue was looked at. I called Saturday July 24th still nothing. On Saturday I was frustrated and it was time to return the rental car I had so I just picked up the car. Of course 6 days later and after paying 120 for an Oil Change and Filter the problem still persist. They could have at least offered a loaner and looked at the issue. Worst experience at a chevy dealership Ive ever had. The service people were very nice but, the bad experience overshadows everything else.

I like to think Im a rather patient person, but scheduling an appointment for an oil change and leaving a whole 4 hours later is a total waste of my time. Then to have an issue with my vehicle that I didnt have going in is questionable. Dealerships that try to take advantage of women to gain more money is sickening, what a scam! In for oil change and tire rotation. Asked them to also check my left rear tire due to losing pressure. Was told there was a nail and they would only replace it and would have to order. Took it to a tire shop to find that not only was there no puncture but that they also didn’t rotate the tires. The techs at John Miles have failed to rotate my tires on multiple occasions. I typically make a small mark on one tire to determine if they’re actually rotated. This is the 5th time they’ve not rotated them even after complaining multiple times. Won’t return anymore for service or vehicle purchases.

This was one of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences. The first car I purchased was at age 19 and Im 45. All cars purchased have been used so this was my first brand new purchase. Service for oil change/tire rotation and 27 point checkI arrived before open hours because theres no appointments taken for this serviceThere was one car ahead of me for the same service. Service attendant helped him and it was at least 5 minutes later came to me.I waited in the lounge. I saw it was one hour gone by and the first guy was on and out before that. I eait d another hour so two hours later I spprosch f the service counter ask if my car was ready. She ask me my name and said oh I have your paperworkSo it takes 2 hours for oil change

The service person, called himself J.D., received my chevy cruze from the wrecker service. I arranged this with J.D. before the car arrived. J.D. never called me or returned my calls to him. I had to come to your shop where I found J.D. to be surley and agurumentive. I just, only two months ago, purchased a new chevy Spark from John Miles. I will never return to your dealship.

My father bought a car from John Miles on June 14, 2021. He financed about $25,000 via the dealership. It says seller-financed on the contract. He died on June 18, 2021. I called John Miles on June 19, a Saturday, to let them know he had passed. I spoke with Mr. Grider who was very kind and sympathetic to me, but said I would need to call back on Monday morning when the banks were open to discuss how to handle returning the vehicle. I called as instructed on Monday morning and then again on Monday afternoon with no response. On Tuesday afternoon, I submitted a callback request via the contact form on their website. I explained the situation via the contact form and asked for a call. I was hoping this would get to a manager who could assist me.I got a call back promptly from a woman (I dont remember her name) who said she was calling back about my interest in purchasing a car. I asked if she had actually read the message, and re-explained what was going on. To her credit she seemed embarrassed and was apologetic. Less than an hour later, I got a second call from Ashtin at John Miles, who was the sales rep that assisted my dad. I assumed he was calling about my dads car, and I was so relieved. But he immediately said now you didnt tell us what kind of car youre interested in! So I explained again, that I was trying to get help with my dads car. He said Mr. Grider was off and hed make a note.A little while later, I got an email from Business Development Manager Mike Tart, responding to my sales inquiry and asking me to call him asap on his cell. So I did. I was not yelling or using any inappropriate language, but I admit I was upset by that point! So I called and asked him if anyone actually read the message I submitted, and he said It looks like a sales inquiry. He also argued with me about whether one or two people had called me that day (he insisted it was only one - upset as I am, I remain able to count to two, yall). I said I was upset nobody was following up with me, AND that apparently nobody bothers to read the actual content of the contact request from the website, so I keep getting sales solicitations when Im just trying to do the right thing and get them their car back. To which Mr. Tart replied Thats not OUR vehicle! Thats his vehicle! I reminded Mr. Tart that my father is dead, and he said I needed to be talking to the bank. The contract says seller financed but okay. I said I wondered why nobody else had told me that in the previous 4 days. He was defensive and kept talking over me and interrupting me. He told me I wanna talk to people who wanna buy cars, and if you dont wanna buy a car, thats fine!Heres the thing. I dont have to do anything with this car. I can let it sit until the payments fall behind and they come to repo it. I have no responsibility for the payments, so whatever. But its sitting outside an empty house (because you may recall that the occupant, my dad, is dead) where it is liable to get stolen or vandalized. I imagine itll also lose value over however many months it takes them to come repo it. It would be cheaper and easier for THEM to just let me drop it off. Im trying to do them a favor and do the right thing, so they dont lose out on the payments and the value of the vehicle. And instead Ive been ignored and bullied. I am shocked that someone high up in sales doesnt have basic people skills, like even the ability to give someone a polite brush-off. Even a I am so sorry, but you probably need to speak with the bank about this would have been fine. But instead Mr. Tart talked over me, argued with me about how many people had called me that day (why? Google gaslighting for that one), cut me off, and made it very clear that he didnt give a flying F about the situation - which is fine! He doesnt need to care that my father passed away, but decent people manage to pretend. He just wants to talk to people who wanna buy cars.

They dont wear masks in the COVID pandemic, and they dont take American Express. Cashier and parts area are filled with signs about other restrictions. Not a very welcoming environment. (They had what I wanted and were adequately courteous.)
