I called twice today to get a price about installing a back up camera in my car, I gave them my name & phone number nobody called me back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE this was a waste of my time calling this company 👎🏼

Had my car windows tinted by Audio Concepts in Conyers GA a few months back. I wanted to wait a bit after having the service to leave an honest review and not one based only within a day or two of having my windows tinted. I called around for pricing and physically went to a few local places in town to see about tinting and what options I had. This business by far has the best customer service. They was the most knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and showing me the types of tints and how tinting worked AND they had great prices. Scheduling a date and time to drop off my car was less than a week (due to my scheduling I needed a Saturday appointment) and the time frame it took to have my car windows tinted was only a couple hours. When I got back to pick up my car it looked amazing. They explained what not to do for the next couple days while the tint still had time to set and explained what I should avoid on cleaning the inside with. I have absolutely NO bubbling or peeling, its perfect. The tinting on my car looks like it came from the factory. I am beyond 100% satisfied with the tinting job and service I received. I would highly recommend Audio Concepts and will come back in the future.

Got a system installed a little over a year ago . A few months back , the driver side speaks started going in and out . I called they and said to drop the truck off at 3. They called and told me the issues that was causing my speakers and subwoofers to go out , and said they took care of it . I went and picked up my truck and asked what’s the charge . They said nothing , they service their products free of charge .Every experience I have had with them had been nothing less than phenomenal. They have definitely earned my business . I will never use any other audio shop

Just had a Clifford alarm installed on my new car. Great system, quick installation. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, if you need a stereo or alarm for virtually any type of vehicle; this is the place you need to try.

The reviews are outstanding, so I took my minivan to Audio Concepts to have an overhead DVD installed and certainly, they are competent and know what theyre doing and friendly to some degree. What was terribly disappointing is to come to the realization that if you arent spending a lot of money in their eyes, then your follow up questions and need to understand are not worth their time. After they installed my DVD, I posed questions to two different employees at the store and over the phone about the headphones, some static in the sound, as well as questions to understand how the old DVD player pieces were swapped. Sadly, both employees were dismissive. I called again to speak to the Manager and was advised in not so many words, that I was being too much of a bother given the low price that I was charged, and told that in actuality, I should have paid more based on conversations held between the employees after seeing my DVD player. As the Manager continued to tell me this, I told him that I was aware that I had not spent a huge amount given their typical sale, but that it meant something to me and that I wanted to understand what they did exactly. I felt terrible. It is a terrible feeling to have someone place a value on you based off of what you spent at their store. And it is very short-sighted because who knows, I may have come back in the future for a new system. I will say that the Manager called me later on in the day to offer an apology and to refund a portion of my costs which involved a procedure that I did not necessarily request. So at least he tried to make it right. And my DVD player works great. But the whole experience still leaves a bad taste.

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie and wanted my windows tinted. I heard about Audio Concepts and set up an appointment. Not only were they timely, they did an extremely professional job. I was very pleased. I returned a few weeks later to add an amp and subs to the truck, and received the exact same level of professional service. The work was very clean and the finished product exceeded my expectations, visibly and audibly. By all means if youre serious about your automobile, allow these guys to take care of your audio needs.

These guys are phenomenal. They have done multiple different things for me. I had a double din installed, door speakers, amp required and tuned, and they even changed out a door lock actuator for me in my truck.The door lock actuator failed after a few months. I called them and asked them if they covered it and he said of course. Scheduled me for two days later, I brought it in, and they swapped it out in less than an hour!I will definitely use these guys again in the future! Thanks for excellent service!

Bought a 2018 Honda civic hatchback, wanted to get my windows tinted. Looked online at reviews...felt confident in what I saw with audio concepts. Youll almost always find one bad review. Its a numbers game. Theres always that one person...Anyhow. Stopped by and got a quote in person. I forget who I dealt with. Sorry. Im usually good at remembering names. I know hes been at the shop for 20 years. I wanna say it was Chuck. Gave me a very fair quote that was pretty much exactly what i was expecting.Called a few days later...set up the appointment. They completed the work in the exact timeframe they projected. I wanted to wait a week to see how the tint would settle before I reviewed them. Week and a half later...tint looks great. No bubbles. No issues.I worked in a shop for years...so i know the culture. Audio concepts was very professional and I am more than pleased with their work.

Ok so some how this rating came up a #3 which is not true. Guess my fingers move to fast but I have been doing business with them for 20+ yrs and love them i would have never given them a 3. The only bad thing is location traffic is bad and it takes away from seeing them until u get up on it. But other than that is great.

Excellent Experience!!! I purchased a Pioneer Radio with SiriusXM, Backup Camera, and Apple CarPlay. Troy took his time and explained all the radios features and what I needed to make the steering wheel controls work properly on my vehicle. He was able to work me in for a same day install and I am very happy with the job he and his staff did. I highly recommend Audio Concepts.

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with another firm that installed an after-market radio/CD changer in my car. It crashed, and the installer could not be contacted to resolve the matter. I searched the internet for options to acquire a replacement and decided to take a chance on Audio Concepts, having never heard of them. I based my decision on the number of positive reviews, hoping they were for real. Let me tell you, they are, and I add my chorus. Troy was easy to talk to; he offered several acceptable options. I chose one and within an hour, I was on my way, listening to Pandora on my new radio/CD changer with Bluetooth connectivity. I am quite impressed with Troy and Audio Concepts, and recommend them wholeheartedly. Youll be glad you did. . .

These guys are the real deal. I brought in a 2003 BMW 330ci to get the windows tinted and a new updated stereo because the factory does not have blue tooth capability, ipod or USB and I plan to give the car to my daughter in a couple days for her 16th B day. I worked with Chuck, he was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention helpful and honest. He was not sure he could just replace the radio because BMW have some proprietary equipment, so he said when we brought it n for the tinting he would take the radio out and what could be done, sometimes you have to replace the radio and speakers. He called with great news that he could just replace the radio. They did terrific job, the radio and stock harmon kardon speakers sound better than new. I definitely recommend Audio Concepts, they did what they said at a very fair price.
