Love this store. Plenty of craft products choices, the staff is friendly and helpful- they take you to the proper location for an item (not just point).Help find product online that might not be on the shelf, and are always good at helping find the coupons that dissapear into my email queue.

Very good customer service and store was organized and isles not full of boxes and carts. Great half off sale on picture frames. I got 2 beautiful frames for $30.43 . Saved $42.09 fantastic deals. Wanted frames for my daughters wedding pictures. So happy that I went here to look.

Nice store just small need more merchandise

They have a pretty good selection. I have always like Michaels, they tend to have different craft things, than the other crafting stores do!!

The yarn selection is almost non-existent. The only staff member we saw was the one at the check-out. She was very bubbly and pleasant. Go to Hobby Lobby for yarn and help when you need it.

Store was clean and appeared neat. Their shelves were kind of bare, but maybe there is a craft rush with the summer season. Service wasnt the best. We had to wait at the checkout for two cashiers to finish talking before either of them acknowledged us.

We like Michaels because they have so much craft supplies. We were looking for Cricut accessories, and found the paper and vinyl on sale. Also we looked at candy making supplies but they didnt have the colorings that we wanted. They do have an excellent framing staff, too.

Pleasantly surprised by this store. It was our first visit here. I had always been told it was a small store and not worth the trouble to get to. There were some nearly empty shelves in areas but I believe this was due to the fact that new merchandise was just being unpacked and put out for sale.

Actually, I was next door at Ulta beauty. Love the store!!But I also love the selections at Michaels, even though I did not go there this time.

Just started coming here bc Hobby Lobbys politics are stupid. Michaels has a smaller selection but I think that makes me like it more. Its not huge and youre not wandering around forever. I like that its more about arts and crafts instead of home decor. Ill be here from now on.

I love to craft so they almost always have what I need. Just sometimes can be pricy on certain things.

My daughter and I didn’t have anyone offer us any help when we first got into the store but the checkout process was the worst. First off Joe was great. He was kind and courteous but he was also younger which leads me to Rae. The line was getting long as well as the wait time and even though we were waiting patiently Rae decided to take the lady behind us. Rae and the other older white lady treated my daughter and I as if weren’t using the same currency as everyone else. I will not tolerate this type of treatment and will no longer shop here.

Awesome selection on art supplies, not the cheapest place but quality products.

Employees were great! But the selection of Halloween decor was very slim. A lot was sold out but this store didnt even get all of the stuff Michaels got this year.

Items they have are little more expensive than I normally pay. I also could not find any canvases. The folks that work there were extremely helpful!!

Pretty great store! They dont always have the things I need, but thats a franchise thing and not this locations problem. Very great store if youre wanting framing, yarn, childrens crafts, and wedding supplies. Not the largest selection for drawing. They dont have fabric.The employees here are always very kind. Theyre helpful and will always show you your options for some supplies. Definitely a great place.

Didnt have what wanted but had all kinds of stuff I found I did need.

They have a ton of different colors of acrylic paint alot of sales too. Get the app it saves you money friendly staff if you can find one its really under staffed probably a corp. thing. Alot of of those kid craft projects in the front right great for XMAS.

Micheals is great, but like all craft stores is generally expensive. The only issue I have is that some of the price tags for beading and other jewlery related items is behind the items themselves. This makes it hard to see individual prices, but I might have just not been looking hard enough.

In all honesty, this is the first time i have been to a Michaels & i wanted to check it out & see for myself whether or not i liked it.I have seen them & wondered about but never took the time to check any of them out.I really enjoyed being in there...the staff that i dealt with were very friendly...the cashier was great & even made sure i had a rewards acct before i left! His name is Josh!I really love their miniature items! Plus i got them on sale! 😁😊🤗

Got a piece of my grandmothers needlework framed. The woman who helped us (Christina, I think it was) was very friendly and helpful, and had good insights on which matte/frame styles to choose.

Half price yarn during a big sale seriously made my life. I bought 55 skeins and I was incredibly happy. Good selection of yarns you cant get in Russellville. Especially love the Loops & Threads yarn and the chunky yarns they offer. Nice people working there as well. Good place for hobby shopping.

Okay, so I dont know a crochet bat from a sewing shovel from a knitting file. But my wife sure does! I will take her anyplace that tickles her fancy, and the staff takes great care of her. So...no guy section to hangout in, but hey!

My wife dearly loved this place. She paints, knits, and most recently has gotten in to using the Cricut. She gets 95% of her goodies right there. I must confess, I have found them very useful for custom framing and I love their sales.

It was a fund tore to browse through. It was smaller then I expected but had things at a good sale price and other items I wasnt expecting to find in a small hobby store! Store was clean and the staff was friendly.

Clean and well organized. Cell phone reception is spotty so make sure you have a screen shot of your coupons before you head in.

I absolutely love Michaels. The Conway store has always been clean and the staff is helpful and friendly any time I visit. Their app also makes it super easy to save money.

Has everything my art obsessed daughter ever needs. The things Im sent after arent cheap but brands like Copic markers and the high quality watercolors will cost you a lot anywhere. Micheals carries a brand called Artists Loft that is good quality and less expensive. It may be their brand actually. Watch for great coupons in your email inbox.

One of my favorite stops. If you are crafty, this is the place for you. Many departments with lots of selections. And great seasonal supplies and ideas. Fast and friendly service. Plenty of parking.
