Id give a negative 0 if I could. I went to Jiffy Lube to get my brakes checked. I sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes because I was on the phone. While in my car, I saw another vehicle pull up to the door and an employee came out and spoke to the lady. He then told her to pull around. Once I was off the phone I went up and was met at the door. A guy told me that they werent taking customers because they had a shipment of oil that had been delivered the day before and was in the way. It had to be put up first. I went back to my car confused because I saw this other car inside their garage with the hood up and 2 employees walking around it. I dont know what that was about, but I wont ever go back and I told all of my family and friends about this bad experience. I let them know theyd be better off going someplace thats more professional. As for me, Ill be going to Precision Tune from here on out.

Got there couldn’t take me because it was only two employees they are doing brake job so I came back at the recommended time, even later and waited. well they did the oil change but cannot do the tire rotation nor could they do the window treatment. Subsequently after traveling three hours each way I started noticing oil splashed up onto my windshield from my front quarter panel’s. Turns out it was the oil that was spilled into my engine area. I also discovered After checking for a leak a well defined hand print!!! Jiffy Lube Get better

I have been to this location several times but I had never been given the great customer service that the new employee Frank gave me. He was very professional and understanding. He made sure he answered all of my concerns without me feeling as if I was rushed. He is what you call an outstanding customer-oriented employee and I hope that the company realizes someone that goes over and beyond. We need individuals such as Frank in management positions. Quality individuals are hard to come by these days.. Thank you, you have a customer for life!

The new manager there time 4:25 PM Tuesday is not professional he was not communicating with me properly he talk to me like I was not important I asked him to explain which oil was better and why he walked off from me then when another worker told me and I change my mind he got upset because I changed it because of him he is not professional he should not be a manager . He told worker not to drain my oil until I decide what I want

Service is ok definitely could go and get brakes and child replaced else where for cheaper. Definitely just go here for an oil change. If you need anything else done definitely take it to a mechanic or a emissions specialist.

My very 1st time and LAST Using the Jiffy Lube on HWY 138 in Conyers! The staff was less than Professional and I paid for a premium service of full synthetic oil change on my Truck and after I got home and moved my truck the next day I had a Huge oil stain on my driveway!!! The staff was more into talking about personal issues and profanity very loosely and obviously didn’t pay attention to taking care of a 40.000 truck. I did finally have to take a half of a day off of work to get it back up there for the manager to find the what I call blatantly disrespectful treatment to my truck that should have NEVER BEEN OVERLOOKED!!!! This is 1 VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER THAT WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE ALL TO STEER CLEAR OF CONYERS 138 Jiffy Lube

While the technicians working in the shop today were incredibly friendly, I am beyond disappointed with the service I received.I called beforehand asking if my 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Z51 was able to be serviced at this location. My concern was that the oil change job on my vehicle was not standard in that my vehicle is equipped with a dry sump oil system. The system requires about 9 quarts of fully synthetic oil. I was assured there would be no issue and to bring it in.Upon arriving, I had to show the technicians where the oil container was as well as point out the vehicle was equipped with 2 oil drain plugs (one for the engine, one for the sump). I also had to ask them to warm the engine oil up to operating temperature to ensure the vehicle was properly filled (not warming the engine oil up to operating temperature can result in a false oil level reading). The technicians eventually got me squared away and even gave my a small discount on my final bill.All said and done, not a bad visit... However, upon asking how many quarts of oil were put into the vehicle, I was told there were 7 quarts put into the vehicle. This is 2+ quarts LESS than factory requirements. I left the location hoping that there was a simple miscommunication and that the vehicle was fine (trying to give them benefit of the doubt maybe?). In any case, to save my own sanity, I stopped by a AutoZone after about 100 miles of driving (a few hours after the oil change) to check the oil. Sure enough, it was 2 quarts low.Im incredibly frustrated that this happened. The fact that I had to provide instruction on how to change the oil in this vehicle is beyond me. Even worse the fact that I paid for an oil change and still had to add MORE OIL... I will be reaching out to the corporate office to address this. I cant imagine what could have happened to my engine over the course of 5,000 miles with the oil low by 2 quarts.Jiffy Lube, you can do better...Sincerely,An incredibly dissatisfied customer

Jiffy Lube is a very good place to get your oil changed. Do not go for any other service. Every time I go to Jiffy Lube for brakes, serpentine belt, or other services I am always disappointed. Its a great place for oil changes and nothing else.

