I have been to many different Metro PCS around the city and I can really testify that is one best location. Excellent all around in customer service knowledge and overall making it a great experience I will be loyal customer to this store.

I always come here. Its clean and the people are very friendly and helpful. They help me to choose my phone and any information about my needs!.

The customer service is poor. The staff is unprofessional. I wouldn;t recommend anyone to get service from them. I went in to do and upgrade for my daughters cell phone I was trying to take advantage of a in store promotion and when it came down to it. I was missed informed. The sales associate BLAMED me and did not wish to help.

Today 7/18/17 at 10am i went in the store and was a little hostile but in all Adrian was calm the whole time so i do appreciate him and thank him for being the person he is. Thank Adrian B. You deserve 5 stars and will continue to come visit that store almost lost my business but for your help i will refer my daughter

I will only put 1 star just so this can get seen , I have a sister that lives in this area when i went to visit i noticed my bill was due so i was in the area so i figured id stop. OMG the girl that was helping wasnt inviting at all of course i got the typical greeting but thats all . Im not sure how long this store has been here but they need to brush up on their customer service skills. No bueno . I recommend going the other Metropcs down the street . There one Rep that super easy going and courteous . I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN !!!!

I went in with my wife, they where very rude, didnt care for my needs at all! will never go back. dont recommend this location at all! they over charged me and didnt even give me a receipt when i asked for one they said the printer was out of order but i had just watched them give the person ahead of me one. DONT GO HERE!

I switched from boost and they messed up the switching and i lost my number which i have for 10 years when i went back there they didnt helped me. and the girls were rude to me.DONT GO TO THIS METRO PCS
