Due to Covid and a shortage of inventory in our home state of PA we were able to find the machine we wanted on Facebook marketplace and Edward was awesome. He gave us an out the door price and it was cheaper than the number we got in PA. We did all the paperwork online and it was super easy no pushy sales very knowledgeable staff and loved their delivery approach. Edward literally spent an hour with my son going over the entire machine and all the upgrades. Very impressed with the knowledge that they have of the product. Next machine we buy will be from profile for sure.

Each time my husband and I visit, the employees are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend working with Profile Powersports service team.

Today 4/17/2021 we picked up my 500hr Kioti tractor after waiting 8 weeks for a hydraulic line we picked up our unrepaired tractor. My tractor was in the same spot we dropped it off at and had not been touched other than Profile losing the keys. I would not recommend either Profile Powersports or Kioti to anyone! Both this dealer and manufacturer have no parts or service capabilities and whats more they have no factory representation in the USA!BUY AMERICAN.!

You are a snowmobile business, you should be able to register snowmobiles without making up excuses as to why you cannot. Stop sending people to other places.Im sorry, but:You ABSOLUTLY CAN CONTORL THAT.OHRV sends decals overnight. You can literally order them every other weekday if you wanted. They are free.Every employee can do registrations with 5 minutes of training.They can be done every day of the week.

In response to the review below me, Rob Bellini. Its funny you left a review the way you did. I was behind you in line, I know this because you gave them your information when you dropped off a destroyed dirt bike rim. I heard the whole conversation. You were told by two different service employees that rim should be replaced and they would try and remove a bearing, but couldnt promise because it was badly seized. You declined and said just try and oh well if its damaged. Its very disheartening to see you come bash a company who was honest and upfront with you. Not to mention they mounted another tire for free for you too, you left that part out. Your review is bogus, rude and uncalled for. Its keyboard warriors like you that destroy images of great people. Ive been here about 5 times and they are quite honestly the best dealership Ive been to on the east coast. I heard and watched it all, nice try on bashing a business, but I was right there. Dont let this Rob guy deter you, this place is top notch!

Ive never spoken poorly of local businesses but my experience with Profile has been nothing short of awful. They try to upsell you every step of the way and back it up with the worst customer service Ive ever had. My equipment arrived late, assembled poorly and the service members didnt have any experience with the equipment. If you deliver something in poor condition, send someone who at the very least knows how to tighten a bolt. Did not expect this kind of service for new equipment. Wouldnt buy an air freshener from these idiots.

Started off with a lower review due to circumstances most likely out of the control of this establishment due to the COVID thing (supply chain delays of many weeks). Raised to 4 stars bc once the parts were in, they were right on it. Perhaps a bit better communication would have helped.. but all things considered, not much they could have done to prevent the very extended delay in parts availability.

Sales staff were attentive without being overly aggressive. Helpful and engaging. Product lines available are quality with a variety of models in stock. Offering choices from 2, 3 or 4 wheels. One to four wheel drive and various other project equipment.Great to do business with.

Other than a few parts glitches which were out of their control, everything has been a good experience.10/02/20 Update on current service to tractor. Just had tractor in for 200 hr service. Was told that it would be a one day turn around. It was! They did the service, found the reason and repaired a bucket roll issue, and picked up and delivered. Awesome job! Thanks to all at Profile! Was nice to see the improvement of the service area.

Great place to look around, prices are a little steep on many things but my kids enjoyed checking out all the big toys!

We recently had our sleds worked on and everyone was so nice helpful! The mechanic even came out and showed me the old parts that he had to replace and explained everything to me so I could understand. I would recommend Profile Powersports to anyone.

Id rather take my stuff to a retarded monkey who just escaped from a zoo. Had my 2006 honda CRF 250R back tire in for a wheel baring change and they completely busted about every part of the rim. Not only that but they also popped my heavy duty tube. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone...u sit in there for long periods of time just to check out. Worst shop Ive ever been to...and their selections in store suck...never have anything in stock!!! I had to at least give them one star but they hardly deserve that!!!

I paid for a Sea Doo in March. I called the end of May to check on delivery, they couldnt give me a delivery date, but never called me. They said I would not find one in New England ! Ithe first place I called. Robertsons in Sanford, had 2. Profile did return my money without much hassle but...I found out that the perks available there only in March were still available anywhere , as well as a life jacket. Plus the price was $700 less. We just stopped for a part for our neighbors Sea Doo, 3 guys standing around looking at a cell phone. Ignored me. Go elsewhere!!!
