Erik was fantastic! I can’t express how appreciative I am of all his assistance during our mattress purchase transaction. He was very patient while we mulled the array of options and candid about their pros and cons. He juggled attending to three families all at the same time and every group felt like they were the only ones in the showroom as he was assisting them. It was impressive! My online help through the website chat was perfect. It was an actual person, Annette, the assistant manager at the local store. She was helpful, prompt and helped us get what we wanted that met our needs. Plus she wore a mask. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For her. The actual store on the other hand did not require customers to wear masks, we felt unsafe and very uncomfortable as the store had lots of customers, none wearing a mask. We had to immediately leave due to no mask mandate by the store. This seems like a simple show of respect by all and simple to do considering you are trying out Mattreses!

We worked with Garland in the Conway, AR store to purchase two twin xl mattresses for my wife and I (we each wanted different levels of firmness for a king bed). He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the product lines in the store and didn’t try to push us one way or the other. He was patient as we tried out all the different options and gave us space when we needed it. Let’s face it, a mattress is a major purpose and something you use every day and it’s a purchase you need to get right. I feel like Garland really helped us find the right solution. My wife and I went to several stores and tried over 50 beds.. we bought from Denver because of the quality, the warranty, but most importantly our sales rep Garland was nothing but class and was very respectful and courteous.

The pillows that I purchased were excellent, but I had to make two trips to finally get them, I purchased King size and they gave me a different size so I had to make a second trip to finally get them home.
