Made an appointment for 4 30. I show up 5 minutes early to my appointment. There is an entire family that still has to be seen before I can get my appointment. Why have an appointment if you are not going to stick to it. Very frustrating for those of us with tight schedules.

Went in for an appointment after a long hiatus do to terrible bed side manner. I figured Id try again because its hard to find open facilities due to COVID 19. Man, wish I hadnt. Dr. Flannagan is abrupt with her patients and severely lacks people skills. She kept rushing me through the various eye charts, and I literally didnt even have a chance to read the entire line before she would move me to the next one. When I asked her to slow down, she suggested that I find another doctor because I didnt agree with her assessment. I tried to explain it wasnt that I didnt agree, but that I she was moving along so fast I wasnt given time to process what was happening. I really didnt even know I was supposed to read the chart with the the uncovered eye! I was struggling to look through the eye that had the machine over it, thinking I had to wait for my covered eye to focus through that lens. She didnt explain anything, just said my left eye was much weaker than my right eye. When I told her I didnt have a chance to test correctly, she asked me to leave and find a different doctor! I asked her if she meant for me not to return, and also for the rest of my family who are her patients. She said she thought that was best because I didnt agree with her professional assessment. I told her she would be receiving a negative review and she said it didnt matter to her. I also told her I wouldnt be paying for the service she didnt complete and she said, of course not. She literally threw me out of her office! Man! Rude and apathetic! Do not waste your time or money there. Im still in shock over the total lack of professionalism and customer care.

I asked the woman if they were open,, she asked what I wanted.. honestly, this is an eyeglass store...Although I realize they have to have covid precautions in place, I was told you come in and sit down keep your hands in your lap and and dont touch a thing. No cs skills what so ever. Ill go elsewhere.

They totally replaced both pairs of my broken glasses for free! They were under warranty so the replacement was at no cost to me. Now I have my shades back and my specs.

Optometrist was condescending, and rude. I have never been treated more unprofessionally.

This woman was incredibly rude and obnoxious waving hands in face and completely ignoring us. We were only there like 5 minutes and we had to leave cause she was so bad with the service would never go back.

Did not keep me posted on my delayed ordered. Called on several occasions and never got a clear answer.This will be my first and last time purchasing from Walmart optical.Professional with customer service, but is very poor at organization and office management.
