Dont tell you when they tear stuff up. Dont care either. No effort to make amends. Weve used these folks for years. Gone down hill in a hurry.

Great prices, but not the lube is not for personal use.

My wife had great service in the past. This time was very different. They had her drive over there pit herself and she had trouble getting out of the truck in that tight space. They didnt ask what the of oil she wanted and started to charge her for full synthetic. She said they were so fast she hopes that they actually changed the oil.

Went here to get oil changed. Guy told me I had the wrong filter, so I trusted him and he put in one they had in stock that I had to purchase. Car started sounding funny, acceleration was different... my brand new car has never been the same since. Feels like I need a new transmission. Will never go back to these guys. Don’t go. I wanted to let it go, but I’m looking into other options of how to handle this.

People there are so awesome and they are so friendly. I will definitely come back again if I need something. I really recommend Mr Quik Lube, these guys do great job

Thought I had a bad alternator. Turns out I just hadnt tightened the battery bolts on the terminals! In and out in 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

In my experience they are quick, professional, and courteous. I have been to two locations in Conway. I have had my oil changed on both cars, tire work done, and utilized their mechanic. I would, and do, suggest them to others.

New owners = new staff = crappy service. We have used this place for over 8 years. The last couple of times weve went, they moved everything in my car. They adjusted my seats & mirrors. They vacuumed but you could have fooled me...... We will be finding a new place to take our cars from now on.
