I called everyone in a 60 mile radius, no one had what I needed at a fair price. Except Metal Mart in Conroe. These guys helped me load it and at a a price that was even better that the big stores. I will always buy my metal products here. Thanks Metal mart for making my deck project go off without a hitch.

Used them multiple times for building Rv stalls, building metal fences, Metal buildings, ect. Never had any issues with them and have always had order right and ready for pickup when promised. Thanks guys!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place fails in the customer service. I will no longer being doing any business here. Don’t dare go up there around their lunch time, lunch comes before customers. I have purchased lots of metal from them and needed to purchase more to finish some stuff on my house. I went in about 20 mins before lunch and ordered what I needed. They said I wouldn’t be able to pick up until after their lunch when they reopen. I had other things to do that day and let the employee know. He said there was nothing they could do because it was almost their lunch time. Dana, a female employee is helping another customer and starts yelling at me that they are trying to help me out and that I needed to quit getting an attitude about it and that they would have it ready after their lunch. You don’t gain customers by treating them that poorly. That store apparently needs their own attitude adjustment and learn customer service skills according to the multiple reviews on here. I still have more metal to do but will be purchasing elsewhere

Very poor customer service along with very rude employees. As a small business owner myself, providing great customer service is a MAJOR part of our business but unfortunately Metal Mart employees definitely do not share that same value.

Gave me the wrong thickness on my metal. Wouldnt take it back and refund me. Said that he didnt hear me say what thickness I wanted (I told him 1/8) so he just gave me 14 gauge without asking me. Money completely down the drain

Called in for a quote. Waited three hours. Called back to check. Got hung up on. Called back asked about the quote and they said they never had a call for a quote. Each call spoke to two different people and gave the same information to both. Poor customer service and rude staff.

They have all the materials needed for metallic roofing, The customer service is okay, but they have no bilingual staff (English/Spanish)No se habla español pero, tienen buen seleccion de material.

Metal Mart sells sturdy and dependable metal roof and patio panels at reasonable prices. Always a good product for a Texas hailstorm. not many roofs survive like these steeel roof panels.

I went to pick my order up they loaded me up forgot two items went back go round back dude really rude with me he said I need to leave from there that it was lunch time because they forgot ma insulation but I ordered I went around the back he was very very rude to me

Very unpleasant experience, called needed square tubing, showed zero interest in earning my business. Needed one cut made on material i was purchasing and had no interest in doing it. Will not buy metal from them.
