C-Town is an jam-up local bike shop! Their customer service is great. Short turnaround. I had a dropper post installed and the first full tune up done on my mtb! Al, Wes and the whole staff were very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Ordered bike months ago from TREK. Al the owner advised it would be awhile but gave me updates with no problems ever time I asked. He called me as soon as bike came in. Al invited me to ride with C-TOWN shop and other customers and I have. Ride was great, new TREK is great,and the service department at C-TOWN is awesome. I read a lot of five star reviews and they are well deserved, I don’t know what Angela’s problem is but after reading her review maybe her parents should have named her KAREN.

Its hard to find establishments like C-Town these days. Al and Margaret really have a passion for bikes (and fitness), but are also genuinely interested in finding the right bike for the individual. We have established a relationship w/ these folks, so going into C-Town is like visiting old friends, which is what I find so unique about this store. They take the time to get to know their customers on a personal level. Not just adults, they also know the children of the families who visit C-Town too. Finally, our family is on a tight budget. AL and Margaret will help find you the best bike for your budget. Bikes were a big investment for us, and we are novices about bikes so I was really apprehensive about going into this. But, I totally trust the folks at C-Town, AL, Margaret, and the techs who work on the bikes. If youre sincere about improving your health, I highly recommend C-Town.

Always personable service. Al and Margaret get to know you and your needs personally and try to accommodate you as best as they can. I trust them to service my bike, and they do a great job. I will say that sometimes the pressure to get a new bike is there every time I visit..lol.. but.. Margaret knows that I have a very small crank.. and pointed it out to me in comparison to the newer bikes. She knows that is would be better on me.. and my knees. I know that too..but still cant afford a new bike yet. One day I might win the lottery and get one.. until then, I will keep huffing and puffing..lol. I appreciate them and all they have done for me.

The best bike tune-up my 6 year old bike has ever gotten. Al delivered the bike exactly in the timeframe he said. I didnt have to drop it off weeks in advance, and wait. I was able to ride while my bike was in line to get worked on, and I just had to drop it off the date we setup (you obviously have to set that up in advance). Wes did a truly incredible job in the tune-up. I can honestly say the bike hasnt shifted this well (aside when it was brand new), and thats after taking my bike for a tune-up in the original shop I bought it from, and another shop up-north. They took care of the bike like it was their own, and thats worth more than 5 stars, if I could give it. The costs was more than reasonable as well. After this, Im going to sign-up for the yearly bike maintenance program they have. Well worth it!

Im new to road biking and the staff was very helpful in explaining the bike components and expected operations.

I went into C-Town after searching for new tubes online and nothing clarified which ones fit my hybrid bike. Web searches revealed a number of possible sizes...frustration. I had the answer 2 minutes after walking in the door of C-Town. Installation was a huge help for me and was done with the expertise you appreciate but seems to be hard to find today! C-Town is my go to place now!

These guys were so, so helpful. As we were passing through on a trip, I stopped by to find a replacement seat post and saddle for my sons bike. They did not have the right size (it is an old bike) but they did help me find one on the next leg of our trip and educated me on fit and what to look for. I am so grateful for their care and attention. Thank you.

The first time I met the guy at the front he was always nice to me and always had the best explanations about bikes and fitness and he has some good jokes but overall it is fun to come in the store and check out the modifications you can get on your bike

Almost swindled me. I took my bike in for a repair. I never received an answer on the cost to repair, but immediately received a $600 price of a new bike. I didn’t ask. Even another customer assisted me to resolve the issues with my existing bike. I took the bike to a shop near Piedmont Park. The person recognized the bike was never used. He reached down to repair the brake wire and told me to use the air pump outside to put air in the tires...no charge.😏

All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. No upsell pressure. I enjoyed the experience.

I had a hard time finding a new MTB. Luckily I walked into Ctown and they had inventory on the way . The bike arrived in on time. I was fitted on the bike and on my way. The staff are knowledgeable and pure enthusiasts .

