Dont buy Ashley furniture anywhere else. The prices are less than the Conroe Ashley store with much better customer service. The salesman/owner wasnt pushy, just helpful and then let us browse at our leisure. We shopped several places but came back to this one for the value on the couch. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for quality furniture at a fair price.

They lost my order. Never returned calls. Showed up there and there excuse was they ordered wrong couch but the right love seat. I never seen them while I was there my thoughts are they are lying. I called them 5 times with excuses or that someone would call me back. First time call couldnt find my paperwork or nothing. Showed up there and that when they said couch was wrong we Showed them pic of right one they reordered said they would call with a date and never did. Its already been 2 months.

Nice selection of furniture and other items can be ordered thats not out on the showroom floor. Pricing is comparable to other places with specials on some pieces or sets.

Huge showroom, much larger than it looks like from outside. Always happy to answer questions. Plenty of clearance and close outs. If you dont see it on the floor just ask them and they will check the back. You can also find Ashley Furniture here for much cheaper than the Home Store. Great customer service and affordable good qaulity furniture. Not a resale shop.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars but since there isnt here we are. The worst customer service and business dealings I have EVER had. October 2nd I went into the store with my mom to purchase a sofa. There were limited options in the store so we were encouraged by the store owner, Julian, to order from a catalog. My mom picked out a sofa and Julian stated that it would be delivered Sat. November 7th (he wrote the delivery date on the receipt). It is now Dec. 23rd and there is no sofa. My mother and I have reached out the store multiple times for an update because there has been NO correspondence from the store since we placed the order. Long story short, the sofa never arrived, I called the store yesterday, Dec. 22nd (Tuesday) for another update and was told by Julian that at this point he had no idea when or if the sofa would arrive so hes offering all customers in this position the option of selecting something else from the store or a refund via check. I told him that I would opt for the refund via check and would come in today (Wednesday) to pick up the check since he stated that he would be in the store. Julian stated that he would go ahead and write out the check so that its ready for me the next day. I arrive today and Julian isnt there nor is there a check. The worker that was there was very rude and stated that basically theres nothing he can do, and Julian wont be back in until Friday (although it is a holiday, Christmas Day and Julian had already stated via phone yesterday that they would be closed). I do not live in Conroe, in fact, it is over an hour drive for me to get the store so it is completely unacceptable to be given the run around. Its obvious that Julian and his workers have dishonest business practices so I DO NOT recommend. PATHETIC!

I looked at Ashely Home store found a set I loved. Looked here and the price was less for the same set I feel in love with at the home store. Thank God I stopped in! I saved almost $350!!!

We had the best, most painless mattress buying experience at The Furniture Outlet today.We went in, explained what we were looking for and tried out a few. The very helpful store owner showed us to a Texas made mattress that can be flipped and rotated to extend the life and create even wear!! (Something VERY few mattresses are made to do nowadays.) He quoted us an AMAZING price and we were sold.We may had been there 30 minutes. The mattress was available to take home right then, which we did! We can not wait to sleep on it tonight.After having such a horrible experience at another local store, (they have a very bad review for their deplorable actions) I was dreading mattress shopping. But The Furniture Outlet has changed my mind. I am recommending them to everyone I know and will be going to them for any furniture needs I might have.Thank you all again so much for making mattress shopping painless!!

I shopped all over Conroe and the Woodlands trying to find a decent deal for bedroom furniture for my kids, and hands-down the best deals were here. The guys who came to deliver and set up the furniture for me (only $75 extra for delivery and assembly of a gigantic bunk bed and two dressers!) were very professional, fast, and did a great job. I was 100% satisfied with my experience.

I went to get my 3 year old a twin bed and box spring, I called first and yes they had 5 in stock for 119. best price I could find anywhere!! When I got there the guys were really nice. The show room is pretty big compared to what It looks like on the out side! Yet the parking is scary! :)

Terrible. We walked in and immediately saw 2 people working. Both of them looked at us and said nothing. So automatically we didnt feel welcome. Were in the market for a couch, love seat, dining room table and a mattress so we thought this would be a great place to shop since they have all those things. Their prices are sky high and the quality was very poor. The couches were hard as a rock and priced at $2,000. My mom went to test out a mattress and the man (Im guessing hes the owner) came over to us and stood there staring at my mother while she was testing the bed out. He just stood there and watched,.....said nothing ((very creepy and unnerving)) until I asked him if there was a problem. We will absolutely never go back to this place.

Very disappointed. I was sold a couch and told it had a lifetime warranty because of the brand American Made Furniture. Dont fall for that lie!They will not honor the warranty and I have a useless couch with a mechanical issue.

Horrible customer service i order serveral pieces of furniture from this store 10/25/12 over 2700.00 worth and suppose to be brand new furniture these brought to my house floor model furnture i had to leave so i didnt see when they brought the furniture in. i paid for a new tv stand they brought me a broken one, next day i notice it and called the store and said they would bring me a new one.i called the store many times and they kept telling me a new one been order a week later no furniture no call frrom the store.i went in person . they said we order to wait still no tv stand dec 20th,2012
