Felicia was so incredibly kind from start to finish. She even went to battle with me trying to get my sons car seat reinstalled after my car was fixed. As far as my car... they did an amazing job. These people truly go above and beyond!

My 2007 Mustang GT Convertible was in a collision, I was heartbroken. Dan and Rob who run the body shop at Conway Ford took it in. They went to great lengths to make sure it was restored to better than factory new! What an amazing job they did, it looks better than ever. The staff truly went above and beyond, the paint is flawless. Special mention to Zack in parts for searching for NOS parts to bring my car back to me as pristine as it was before the collision. I recommend this body shop above all others in the area, they are great!

Went to get a programmed key made and get the door code.They said it would be around 290.00.I said no thanks. I used the keys that was most used and came up with the combination. Just to find out it was on the door hinge in the trunk.I went to Graham lock smith in Loris.He cut the key and programmed it for 50.00. Also if you have a.F150 the code is behind the drivers door panel. You can program the keys yourself, If you have 2 working keys.Have it cut. Use the working keysSwitch on and back off( 45 seconds) with themUse the new key, switch it on leavenLeave switched on for 10minutes and 30seconds. It should be programmed. Good luck

I had some clear coat flaking off the driver side door. So I decided to have it fixed. They had one of the hardest colors to match the Cadillac pearl white and boy did they do an amazing job. Danny was great to work with and very honest about what he could run into since there was other work done to it. I will always refer these guys to everyone.

This was my second time having them repair my car. This time it was more damage. I am a very picky and hard to please when it comes to my car and they didnt stop until I was completely happy they worked really hard to make sure it was done right just like last time. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. Everyone was very friendly just a great group of people.

I would use them for any body work that you may need! From my first contact all the way to pickup they were very professional and caring. I am very picky with my car and the work that is done to it, and they understood that as a car is a big investment. They fought State Farm to ensure that the work was done correctly using new parts over repair, even though they made less money doing so! They were transparent about the whole repair process letting me know what was going on and when it was, and were happy to work with me throughout a complex liability claim. When I went to pick up the car, the car was cleaned and shining in the sun! I did an inspection of all work done to the car and it looked like the accident never even happened. I was hesitant with my car being an Audi and having a special paint flake, but the people at Conway Ford matched the paint PERFECTLY and I was very much impressed. Big thank you to Dan and Felicia for putting up with all my phone calls to check on the car and to keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process!

I have never been to the Collision place. Just drove by is all.

Just recently I took my Ford Ranger into the service department because they had worked with me on the airbag recall. Believe it or not after 2 years of waiting I was notified by Conway Ford to go ahead order the airbag. This Saturday I took it in they put the newer airbag in so now I feel safe in my Ford Ranger. I will say follow-up is so important and they did their job.

Scheduled repair was completed on time and as planned!

My truck was towed there after an accident on 12/8/18. It was wrecked down the street, but everything was placed back in the truck so that I could come back to get it. Dead fish, a few fishing poles, and other items.Come to find out, the good fishing poles were gone, tackle box was gone, blue tooth speaker was gone, tool kit was gone, Dewalt light was gone and even the dead fish were taken. Really? The dead fish, ? It looked like someone went through it.Needless to say, do not leave your belongings in your car because you cant trust their location to be safe.

I have a 2016 Mustang I bought back in July . I have taken to Conway Ford Body shop several different occasions . They kept my car 22 days to fix paint imperfections from the manufacturer . I pick it up and it looks like total crap . The paint dont match , it has trash all in the front bumper and they messed the paint up on several other spots . I take it back two weeks later they keep it for five days and I pick it back up for it to still look like crap . It still has trash in it and the paint still dont match . I defiantly would not advise anyone to car your vehicle here to be painted .
