I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with repairs lately. I had my father-in-law refer me here saying how the guys here have always been good and honest. In particular Kevin was his favorite. Sure enough, on the first repair they didn’t take long to figure out what’s wrong with the car. I need new tires first so they referred me to a reputable tire and rotation place. Kevin explained to me in detail what’s causing the issue, which I really appreciated, lately most assume because I’m a woman that I don’t understand or work on my cars. So I will definitely bring it back to have them fix the issue afterwards.Flash forward to today. I was repairing something on my car and I was having trouble with something so I asked Kevin to look and see if I was doing it wrong. He explained and fixed the problem in 10 seconds. Such a nice guy and a great group of people. 10/10 would recommend.

I never write reviews but I have to for these guys. I can’t say enough great things about them. Ross and his team got my car up and running after it’d been storage for 3yrs, repaired a horrible bodywork job done by another “reputable” San Antonio shop. This will be the only shop that I bring my car too. They are professional and he (Ross) calls you and keeps you informed with everything they’re doing with your vehicle. Best VAG shop I’ve found in San Antonio.

Ross went the extra mile for me, even giving me a lift back to work. Prices were reasonable, and work top notch.

Solid rates on my aging VW. Other mechanics in the area would not touch it due to being voer 15 years old. Oil change was competitive to VW dealers. Had some nagging electrical issues that were fixed quickly after a different mechanic shop kept my car for 1 month with no results. These guys did it in 3 days. Would highly recommend if looking to save some $$ versus local VW dealers.
