They did excellent work! I was very impressed with the care they took, and it really showed in the final result. They even have us the idea to install a quartz window sill that looks fantastic. Everyone we dealt with were very polite and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone that needs countertops installed. Reasonable to price and great work!

I have bought granite countertops from Granite World twice now. What I particularly like about them is they do their own cutting and finishing right onsite and very quickly. So you can pick your preferred piece of granite and have it cut right then and there. Easy to work with as well.

Poorest customer service ever. Three time set appointment to measure for installation and they dont have the courtesy to call that they could not make it. You call the next day and they apologize, but do it again. I called Enio, the number on the card, but he will not answer as well. Worst experience with a company ever!

Yaritza was extremely helpful when we were deciding on which granite to purchase and helping coordinate the granite installation. She was always available to answer any questions and immediately returned our call or text. On the day of the job, installers were extremely professional and listened to every concern we had. After 2 days, we had beautiful granite countertops. I would definitely use Granite World again!

Obviously, some of the 5 star reviews are just shill reviews. How could one customer have photos from multiple jobs. And, how could different customers have the same photos. Apparently the owner is not even smart enough to realize such a logical mistake. So, heres a real review.They wasted my time. They quoted $100 to repair an under-counter sink that had come unglued and broke the granite at the rear. I agreed to the price and scheduled for 2 days later @3:30pm. I asked how they could give a quote without looking at the job and are they sure about the price. She said, yes. After scheduling, they asked for photos in a text message. After receiving the photos, they increased the price 2.5X to $250 in a text message and said let me know. I didnt see the message and waited around for the 3:30 appointment. When I contacted them, they rescheduled for the following morning @ 8:30. The next day, I looked at my phone @8am and found that they had depended on a text message (yet again) with excuses about how the installer was confused when he rescheduled, and they could make it out the following Sat at 10am. I decided to move on to another company and write this review.Maybe they do great work. I will never know because I could not get them to keep their appointments.Looking back now, a year later (2021), funny how ALL the photos are gone. What are the chances that all these legit customers would decide to delete their photos? :D

Granite World did a excellent job in my home. I had granite installed in my kitchen, guest bathroom, and they lowered my kitchen countertop to make it one level. Enio and his crew are very good and they all take pride doing the job. Yadi the officer manager was first rate. She answered all my questions, Yadi was always a phone call away when I needed any type of information. Do not be fooled with the big granite stores with big showrooms, they are overpriced! I shopped around and received many quotes. Granted World with their low overhead blew all the other companies out of the water, not even close. Why pay more for the same granite and fabrication. Bottom Line, they did a great job with much less the price.
