I have loved this store for years! The selection is always amazing! So many sizes, styles, and prices! The customer service is better than any place I’ve been to! They literally make you feel like a princess! Great for pageant, prom, homecoming, and more! They also have accessories and shoes so it really is a one stop shop! They have a casual wear section that has the cutest stuff that I love to check out with every time I go!

This place is amazing. So many beautiful dresses to choose from. My daughter is so picky and I hated shopping for formals until we found Emerge. They have everything you need to make your event perfect. The staff is amazing. Trust me and save yourself some time and go straight to Emerge!

Renee and her team at Emerge worked professionally and honestly with me while I was preparing for Pure State Pageant, then National pageant and finally Pure Internationals . From interview prep and wardrobe, casual wear, formal wear… you name it she worked hard to make sure I was at my best ! She puts a personal interest in all her clients.

Our experience here was not pleasant at all. We went in looking for a homecoming dress for my niece. Upon walking in we were not greeted and no one even acknowledged we were in the store. We looked around the entire store and not one employee attempted to help us. My niece found a dress and went to the dressing room to try it on then finally someone came over to help and acted as if they all were too busy to help us at first. We became so frustrated that we no longer wanted to shop and just wanted to leave. They have some beautiful dresses but their customer services distracts from the potential the store has.

I had a terrible experience in this store. I went dress shopping for homecoming court this last Saturday. I walked into the store, and received no greeting whatsoever. I begin to look through the dresses for about 10 min, and not a single employee came to help me (I was the only customer in the store). As soon as I find a dress to try on, an employee takes it from me, and lists a bunch of rules and procedures with the dressing room. I left as soon as I could. Terrible experience, and unhelpful employees.

A nice dress boutique! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about pageant attire. They are honest and help you pick out the dress for you. My daughter was picking out a pageant dress and she was very happy with all of their suggestions and selections. Thank you lovely ladies for the great experience!!

The dresses were absolutely stunning, but the employees were extremely rude. They assumed my friend and I did not have enough money to pay for a dress there (though we were shopping for prom dresses). I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Ive been here before and had a bad experience. I told the lady that I was looking for a mermaid style dress and she told me it would make my hips look wider than what they are. However on today we were followed around while looking and then when asked about a section of dresses, it was stated that those dresses were $600 and up. We never stated a budget.

The owners were there and they were AMAZING!!They were closed and let us in for my neices to try on prom dresses!! So kind and nice loved them!!!!!!!! We will definitely go there first next year!!!!

Very rude!!! Went in and was followed around and everytime I found a dress I liked she stated that it was probably not in my budget and basically told us that we don’t need to touch the dresses cause we were dirty even though we washed our hands before we went in the store. I went in to find a prom dress and was very disappointed because she wouldn’t even let me try one on. Not ever coming back here and definitely not recommending it to anyone. Plus very boring dress options and felt very judged.

We look at all the other dress stores around and always end back up at Emerge. Best selection and staff has always been wonderful.
