I was having some issues with my garage doors - sensors werent working, the springs werent set properly, etc. I called Legacy based on their reviews, and that turned out to be a great decision! The technician showed up on time and was very helpful. He fixed everything in a timely manner and even noticed some other problems with the doors that he fixed on the spot. I got to say, there is a reason why they have 5 stars. The whole experience was exceptional, from the first called late at night and left a voicemail knowing that after work hours would be a no response until the next working day but to my surprise the guy called me back in like 30 min. Then I was sure they would be available in like 3 days (min) but they were there the next day (early!). And right there gave me a very fair quote and did the job in like less than 30 min (I spent like 2h trying to get the doors to close the night before thinking I knew what I was doing). I emailed Legacy and Chris emailed me back promptly and said he would called me the next day, and he did. He quoted me a more than fair price for replacing my garage door and the tracks. He even called me to let me know that they didn’t have a 25 gauge door in my color but they did have a 24 gauge door that was slightly ($40) more. The 24 gauge door is a way better door and worth the slight increase in price, IMO. Johnathon came out on time and got to work. Cleaned up after himself and did a very good job. We are super satisfied. About and hour or so after the install Chris called to make sure I was satisfied with the door and the install. Will use them again and we highly recommend.

I chose this company based on how many amazing reviews they have and they did not disappoint. I needed a new garage door because the one I had was broken by previous owners and almost to the point of unusable. I highly recommend Chris at Legacy Garage Door for any of your garage repair/replacement needs. He fixed our broken down belt quickly despite having to do some adjustments for the length of the belt versus the rail. He also noticed our track was slightly off and fixed that for free. He stapled down our sensor wires because he noticed they were getting stuck behind some stuff that was affecting their sensitivity. Every question I asked he answered, and he even told me how we could keep up with some of the garage maintenance on our own. The price was very reasonable, too, much better than what we were quoted from another company. Weve had some bad luck with repairs around our house but with Chris I feel very confident about the work done!
