Was not taken serious. Owner manager was rude . I am 64 years old and never been treated on a phone call as I was about a air system rusting in 6 months , being a old model inside than outside and coils were very dirty in 5 months of use. The mobile home company kenco mobile homes purchased the unit from Cregger Havac of Conway s c. Still under warranty and he said one more time I will call the company but the company came 2 months back and said they were not allowed to do anything because a installer was present or didn’t show up , and he gave a report as no issues and never even checked it out. It’s been very bad for me getting anything done to learn to clean my unit coils. In all my life owning mobile homes I never had to clean not one. Very disappointed in Cregger Havac and looking forward to seeing anyone about why it got so dirty so fast and why it’s rusting . Was told it’s normal. Others say it’s not. Very sad

This new general manager Andrew Brown is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever come across in my 20 years in a professional business! Trying to discern information and instead of discussing makes threats to myself! This place will go under with this hostile leadership, if you can even call it that! Wow!

Good to work with and cheapest place to buy toilets, plumping and A/C related supplies.
