I will never go here again. Asked the rude cashier girl with dreads how much something was. She said go look at the price .. I went over and obviously there was no price listed, as in why I asked the cashier woman. I told her this and she said then that she can scan it and find out. She finally did then told me to get in the back of the line.. even tho it was my turn. I finally just left, went to a gas station with some actual customer service. No one wants to be yelled at or talked down to meanly just trying to buy a drink.

If there were a way to leave negative stars, I certainly would! I have tried 5 times in the last 3 months to order pizza only to be told, no, its closed down for the night already (at 5:30 pm when the sign says open until 8 pm). The real kicker was when we walked up to The Bears Den for pizza around 2 pm (on a Saturday!) only to be told that they have decided to close down the kitchen (including Chesters Chicken) down on the weekends. The employee was telling us that in front of a customer who was sitting at one of the tables eating pizza. If you want Hunts Brothers Pizza, dont go here because youll never get an employee to make one for you.As for the rest of the convenience store, the employees are rude, disrespectful, lazy, and would rather play on their phone than to help check you out or help you find something. This is the worst place to go for anything.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Worst customer service in Conway at any gas station. Very Rude. Over charged and they denied any refund after telling me I could get a refund that would take 7 to 10 days to receive. I’ll never go here for anything again. And everyone I know will know about my experience here. Officially the worst gas station in all of Conway!!

Cashier doesn’t know how to do her job. Didn’t even card me.

Great location. Easy to get in and out of parking lot. Well lit area and plenty of gas pumps. The staff are efficient and courteous. Car wash and vacuum right next door. Lots of snacks to choose from.

Its a great place to get small items and gas when you need it.

Supposedly this place is owned by Donnie Miller or some variation of that name, I went in, got my coke and asked for smokes like I had 1000 times before, and got carded.....while flattering, I am 51....some may find it flattering, but its the same person that has sold to me often....even the girl working the cooking station was upset, but I do not push an issue....Bears Den, you just avoided a non-existant fine from the ATF and lost a 4 year customer....I can go another 2 blocks......sigh....will be happy when your station gets turned into a actual full time car lot.

Horrible, there is a very rude associate name Darline working here, she seems to always have an attitude, came into store and she was giving me a really dirty look, then I went up to to counter and I had all change except a penny and she wouldnt waive that one penny, very rude I think she may be racist. Do something about her please!!!!!

Men’s room was a disaster. Dirty plugged and leaking fixtures. Also despite common up on a Google Search as having ethanol free gas, they do not.

Im in the process of trying to find who owns this place. Will NEVER go to this store again horrible customer service!!! I have never wrote a review but I see why people do write reviews now!!!! The associates in this store Are horrible!!!!!!!! I wouldnt rate this store 1 star. I hope a corporate member review this complaint and reach out to me!
