My 10 year old Volvo C30 was in need of a paint job. I chose the clear coat service, and the end result was great. The timing of the phone call informing me that my car was ready was pure Murphys Law, however. Friday afternoon, 90 minutes before closing time, and theyre closed on Saturday. Of course :-).

This was the second car Ive taken to this shop over a three month period. Charles is very friendly and gave me a fair price. Im recommending this shop to all of my friends.

Had bumper replaced. Peeling a little over a year out. Compare to Spivey who replaced back bumper which is still going strong.

The paint job looks great however if you look closely you can see a little dent that was where the scratches were and I thought that would be removed as part of the cost

They could not put on my fathers door handles because it was a lot of work for them and that part was understandable, the part that was unbelievable though was me getting a quote on my truck to get painted and told that it would be over a thousand dollars and not to mention that they would not be able to produce the same color or quality that is on the vehicle already. I am not too pleased with that response nor that price but I do respect the fact that this is a business and things must be done accordingly.

So pleased with the job done at this Maaco location! We were so happy with how the car looked after the paint job! Its a car Im proud to drive in now! It was done on time and look beautiful 😍! I highly recommend this business!

I had my car painted and had my headlights replaced with aftermarket lights when I got my car they didn’t hook up the runs lights when I showed first tried to say they wasn’t lights and said that they only hook up lights just like the old lights was So you tell me no one ever came to them with after market lights if you didn’t know how to hooked them up should have never touch my car. Will never go there again and then the high priced paint job they did wasn’t worth the money I will never go there again you took my money this time but never again

Were quick with the quote, gave 3 stars because I thought the quote of 600 to 1,200 dollars was high to fix a tailgate the way they advertise painting your whole vehicle, not to mention the gap between the two prices

This Maaco Collision Repair Shop is the absolutely worst. My experience was even worst than all the things I’ve ever hear about Maaco and their low budget paint job. I took my 2010 Honda Civic EXL there due to an Insurance Claim. Someone had backed into my car while it was parked and crashed the hood, ruined the mud guards and front bumper grill. My first thought was to take my vehicle to the Honda Dealer since I had to pay a deductible regardless. Instead I listened to a co-worker who said why spend the extra money on an older car. Since I just wanted to get rid of that ugly peeling paint that magically appears on certain Honda vehicles after being sun scorched. I talked with the shop manager himself. He said that if I brought my car there he would take really good care of it, plus he would remove all the minor dents on the vehicle as well as paint the remainder of the car that the insurance claim did not cover, all for $1,300.00. He promised that it would be satisfactory and that he would personally make sure of it. I asked how long would it take since it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday. He said it would be ready in about two weeks. After a month, yes ( 1 whole month ) I called for the second time and asked when will my car be ready because I have to turn the rental car in soon. I was told my car was ready. However, no one notified me. I got a ride to pick up my vehicle and when I got there the car was not ready. After an hour they brought the car around. The stripes were missing on both sides of the car. One of the mud guard wasn’t put on correct and was rubbing onto my tire, EVERY dent that were on my vehicle prior were still in place, the molding around the windshield were missing, some pins were broke and my brake lights were no longer working. They had somehow disconnected my wires..? I don’t know why🥴. If that’s wasn’t enough, the paint was all over the inside of my car, and dripping down the side left rear on the outside. After 1 month and 3 addition visits to try and make corrections, I gave up! Recently the replaced mud guard just straight fell off while driving on 85 Freeway 🤬. What a real joke! Throughout my entire ordeal of trying to get them to right their wrongs the manager would not take my calls and both women in the office were totally rude and disrespectful each and every time I encountered them. A real living nightmare! If you truly care about your vehicle, go ahead and pay the extra money to get a decent job. Otherwise, BE WARE!!!!

This would have been my 3rd tk tk painted by macco. Ive been to 3 maccos in 2 states. They all said there best paint was 2000 plus bodywork labor. The older apraiser retired the new one was rude an unprofessional. Acted like i was wasting his time he gave me a new quote he said hes not here anymore i have to quote it now. It was almost twice as much as old apraisel from about 4 weeks earlier. He said because it was a tk. It would be like 3500 plus about 35 hrs labor.i told him it was an ins job plus i would pay for the rest.would not write up my appraisal like he did with the other cust. Like i wasnt serious. just folded his arms an told me he wouldnt do it that way he wanted all the money from me half upfront. I didnt hear him tell any of the other cust. that.Didnt seem to really want to take my tk in. I was in an accident for the ins. Part. Just wanted to get whole tk painted. Dont think the request was unusual. I was suprised at high price an said so. I didnt see how it added up to 7300. He begain to sound irritated told me the price was 7500 , 200 more than he originally quoted he wasnt going to argue with me (like i was a child). I wasnt going to tell him how to do his job, If i didn like it i could take my junk tk an leave. I have 18000 in my tk an they have about a 25000 to 30000 dol. Value nada.After he acused me of being fraudulent, he wanted a ck from me half up front he wasnt fooling with my ins claim to get the ck from them an bring the money to him. After this I told him fk u. an left. I thought he was very unprofessional an rude. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. I still believe in the business, but the employees who represent it can make it or brake it.. I lost my cool an for that imSorry...

