I love the coupons that I receive on a regular basis from this store. The scent for the lotions and the perfumes are amazing. The customer service is good. I would have rated it a five pre-pandemic because the customer service used to be excellent, but recently and this may be most places, you dont get much smiles anymore.

So they have a huge sign that says return for any reason but when you come in to return they give you a hard time. When I find a good candle I try to stick with it but when that sent is not available would you rather I leave or try something new? I try something new and dont like it so I tried to return and was told no. Change your policy or train your employees.

I picked up my online order today 10/20, the employee that assisted me needs to work on her verbiage. I ordered 4 wallflower and a hand soap. I received the email yesterday stating the hand soap was unavailable. The employee proceeded to say loudly The hand soap was declined. No, the hand soap was out of stock per the email I received.Dont attempt to make people look bad as if it was my fault the hand soap was unavailable.

Who doesnt like Bath & Body works!?! Im not big on the lotions. But candles and plug ins.....yessssss! Everyone here is always kind and helpful!

My only issue here is: the cashier couldve been more pleasant. Other than that, a great reliable source for last minute gifts for someone or a treat for yourself.

Great place for gifts, for self or anyone. Love the freebies to get you in the store. Dont get as many as my sisters, but appreciate what I get. Waiting for the upcoming clearance sale!

The lady behind the counter was rude. She was grunting and had a attitude! My mom just simply asked her a question about the price. She was rude for no reason!

I ALWAYS have a GREAT experience at this store. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They always greet people with a smile and take extra precautions for Covid-19 by cleaning the area after each customer leaves the counter AND when you first enter with the sanitizing station.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

This is a great location me and my mother usually go here and you no longer have to wait outside although you still are social distancing Services usually pretty fast I recommend

There is no social distancing at this location. Everyone in here is pushing & touching each other just to try to get to a product. To many people are let in at once. They should limit the amount of people that can go in at a time. This location is very small to begin with. The associates are nice though.

Friendly staff as I was greeted at the door. Hand sanitizer was present for a safety precaution. Shopping for my products was a breeze because I was informed where to get what I needed. Mens products were not plentiful so I could only give 4 stars. Other than that Im sure its a 5star joint ijs

They still have deals. Buy 3 get 2 free. Or buy 2 get 1 free. But you need to stock up! The line was long but it moved fast. They were very helpful also. Worth the wait!!

Some of the best customer service at this store! Everyone is so helpful, genuinely kind, the store is clean, and they take every precaution to protect customers during this Pandemic season ( masks, hand sanitizer station, and counter wipe down after every purchase.)We went to attend the candel sale and the line was well organized outside. The associate helped us determine the best coupons to use, and the other associate was ready to hand us a bag or candle holder for easy shopping.The store was peaceful despite the crowd and I waited on line less than 5 mintues. Keep up the great work!

I like the store but it seems like theyre watering down the products.

If you get sick it will NOT be because you went shopping here! This Bath & Body Works location requires everyone to wear a mask, has hand sanitizer and disinfectant for customer use if desired when you first walk in the door. They also hand you a shopping bag to put your selections in that you will take your purchases home in. They are sanitizing the counters and the debit/credit card machines after every customer.

Helpful service. Hard time smelling items due to only being able to smell the sprays which all smell like alcohol

Walked in to buy a candle. Whilst in line, a gal who worked there took the candle out of my hand and told me I couldn’t buy it. We left empty handed. A confusing and disappointing experience

I enjoyed my experience at this location. One thing that I would love for them to incorporate at their location would be coffee beans to clean our pallets. There are so many scents available and you want to be able to have the full experience of all of them, but you can’t do that if you still have the scent of another item in your nose. So I think coffee beans would be a great addition for them.

Only issue i had they where out of things i love

Love this place. There are always sales, new scents, and great staff. Recently went in and there were incredible gift baskets for V-Day. The staff either know where everything is or will help you look. And, they just upgraded so theres a sink so you can smell the different hand washes. I really love that they use all my coupons which is different than online.

One of the stocking clerks/sales persons names Liz was EXTREMELY rude to me at my visit this evening. She snatched a hand soap out of my hand and closed a drawer while I was looking through it. After making my purchases she purposely bumped into me as I was leaving. I made a complaint but I’m very really upset because I frequent this store at least twice a week and I spend good money at this location...unfortunately after today I will try my luck at another store. If I wasn’t having a New Years Eve party at my home, I’d return everything I bought and go elsewhere.

I just love this place! I get all my fragrances from here, they just make your house smell like home😍I could not tell you how many lotions and body sprays I have, they always have a good deal going on everything!

Great ambience poor customer service. The young lady with the braids was very courteous and helpful, the one with the short black hair was super rude to the point that I walked out of the store to opt for stocking up on my favorite items online instead. It’s a shame because this location is super nice but I can’t see supporting this location when their expectations of basic customer service are so low.

At Christmas, I tried to shop there 3 times and had to walk out because they were too busy stocking to take care of people who wanted to pay. I have been back because its the only one around. Some of the ladies are fantastic, others not so much!

The best smelling locating without the headache.... stocked and associates were helpful. Everyone was friendly, and they always have sales going on. This location was in Conyers , Ga. I found my coupon, and bought alot more than I was planning on! Its all good , Christmas is close! When I got home, I had a coupon for a free item in the mail. I went back to the store the next day, and I got my free item, with no hassle!! Great location!

I love Bath & Body Works. I typically order most of my things online. I was close to the store during the Semi-Annual Sale about 3 weeks ago so I decided to go inside the store in Conyers. It was approximately 1:00PM on a Saturday and the store was completely closed. There were multiple people attempting to go inside of the store only to find the store was closed. There were no signs on the doors or windows informing customers concerning the store closing such as if the closing was temporary, if the store was being remodeled, or if the store was permanently closed. That’s basic information that most stores will post in the event of a store closing during normal business hours.

This store has become filthy and the wall flower scents are always disorganized. The customer service is also absolutely horrible. Every time I go i am shocked at how unhelpful the associates are. I asked for help to find a certain fragrance thinking it may be on a display I didnt see as I was holding an infant and had a toddler with me. You would have thought the Earth stopped turning because she was in the middle of setting a display. She did not stop working and told me to wait! There were 4 associates working and not one of them asked to help. I also waited 5 minutes for someone to check me out. I was the Only person waiting as she casually strolled over to check me out. I had to run in today but I will drive to a different store to avoid the Conyers store from now on. So sad.

This place is horrible I bought buy 3 get 3 free at one of their sales and tried to return 1 lotion for a spray mist and was told I may have to pay the difference. I was waited on by a rude plus size clerk she had a sneer on her face as she opened my lotion and checked it to make sure it was not used. I assured her this was not used just a mistake made and I wanted to exchange for a spray mist. I had to PAY for a spray mist, stupid me and the thing was messed up did not work the tubing was missing so back to the store I go for the third time. This time I found a nicer person and told her my story and she said I should have never been treated this way and did not blame me for my return. I had already decided to return anyway, just not right since they were running the buy 3 get 3 free sale again. So I got buy 3 get 2 free and will not go back to this place. Discrimination all over the place here. I found something better somewhere else.
