I thought my iPhone 12 screen was broken and looked online at various options to have it replaced. PcRx was highly rated and the cost was reasonable. I was able to book an appointment online for early the next morning. I was told it would take about 1-2 hours to replace the screen. However, as I was walking out the door, I was called back; my screen was not broken after all! It was the protective cover that had cracked. They were able to immediately replace the glass protective cover and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes.I was extremely pleased about the entire experience and process.I highly recommend this company.

I called for a quote to fix an IPhone screen, they were very nice and very affordable. I brought in the phone, they fixed it in an hour and it’s now working perfectly. I will will definitely return here for any future repairs!

My computer an I Mac was not working after a Lightning surge. They replaced the hard drive and it is working beautifully. Very helpful with setting it back up and with any questions. Patient with my computer skills or lack of.

This place is amazing the staff is so helpful and honest. They tell you right from the start if they can do it or if their chances are slim. They had my computer for a day it was able to save everything I had on it from when I dropped it. He was also very helpful in telling me what kind of computer I should get and a casing because of my disabilities I drop things. The way he turned around and did this so fast I couldnt believe it. I met with Ryan about a month ago to have PCRx build 2 high end computers for our church. We discussed our needs and what we needed the computers to do. Front counter could not really discuss potential issues that I might be experiencing just leave for 24 hours for diagnosis with a tech.I kind of feel like a person more knowledgeable could be at the front counter.

Can’t say enough good things about this place, I had diagnosed a problem in amy computer that was an easy fix, once they got it open they figured out it was even easier than I thought turning a $150 repair, that I would have been happy to pay, into a $30 repair. A lesser shop would have just told me I was right and taken the $150, these guys are honest and top notch and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. If you don’t know anything about computers this is where you should go because you know you will be taken care of honestly.

We have been going to PCRX for twelve years and they are wonderful people to deal with. We have had three computers built by them. They have always fixed our problems quickly. Cant say enough good words about Ryan and Matt and the rest of their crew.

They gave me a list of options for computer parts, detailed which ones were best, and assembled the whole deal for me, keeping me apprised of the situation the whole time. The only thing I could possibly complain about was them forgetting a cable, but all it took was a call and a quick car ride back to the office and they gave me two for free. Great folks, really helpful.

These guys are great, and can do anything when it comes to computers. Ive paid 3 of the main shops in the Myrtle Beach area and this is the only one that actually diagnosed my pc, the other companies sent it back in pieces. Im new to the area from New York and have been taken advantage by another computer Local Company. I finally went to the PcRx chain and found Mr Foultz to be most professional and he educated me to correct something without him angling himself to make more money from me,.. I like that attitude very much;based on the first service i gave them I return for more work to be done in this time it was a guy by the name of MAT who didnt know how to even turn on a small $175 computer telling me that he need a special charging device when it did not, I decided not to trust them anymore. They must have a high turnover of employees to be careful of Matt

He offered suggestions as to what I could do. When I specifically asked what he would do in this situation , he was very honest while still giving me the final decision. Now it just turns on and off repeatedly so I took it back they said it was motherboard so again I bought a new motherboard and it’s still doing the same exact thing! I was very happy with the desktop, except for those people whom are older, with older machines, having to upgrade other items. My monitor would not handle HDMI, which was only 4 years old. I do think all units should come with monitor pin connection and HDMI. All that said, I now own a very fast computer, able to find all my data, plus a bigger and clearer monitor. Thanks.

I called and left a message and kindly asked for one of the owners to return my call. I had very specific questions about an iPad that needed repair and wanted to discuss before I brought it in. I never heard back. If you own a business you need to be professional and return calls. I will not refer anyone to this company because of how I was treated. I decided to go to another computer shop that is more attentive to their customers needs.

I took my laptop to this business since it got hit by a power surge. They worked on it immediately and got back to me that afternoon. I received professional service and very good advice. Unfortunately my laptop was not worth fixing but they answered all my questions about which new one to buy. Highly recommend!

I had a bad hard drive and took it to them. I told the young man that I had only apple and he sold me a new 1tb hard drive and charged me $50 just to transfer my documents. I got the new hard drive back and only to find that he did not comply to my advice that I have only apple. It has taken more than one week and two trips to them and found out that they still for the second time they still formatted the hard drive to work only on Microsoft. APPLE only I said!!!! I fixed it myself and will NEVER recommend this place!!!!

I took my iPhone in for a diagnosis and repair. It turns out that in the end the phone could not be repaired due to the nature of the issue.They were upfront and honest about the issue and didn’t just try to simply take advantage for a quick buck.They were very professional and efficient and I would highly Recommend there service.

Only took a day and a half to get my pc fixed and only for about $50. My pc kept crashing and games also crashed, the technician found that my cpu was set to be over clocked and kept over heating so he turned that off and added a new fan and stress tested my system and it worked well. This will be the place that I get my tech help from for now on. the people here were very helpful

I had an all-around excellent experience with PCRx Computers! They will most definitely be my first choice for any further needs.

Sold a mid-range computer to my Mother that had a 15 year-old graphics card in it. Didnt even have Gig sticks on the same frequency, so it was only using 2/3 of the RAM installed on it. The tower was pretty and lit up, so I imagine their marketing scheme is to shove old-guts into a modern-looking computer and pass it off on people who dont know any better.They fixed her laptop fine, but I wouldnt buy anything here.