I was told that fixing minor damage on my Chrysler 300 would only take 3 days if dropped off early Monday morning. I dropped my car off at 10 am june 29th and got my car back on July 6th. At first glance the quality looked pretty good. I couldnt wait to get it cleaned up to see for sure. I waited a week and a half to wash my car and I was simply dumbfounded. For starters I could see a round imprint of the repair that was made to the hood. And in several spots there was spots that were ashy or not as polished as before. Ive been pretty upset and very disappointed in the whole with the process and finished product..I have yet to take the car back because Im still too upset and need time to cool off. Just overall this was not a good experience and at this time I would not recommend anyone that I know to get work done there.

You have to call to actually have them work on it ! Instead of waiting ! . If you don’t call to let them know you will need it for work or anything important they will not have it done .

Great prices and quality work. My favorite part is that everyone there is super nice and easy to work with. The gentleman name Mark in the front office is great and exactly who you want for customer service. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel comfortable.

I own a small car dealership in Monroe Georgia, and have used Mark and Paul (manager and owner) Often. They have painted approximately 30 to 40 cars for me over the past several years, and Have never disappointed me. If I ever have an issue, they take care of it immediately. I read on here some people stated that they can be slow or they’re understaffed, but you have to understand it’s the nature of the business. They always make sure they have quality employees, and then make sure the customers are satisfied. I would highly recommend them if you’re considering painting your car. They are reasonable, and good small business people. Maaco is a franchise, so these guys are not part of big corporate. They are small businesses just like me.

This location is very slow I wouldnt recommend using them. For a minor front bumper issue with only 4 labor hours my car has been in shop since Tuesday and today is Friday and its still not ready. My car still has to be painted Monday so who knows when it will be ready.If your paying cash dont even bother going to this location. How in the hell did 4 labor hours turn into a week unless they was putting insurance cars in front of mines.

I took my 1994 Chevrolet K5 Blazer to the Conyers location. It had been wrecked in the front end and needed several paint less dent repairs as well as a two tone paint job. To say I was hesitant would be an understatement with everything I have heard about Maaco but they not only met my expectations but went above and beyond my expectations. I am extremely picky and a stickler for detail but they did an excellent job. Customer service was fabulous as well.

They told me my car would be ready in one week, but now its going on two weeks because theyre understaffed to get the job done. This is my first time coming to Maaco and my last. If youre looking for body work on your car to be done in a timely manner, do not bring your vehicle to this place.

Hmmmm, where to start with this review! I would give a 0 star if I could... took my car in to be painted on Thursday, March 28 at the Conyers, GA location and was told it would ready the following Tuesday. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called to check the status on Wednesday (April 3rd) and was told they were running behind. That’s cool but they could have let me know. Then two days later on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 I get a call that there’s been an accident with my car. They said just come Monday (April 8th) and we can figure it out. He said that the painter started my car with the remote start and my car went through the paint booth. I ended up going up there because I wanted to see the damage. They acted like it was no big deal at all. I called and got a police to come do a report because I had a feeling that it would not turn out good. Bill at Macao said it was my fault because a six speed has a remote start. They clearly pressed the wrong button on the remote and didn’t have the emergency brake up. He said that they would find out Monday what needed to happen because the owner wasn’t there at the time. I Called on that Monday and see what was going on and finally the owner (Paul) got in the phone and was so rude! When I asked what was going to happen with getting my car fixed, he said “well what do you want to know”??!! He said that the insurance had been contacted and will be in touch with me. I finally got a call Wednesday (April 17th) and said that they weren’t going to pay for the damage and I can come pick up my car. Apparently they told their insurance company that the car just started on its own and took off...right through the paint booth!! I get there and had to pay almost $900 for my wrecked car and no paint job!! They made me pay before I could even get my car from their lot. There’s paint all in the inside of my car, the remote and the outside is awful!! I went almost three weeks with no car and ended up getting nothing at all except a bill and a wrecked car!! I have pictures of the damage but can’t get them to attach to this review ..

My car vehicle has been sitting since Monday 8:00 am, I was told it would take four days. Rhonda told me my car would be ready Thursday evening at 5:30. I was then told on Thursday that my car would be done Friday evening. Lack of communication then states that the paperwork says xyz, BS. Stop over booking please.