Workers were nice and they were pretty quick with my oil change. I had an email coupon for $15 off any oil change & I didnt know that they vacuum the floors of your car which was a nice touch. Mine definitely needed it. When I read my receipt, it had a lot of things on there that they do/check that other places dont. I filled out the survey after my visit and got another oil change coupon. So overall I am very happy with the service I received today. Will return for my next maintenance!

Took my car in for an oil change, the moment I arrived there was one employee who was immediately unprofessional (Darrell). I overlooked this as the assistant manager and another gentleman Ramar were so nice and professional. The service was quick but a bit pricey and I noticed there were many things listed on the invoice such as vacuum, tire pressure inflation and even resetting of my oil light that weren’t done. I asked twice for my oil light to be reset before it could be done correctly. While my car was being pulled into pick up area the young man Darrell backed it into the bushes. Upon getting in I noticed oil on the steering wheel, door panel, gear shift, door handles, driver side and even the hood. I asked for it be wiped down to which it was poorly done. I left and called to speak with a manager to which the young man Darrel who’d continue to make comments about my looks my entire visit answered and lied about being the manager and also hung up on me as he knew I was reporting the oil in my car and his behavior. I then called back and got him again only this time he confessed to not being the manager. I returned to let the assistant manager see what I was speaking about with my car to which again him and Ramar took car of me and apologized. I’d visit again just because of these two, but something needs to be done about the guy ASAP as he does not know how to conduct himself with women in a professional manner.

Ive never had a problem in the past with Jiffy Lube until today. I waited almost a hour. Then when they pull my car in they tell me I have a oil leek. I know I do not have one because they told me this before & I took it to the dealership. No leek was found. In between oil changes I always keep a check on my oil & fluids. Ive not had to add oil because it maintains its level. I tried explaining this to them. They were very rude & told me to take it back to the dealership. Then refused me service. If I could give zero stars I would. Jiffy Lube has lost a loyal customer.

More affordable oil changes would be great. While I appreciate the vacuuming and what not, $50 for a conventional oil change is highway robbery. And a $10 coupon is basically nothing more than a slap in the face.

The only reason I have to come here is because I have a fleet vehicle and it’s the closest one. I am almost willing to pay to get service on this vehicle than come to this Jiffy Lube. I would never bring my own vehicle here. I have come to this one several times and waited over an hour and a half every time. Employees don’t care and that’s managements fault. Needs new management because other jiffy lubes don’t have this problem.

I went for an oil change. They turned my lights on and waited until my battery died and then tried to sell me a new one. They didn’t even clear out the service light on my car and when I checked the oil it wasn’t even full. I had to go to a mechanic to get it done right. Also, all (or most) of these five star reviews are because the manager Ken is coercing good reviews with the promise of discounted rates.

I came here in received excellent service the manager Ken is awesome Jamie is excellent! I came in for Oil change and brakes they offered me the best price and possible I was gonna be charged an astronomical amount for my brake job however Ken helped me out I will never go anywhere else thank you so much!!!

Very dissatisfied!! Took almost an hour with no one else there. And then found out the next morning that my oil plug was bout to fall out. Luckily I was getting new tires and they found it loose cause it was steady dripping oil. All the employees could do was walk around on their phone. Never checked the air in my tires or vacuum out the floor boards or clean the windshield. Worst Jiffy Lube experience ever. And Ive been going to them for years in Augusta and Grovetown. This one is in Conyers. I wouldnt give them one star. Sorry.

Nothing worst than having to pull over on the side of the road to find out you have no transmission fluid! I should have known this staff had no clue when they almost wrecked a car pulling into the port, gave me the wrong oil, and continued to excuse themselves for being short staffed! I tried to use this facility twice yesterday and I was turned away and twice I witnessed others pulling in for the same thing I wanted. I needed an emission test and I pulled into Jiffy Lube on Hwy 138. A lady came out and said, our machine is down. I thanked her and drove away. A couple of hours later I passed by this facility and saw them allowing a woman to drive in the Emission Bay so turned in and said to a male employee, I see the machine is working as he started to speak, the female who spoke to me earlier interrupted him and said no, no, then he said, the machine isnt working as I am looking in the direction on the woman and her car in the Bay, she is out of her car ; the drivers door open getting her Emission done. Im saying to myself, WTH is going on? I will notify their Corporate Office as this crazy experience. I went to Mighty Muffler on Northlake Drive in Conyers and Im glad I did...Great service

Work nights so wanted early oil change. Arrived at 7:50, so I was 1st in line waiting for doors to open at 8. Employees arrived shortly thereafter and went to the other side of building and smoked, coming in once but even though they saw me,never acknowledged me until I finally drove off at 8:15. Doors never opened and no one bothered to come explain to me the delay. Went elsewhere.

