I bought a 2016 chevy cruz with ~90,000 miles on it under the impression that it had a 107 point inspection. Long story short, they sold me a car without any oil or windshield wiper fluid, and a broken coolant system. After saying they would take a look at it, they wouldnt allow the AAA serviceman to take it off the truck because they no longer wanted to do business with me. The car is now totaled, and I will be seeking legal remedies to the situation.EDIT: the response given is not true at all. The timeline is mostly correct, but please dont lie about what I said. But, thank you for the response and further evidence of malpractice. I confessed I didnt know much about cars, including my own, even apologized for being too demonstrative, and yet, when I was told that it would be examined yesterday, it was never taken off the truck according to the AAA personnel today. I never said anything else of the sorts regarding conditionality. I quite literally said THIS morning: I will pay for it, but you guys know more about what is going on with the car than other mechanics, please look at it since it is already on your lot. I had to bring the car back because the coolant tank was leaking (~2 months ago), which you guys handled. Also, I said there was no oil in the car when you originally gave it to me, nor windshield wiper fluid, which leads me to believe your 104 point inspection is flawed - as your lead mechanic said himself today: We couldnt see that anything was wrong. So, all you do when you buy or trade for a car is just look at it? Anyways, to no avail, that is ok - lesson learned. You guys be well.

I have been driving by this business for years. I have always thought to myself that their vehicles were to nice and I would probably be better off trying to get a new vehicle.
