The storage facility is easy accessed from the freeway. The storage units are clean, and well lit. Alex was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgable. He took us to our possible storage space in a golf cart to see if it fit our needs. He gave us just the right amount of info without being too pushy in his sales approach. He walked us through the sign up process quickly. We are extremely pleased with Extra Space Storage.

Chris exceeded expectations when it came to professionalism and customer service. Chris was able to answer any question that I had with extensive knowledge/advice on how I should go about storing my belongings. This is my second time to use this storage facility. Very easy initial setup process, and payment was convenient and straightforward as well. Impressed by the staff during the setup portion and checkout too. Would use them with no hesitation in the future, definite recommend!!

I have used Extra Space on 3 different occasions. Every single time they consistently increased my rate until doubled. This starts as $5 here and there and then just doubles it. They are falsely advertising with a $70 rate on the unit I have when it is going to $150 Aug 1st.

I want to let everyone know that after posting about the rodents extra space customer service immediately stepped in and honored my insurance on the storages I will use them again because even though they had a problem they fix the problem they talk to me everyday encouraging me to tell me me and had empathy towards my situation and honor the insurance that I had on the storages this is a type of business that I like to do business with people that are honest and pathetic and stand by their policies procedures and protocols I thank you extra storage for honoring the contract that we had and you can expect business from me

Easy to get in and out. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE!!! They will increase the rent price with little notice. Even if current pricing is less, you will have to make a new reservation, end your current one and then actually move units to get the lower price. No way around it other than pre-paying at the current presented price. For instance. I rented at $158/mo. After 4 months they increased to $229/mo and said their normal rate is $209 and they only increased it $20. The same unit was available at $153 at the time, so I made a new reservation, had to move units and then pre-pay 6 months in advance to keep that price. BEWARE is all Im saying.

Christopher is professional, warm, helpful, accommodating & patient. He works very hard for his company & represents them well…but not at the expense of his customers. Christopher made several different suggestions about how we might best meet our storage needs mindful of our financial constraints. He is an absolute delight to work with. Way over priced. A/C was not working on a climate controlled unit. So hot we could hardly stand it. Check around before you go here. Might find something better for less money.

I was greeted by Chris Joyner, the Store Manager, who was both friendly and professional. Chris provided all requested information and listened to what I needed. He then provided multiple options and I was able to settle on the one that met my needs the best. Paperwork was completed in a timely manner and Chris led us directly to our new stall, which was clean and ready to go. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Conroe and the Manager, Chris Joyner.

Staff was friendly and helpful, all 3 of our units were clean and well maintained. Immediate responses to any questions and very friendly when they responded. After searching for days for the perfect storage facility, I stumbled across Extra Space Storage. I was indecisive about the unit size I needed and initially rented one that was too small. They let me upgrade and it was HASSLE FREE! I would recommend extra space storage to anyone. I absolutely love their professionalism.

My family lost our Father and had been having a hard time helping our Mother through the grieving, and settling of her estate. They were together for 28 years, and between them had accumulated a large amount of sentimental, antiques and such. Things that were very dear to her heart. We found Extra Space Storage and met Gary. He was very nice, straight forward and made sure we were able to pick the right size unit,... which thankfully he had available. From what I understood, the units get rented and the facility stays pretty full. Which, says a lot to me. Well, she has since purged through her belongings. Now, I found myself needing extra space. We did not hesitate, to see if Gary had any availability. I appreciate his business, and would recommend this storage to anyone looking for somewhere safe to keep their belongings. This is the 3rd time I have stored here & it will be the LAST!!! They park the Move-in truck up front by the road like its actually usable, when in fact its broken down. They advertise these great rates to suck you in & then they start raising your rates month to month without notice! My stuff is ruined from the roof leaking & they wont call me back! You would be better off taking your stuff to Goodwill than wasting your money here!

Very rude staff. The manager--Gary Smith in particular, seems to not care what the customer thinks of him or his staff. I do think that it is interesting that out of the 5 previous google reviews for this location, at least 2 of them were left by the manager and a current employee of the location. I guess getting close to a 5 star rating is not too difficult when you are evaluating yourself. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