I was in search of a specific Trek bike and C-Town was one of the few places that had it in stock. But they only had one so Al was gracious enough to hold it for me while I made the 45 minute drive over. Once I got there, he was incredibly helpful in deterring which size was the right fit for me and let test ride the bike as much as needed. He then made some great suggestions as far as accessories go and they tuned up my new bike for free before I left.Great service, great shop, and an overall great experience. Check these folks out!

I strongly advise you to avoid shopping at C Town Bikes. It is bad when employees are rude, but it is extremely unacceptable when the Manager/owner is the one that is rude & unprofessional, as is the owner Al Smith with C Town Bikes. As a salesman, Al does a good job, but if an item it back ordered or being specially ordered, he is absolutely horrible!!! Once he makes the sale, he is done with you! My experience started really well, however, it turned awful. Al was great at selling me & my husband a bike that had to be ordered on August 3, 2020. He gave an estimated arrival date of the end of August 2020. By September 5th, we hadn’t heard anything from Al on the status of the bike. I sent an email (Sat) inquiring about the status of the bike. Al responded via email that they were closed and with the Labor Day holiday they would be back open on Tuesday, September 8th. He noted that he would “email and/or call with an update.” I never received that update. On Saturday, September 12th, I called C Town Bikes to inquire about the status. I spoke with Al and noted that he failed to give me an update as he promised. He was not apologetic and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Al alleged that he attempted to send me an email using the original email thread from the 5th, but the email bounced back to him saying that it was undeliverable because the email didn’t exist. I noted that I received his email about the store holiday closure, how would it be possible that the email about the bike status would not be able to locate my email address, especially if he used the original email thread? I was absolutely disgusted by Al’s response, he had the nerve to tell me, “I don’t know, I’m not IT!” Really?!? Is that the way you speak to a customer that purchased a $580+ bike over a month ago and does not yet have their item and you’ve failed to update them on the status? I personally doubt he sent the update email in the first place, but even if I give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that his email is able to selectively choose which emails get sent, he is acknowledging that he knew I didn’t get the bike status update (he said it bounced back). Yet, he failed to follow it up with a call to me or my husband. Moreover, Al had my husband’s email address & he failed to reach out to my husband. So it seems that when the alleged email (wink wink) bounced back, he said ‘oh well!’ Either way, he is clearly only concerned about making a sale and not valuing his customers. In the midst of a pandemic that has caused so many businesses to close, it’s unacceptable and ashamed that a business owner would not appreciate people that choose to patronize his business. This was my first time shopping at C Town Bikes and I will not be back. I quickly got a refund and I will take my money to buy a bike at a place that values their customers.

The staff here are all top notch. They quickly helped me figure out what my bike needed and then completed the work in a very prompt time frame allowing me to get back to riding my bike. This is the place to go for bike repair and for accessories.

Poor customer service and management. My husband and I brought our bikes in for a tune-up on 5/9/2020, and were given a pick-up date of 5/19/2020. When we arrived to pick up the bikes, the staff had not even begun to work on them and said to come back in a few days (still could not provide any type of ETA after having our bikes for 10 days). No explanation was given except an apathetic we are busy. If you intend on having your bike serviced, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went to drop my old bike off for a tuneup and left with so much knowledge. They were so patient with this bike novice! I was persuaded to get clip in pedals and Margaret eased all my fears by helping me get use to them on the trainer. I HIGHLY recommend them. They have a loyal customer for life!

C-town guys were able to get my frozen crank off my bike (used demo mtb bike from Utah) after I failed at several attempts. More importantly, without cutting anything. Had me back riding in just two days! Thanks guys!!

Customer service experience thus far has made me inclined to not even visit their shop. On their website, there is an option to request rental information. Submitted the form twice and waited a week, only to never receive a return call. This is while calling the shop on 3 different days and times (in case, you know, they were busy) to have them never answer the phone. When I finally spoke to someone on the 4th attempt, the man who answered asked me what kind of bike I wanted to rent, when I told him, he responded well we dont have any bikes to rent or sale. 0_o Why didnt you just say that to start?! After trying to ask a few more questions about their service, he put me on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone. Even when they DO get bikes to rent and sale I wont be patronizing this business.