I arrived late in the evening, the night before Thanksgiving. I was happily greeted and welcomed to the location. Kenneth proceeded to ask me what services are needed and I presented him with a Groupon for an oil change. I asked several questions about the track record of the location as well as what oils were best and what I should get for my truck. I was somewhat distraught to be honest because I usually go to the dealership. He assured me that everything would work out just fine and instructing me on what package I should purchase. Matthew and Markel also came out to greet me and to perform the service. They did this quickly and efficiently. I was actually surprised to be leaving out so fast! I also had some coffee fresh made while I waited. These guys were awesome!

Employees were friendly and welcoming, came for an oil change and that’s exactly what I got. They offered me candy which I gladly accepted. Overall good experience.

Charged the wrong amount with the wrong name in the system (I guess it was the lady behind me,) got my card back and issued a refund...after a week the money hasn’t hit the bank. Called and was left on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. I’m still trying to figure out why my card was required the second time to refund-why not just charge the difference in another transaction. A lot of confusion and incompetence at the register.

Went here right after church today and Ken and Josh( I believe was his name), were really nice as soon as they opened their mouths. Told me how much it would be and explained that my car being a Nissan needed what it needed.I told him that I was military and he said that I do get a discount qith my Id. The tech KD was really good, quick as well. I will certainly come back and pay my 65.00$ without a problem if this crew is there. Thanks Jiffy Lube, Good Year no longer has my business!!

Mechanic did not complete job. Air filter was loose. Screws were not tighten. Had I not checked, they would have fallen out.Manager was outside talking on phone the whole time I was waiting. Truck was in service bay 15 minutes before work was started.This was my second bad experience with this location.Will not be back.

U mean Jip u off lube? They tried to charge me $87 for a basic oil change. I was their only customer with 5 employees and they still took over half an hour. Tried to tell me that they used some exotic oil. In the end I only paid $44 but I wonder how many theyve jipped?

If I could give this Jiffy Lube a negative star rating I MOST DEFINITELY would!!! My husband took our car there for an oil change, and one of their associates STOLE his iphone out of the center console while they were suppose to be vacuuming out our car. My husband gave everyone a chance to have the person simply come forward and return his iphone without any consequences... No one did, so now we have called the police and are waiting for them to go through the security footage. I will never take my vehicle to this or any other Jiffy Lube again, nor would I recommend anyone else EVER going to this Jiffy Lube, they already have such poor reviews for their service, and now you can add THEFT to their list of services!

I am completely unhappy with the lack of communication at Jiffy Lube. My car was ready for over 2 hours and no one called to inform me. I specifically asked would I get a phone call if I left to get food and they told me they would call. I had to call them after waiting for hours, where I was told, Yes your car been ready. We forgot to call.I also let them know upfront I had purchased the Groupon deal for the Conventional Oil Change for 34.99. Once I arrived to pay I was charged an additional 14.77. I spoke with the manager, Greg, to understand the additional charges. He said my car took 6 quarts of oil, not 5 which was an additional charge. Also, my 2014 Hyundai Azera needed a special filter for oil change which was an additional charge. I have NEVER been charged extra for this before. I contacted my Hyundai service department where they did not know what special filter I was being charged for. I paid for a Groupon to get a deal and this location was close by my home. I ended up being charged more than I would have if I went somewhere else. Over $50 for a conventional oil change is completely ridiculous. These charges should have been communicated to me upfront, but they werent at all. This is not the first time me or my colleagues have had this issue at this Jiffy Lube location.

Took my car for an oil change. They broke my dip stick. Tried to say it was already broken. I checked my oil before the oil change... my dip stick was definitely not broken. A few days after the oil change, the oil change light is on and there is a burning oil smell and some light smoke coming from my car. Second bad experience at this location. There are other car service areas nearby, so dont waste your time here.

