It was my first time here and I decided to try the shake mix-up. It was really good and the staff were very friendly, Ive been to places similar before but it tastes better here than what I remember by comparison of other places Ive been. I didnt get a picture because I ate it all up😂Update: Went next day, pictures now included, got too many toppings

Very tasty. We enjoyed the Vanilla and the Salted Caramel. We also had the Cocoa, but it wasn’t as good. Cute decor.

Clean and peaceful. My kids love the place. I like the pineapple and cheesecake combination. While my kids enjoy everything, especially the toppings!

We LOVE this specific location because they are extra patient with all children. The treats are always delicious, and the area is always clean (especially the restrooms). When they had system issues, they gave everyone discounts and coupons for future discounts. They have no problem taking ownership of issues, and making every effort to make amends. They are welcoming, and extra patient with special needs individuals whose needs may not be visually obvious. Very family oriented, fun, and well worth the money.

Good selection, good toppings, nice staff. I just think that asking for tips is a bit odd at a place that you serve yourself. I cant help think that Im cant be the only one who thinks this.

Really like going to Orange leaf with my husband any time we are in the mood for something sweet that we dont feel guilty about after. Healthier alternative to ice cream. Prices are reasonable here. Plenty of options for toppings if you like those. Location is clean and staff is friendly.

The frozen yogurt was watery due to the attendant not paying attention to the equipment been off for a while resulting in the frozen yogurt turning to liquid on most all the yogurt machines leaving customers with just 2 flavor choices. Not a good thing!

This location is based on weight with 2 different sized cups. Staff was very friendly. Gave us several samples so we could pick from the large amount of flavor choices.

This location is a very friendly, Ive had oral surgery and on a soft food diet for one month. I have had a lot of Orangeleaf in the past three weeks, its breaking my pocketbook, but its very good. Im happy they offer a military discount.

Horrible customer service. Owners of this location and Selma (Forum) location try to discredit reviews by saying all the negative reviewers are fake people! Instead of saying How can I make your visit better? or We are working on fixing that issue. They become very defensive and just plain ugly directly to CUSTOMERS!First time here and it will be our last because of the way we were treated.We were hoping to find a fun, family friendly place to go for a weekly treat after our family date days but we were not impressed.Between the bored & rude staff, overpriced yogurt, and dried up fruit on the bar we decided not to come back to this location.What ever happened to Customer Service? Definitely not here...To top it off, my 5 year old picked out a Strawberry flavor with a unicorn picture and it had a HOT pepper taste. He was not a happy camper.A larger sign that says SPICY or PEPPER would be nice so that way it is well known. A teenager /older child might not realize what a serrano is...even some adults.Even though we had a bad experience at this orange leaf, we did get ideas and now we make our own family date day treats at home!

Some of the flavors are too frozen to taste. And there was no root beer for our root beer float we had to have it with coke

They provided coupons at the local school. When I took my sister to redeem one (basic cup) the cashier and manager on duty would not accept it. Said their was an age restriction, when I asked her to point out on the restrictions, she couldnt as there were non, not even the *restrictions may apply, or the *see store for details. She then change the age restriction to, it was only valid for certain schools, when I asked her to name them l, she couldnt, I had to give her name schools, the one I gave her was apparently not one of them. Again this was just a basic cup, I went to buy for our family so were buying 4 more cups. But it was the treatment we received and the fact that they wouldnt take their own coupon. Needless to say I left and have never been back. New place down the street Sub Zero our family and friends new spot.

Hreat customer service. Its kindda weird that the taste cups are used by staff only. Id get it if i was a teenager. Im a daggon grown man! But i guess thats a San Antonio thing? Nevertheless, minus half star. Also, i find it tacky that they have a tip jar, yet there are no servers. The day i come in, sit down, open a menu, and get served yogurt..thats the day i will gladly tip at the 20%+. Until then... shameless