Went in to have some pedals put on after I called and they said I would be accommodated. The tech left me had me waiting for a long time had to ask other techs for help who tried to assist. The main tech did not seem to want to help me after He realized I did not want the $70.00 for a bike adjustment. He said he could have my pedals on my Tuesday which was in 2 more business days. He then said it may be 12 days then he said they were not even taking any more repairs because they were backed up. They tried giving me some great info at first but ended something totally different.

I ordered a bike online from Amazon. I called all over Atlanta, but they were the only bicycle shop who said bring it in. I really appreciate the time, they put into servicing my bike and I will DEFINITELY, be back.

Wouldnt recommend taking your bike here. If you dont have a Top of the line bike they wont be much of any help. The skinny brown guy is rude and gets too loose at the mouth. If you value your cheap bike and are enjoying your freedom, I dont recommend shopping with them because the experience was very testy and will require a lot of patience. Only giving them one star because google wont allow me to go lower.

I was assisted by Al, Margaret, and Jordan. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. I am a first time bike owner and they helped to make my bike and accessories purchases an easy experience.

They were slammed when i went but i waited and got great service. It took a while and there was a delay which was reasonable given the number of repairs and folks that were ahead of me. Got great advice and my childs bike is up and running...thanks

The manager of this store is quick to put blame on customers and comes across as very pushy and rude. Ive worked with him on two previous occasions, once alone and once again indirectly to get some bikes for family, everyone involved felt he had an attitude.Now, Im trying to find a bike to purchase during Covid-19 and I understand they are busy but Ive been told three times this week now that I will get called back in 5 minutes about the availability of some bikes I want to order. I have yet to get a call back and I can hardly get ahold of anyone anymore. I understand they are very busy but it would be nice if they would stop lying to me about call backs.At this point I think I am done with this shop. I wonder if Trek knows about the poor service at this shop.

The staff was very helpful Everytime Ive visited even though I didnt buy anything at first. The shop is along a longer trail that cuts through the town of Conyers. A great place to stop and take a break while exploring the local shops. Aside from just selling bikes they offer repair as well, which is awesome. Finally ordered my bike and cant wait to get started riding!

I like the lady I dealt with when I came into their shop. Really great customer service. She gave me a great riding list she wrote out for me without me asking her to do so. Took 4 bikes in for tune ups that I had purchased at a department store. I was told right away that these bikes are no good. Then the tune ups took 2 weeks. When I returned to pick up the bikes I was told when you get ready for a real bike come back and see us. And to add insult to injury 3 of the 4 bikes still have front derailleur shifing problems. I will not be going back!

I came in to have a broken spoke on my bike fixed and they took care of it immediately and thoroughly. The mechanic observed that my seat was crooked and even fixed that too, leaving my bike in way better shape than when I came in. Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The cost of my repair was reasonable and long story short, I wouldnt trust any other place with my bike needs other than C-Town Bikes.Update: they continue to give the highest quality customer service and stop at nothing to make sure my bike is perfectly tuned up and ready to go. Theyre literally the best and Im so glad theyre here.

The only bike I ever had was a single speed, you went as fast as you could peddle. When we bought new e-bikes, I was amazed at the intricacies of all the moving parts. One does not know what a problem is, if one has no experience. So I turned to C-Bike of Conyers. Their tune-up specials are reasonable and thorough. Al Smith and his crew are helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish they were closer to me, but I will gladly make the drive for my bike needs.

For a road worn cross country vagabond-cycler, with but a minor adjustment made to keep rolling, the warmth, friendliness and uplift of extended hospitality shared by all of C-Town was perhaps the most restorative experience of any other business intended engagement. Its when you get what youre totally not looking for that makes it so very special and unforgettable. These are the people that make the bicycling community a community.

We are on a cross country RV trip and our bike rack failed just outside Conyers, GA. We did a Google maps search and came up with C-Town Bikes and Fitness. We were so pleased with their friendliness and willingness to help us in our need. Cameron helped us pick an appropriate bike rack and and carried it a 1/4 mile to where we had to park the RV trailer.(We had to park so far away because we couldn’t fit down Center St.). He cheerfully installed the new rack and even carried off our old broken rack. Thanks C-Town, we highly recommended you!