I drove up to the garage doors and asked about an oil change. The young lady told me they start at $45 and if I needed high mileage or synthetic, it would be $73. I kindly said never mind and drove to Precision Tune. Their oil changes start at $26.90.

Great customer service, but please dont be fooled just because its a women; doesnt mean they wont try to get over on you with jacking up their prices. Wont be returning, plenty other great shops all over conyers with more reasonable prices.

Be aware I my husband took my car to this place for a oil change and not only did they charge me to replace the oil filter they put the old oil filter back on my car however they put it on incorrectly causing oil to spill all over my main engine belt that caused my alternator & battery to fail . Took my car to the dealership due to slight tremble and drivetrain malfunction warning light . My husband took my car to the store the manager stated she wanted to clean off my alternator and redo the oil change when we asked her what would that do to fix the fact that my alternator, main engine belt has been soaked in oil due their mistake . My car now needs a alternator & battery to be replaced this repair bill is $2k .We let her know we are not comfortable with her or the employees their touching our car and we needed to speak to someone In corporate regarding getting our car repaired correctly at the dealership she then blew us off and became extremely rude told me it could take 24-48 hours to repair . I explained to Kim that this is my #1 means of transportation she didnt even pretend to care. My car is still under BMW warranty but due them damaging it the warranty will not cover . I have been calling now since yesterday and Im getting pushed around this situation

Stopped by before closing yesterday and they didnt have filters so they could not do oil change, came back next day, sat in waiting room for 45 mins( with only one other car in bay) before they started on mine. The employees are rude and need to learn how to deal with customers and leave their attitudes at home and not in the work place. This store has not had a good crew in place since Crissy left.

I Got My oil Changed in December of 2017 , And right now I am Getting my oil changed here at express oil change with them doing an amazing job And I just found Out that jiffy lube never Changed my oil filter in december! Its been months And I had a feeling about that because everytime I would go into highspeeds with my car itll smell like smoke. And that was because Jiffy lube never changed my oil filter . I do not recommend this place , save your time and money And go to A great place with good reviews Where you know these mechanics will do their job right .

So I pull up at about 6:20 to get my oil change and they tell me theyre not taking any more cars they just took their last car 10 minutes ago and tell the service tech I just want to or change and they tell me well were cleaning up now getting ready to leave so when they say they close at 7 they really mean theyre closing at 6 we got to clean up for 30 minutes and sit on their ass for the other 30 until its time to go.

Damaged my oil pan then Corporate refused to even acknowledge me.

I had an experience where I locked my keys in the car and a technician there offered to help me get my keys out my vehicle and I accepted, but suddenly a guess management came and observed what the tech was doing and immediately advised him to stop. I was disappointed at this decision and wondered why would they would do all they could to assist someone one at their company giving them money. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Will never use them again!!!

They failed to tighten the drain plug on my truck. Saw the sheen of oil on my driveway in the rain today. It was a Sunday, so they are not open. Ran by Wal-Mart, where they showed me that it was only finger tight. I had to buy 4 quarts of oil to top it back off since, being closed, Jiffy Lube couldnt honor their top off policy. Needless to say I wont be back, nor will anyone I know.

Waited over half hour ... employees laughing having a good time while my truck sat in same spot ... way to slow and way to expensive ... don’t waste your time or money ... try any place else!

Just happened to be parked right next door to them, came outside of the gym and my tire was flat due to a slow leak it turns out. I asked if they could air up my tire so that i could drive home and they turned me away saying that because Im not a regular they cannot simply air up my tire. At this point i WILL NEVER be a regular even though they are conveniently located next to the gym and i planned on having them service my vehicle while i worked out next service. I just cannot believe you would make somebody drive away without air in their tire, didnt even offer to air it up for a few bucks, which I would have paid to reduce risk of further damage.

I have been using this same location for the past 4 years with my company vehicle. The last time I brought my truck in, they didnt top off the extra fluids, my tite monitors were not monitoring the correct location of the tires. This time, I sit in the waiting area for 45 minutes before they ever attempted to bring my truck in. I sat and watched the employees talking on their phones, dancing around the bays like they had nothing better to do. After they finally brought my truck in, they started and then stopped working on my truck several times to talk ro people pulling up outside, not even paying customers. This is the LAST TIME I will ever use Jiffy Lube to service anything that I drive. I wouldnt even bring them a Huffy bicycle to seevice. Ridiculous.
