Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are too high for my fixed income though. Had party supplies for every type of party you are planning.

This place might be pricey but dang they’ve got us covered !!! Really lovely balloon section and first class customer service. You won’t get lost in there bc the staff have got your back. Amazing!

Very rude!!!!! Will NEVER go back! They have balloons all over the store one group of balloons was deflated and my 4 year old went to pick it up and a worker grabbed it out of her hand and said “don’t touch that.”Why would I make that up? That was our first time in your store, we were very excited to visit y’all and the young girl at the front was very rude to my daughter! No wonder ur store was so empty!!!

Took my family in the store to get Halloween costumes. Ended up buying around $90 of extra merchandise for a upcoming family reunion. And total spent about $140. Bought a costume and then went back and spent another $90. The costume was too small for my son and took it back to exchange it but lost that particular receipt. The manager of the store was unwilling to even try to find my transaction in the computer. The worker was very friendly but the lady in charge was not very helpful we wanted to exchange it for one that was exactly the same price but that fit. Being that you cannot try on anything in the store I would assume this is not the first time this has happened with children and costumes that range in sizes when you buy them. We are a large family of six and we spend a lot of money at this store yearly on balloons and decorations for our four children. I will now go to a different store to get them. In the age of technology most all of the stores that I shop at can’t look at my transaction by my card number. I refuse to do business not even a single dollar at this location or any of the businesses owned by this company. I will also spread the word to our large group of families that we go to church with and hang out with that also love the store so they will know that doing business here is very difficult unless you can prove to them 100% that you are an actual customer and not just a thief. I felt like a thief when I left the store by the way I was treated my son left crying because his Halloween costume would not fit.The funny thing is I noticed as I was leaving the store that they keep an extra copy of all of the receipts right there at the register kind of like a restaurant so I know somewhere they have a copy but again I must be a thief if I do not have a copy of my receipt and they are too lazy to look through the stack of receipts that they haveJeremy Miller

So many things for birthdays and costumes for all occasions

So imagine that I work at a car dealership that sells the car that you drive and you need a part for said car. You come in and ask for the part and I tell you that we have it but its in a box in the back. Would you not then expect me to go find the part you need? The first and last time I set foot in this store was this evening. The girl working asked me what I needed, I replied that I was hoping they had some lights like either christmas strands or halloween. Didnt really matter which and she just said well they are in a box in the back and i said oh and she said have a good night. No effort made to get what I was shopping for even though she knew it was there. If I did this where I work I would lose my job

This was my first purchase here and will definitely be my last. I purchased a engineer outfit for my son and asked before I bought it if it doesnt fit can I return it? The employee at the front stated no. So I asked if it had to be unopened in brand new condition etc. She said yes.So my son decided he wanted a fireman costume instead so I brought back the item unopened and brand new with receipt and Ashley the woman at the front shrugs non nonchalantly at me and states I cant take this back its policy and she is sorry. Like seriously?? If I had known this I wouldnt have bought it and just shopped with my son.To other unsuspecting buyers beware of what you buy or just do like me and dont buy there at all!

Updated review- the owner responded to my concern of not receiving assistance. I appreciate that. Also, the owner mentioned that prices are a bit higher but money spent there stays in the community. I understand the difficulty of competing with a big box store. Review updated from 3 to 5 stars. Thank you for your feedback. My money will be staying locally.

I was the coordinator of the 2018 Arkansas Walk for Apraxia and Ashley and her staff provided us with two balloon pillars for our event. Our event is an annual celebration for kids that struggle to speak and the balloon pillars were loved by all. We appreciated their support so much!! I highly recommend this store for all your party needs!

Very helpful staff with a wide variety of party items. I have gone in search for specific items and was always able to find exactly what I was looking for (including a very specific piñata)

The workers are nice, and they have decently priced stuff. If you dont like getting bombarded by the manager asking you to look at their sales every 10 minutes, I wouldnt go here.
