Boy, did we ever have a great experience with the gentleman at Cut and Shoot Customs. Some friends of our arrived in Bandera on a Saturday, and to their dismay, their motorcycle broke down, well, they first hauled it into a shop in San Antonio, after 48 hrs,they were told parts couldnt be found and werent sure as to the time it would take to get their bike back up and running, so my husband went online and found Cut n Shoot Customs, explained what we need to fix the bike, and the owner said, I think I have what you need and within the day, he had it shipped out from Conroe tx. We had the parts in hand at 11:00 am. The next day, and fixed the bike ourselves and were back out riding that afternoon. Thanks So... much for your fast turnaround service, bu also for promptly getting the part out on UPS. This is a 2012 Honda GL-1800 with the HTS-1800 Roadsmith trike. I purchased it from another dealer in Alabama. The rear hatch gasket leaked. I got Randys name from the Roadsmith web site. Randy knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it, and he did a fantastic job. I recommend Cut N Shoot Customs highly.
