Promise Kept: I ordered a hard to obtain reamer online. It was promised for delivery in two days. It arrived as promised. Efficient, reasonable price, exact product matched, very helpful customer service rep (on late Friday afternoon!) spoke to me on two occasions: only one thing: did not get a copy of the tracking number: but the part arrived earlier than expected.This is a great company with clear objectives for customer service! Highly recommend!

Big building with nothing in it. Been in twice for rubber grommets, cable lugs, etc. Everything needs to be ordered. Why drive there when I can order everything I need from McMaster-Carr and have it show up at my house. Very disappointed and wont waist my time going back.

Showed up right at close but the young man was very polite. Got my stuff and out in just a couple minutes!!

I regularly purchase things from this location. I did not have time to make it by the store so I sent my wife. My wife was a bit confused about what I needed but she showed up saying how polite, knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. She said the guy that helped her was extremely enthusiastic and excited to help her. He understood what she was looking for and helped her immediately. Came to get a capacitor for my ac unit but I wasnt aware they closed at 3 now. Employee xdxc208? (Was on my receipt) came out after hours and sold me the one I needed. Luckily they had the one I needed in stock so I didnt have to wait. Awesome customer service!

This place is really a business to business type of company. When you order, you really need to first set up an account, even if its a cash account. Pricing will be a little bit better plus your purchase can be saved in their system. AFTER you account is set up, then place your order. If you manage properties, you will need this place.

Got here at 4:55 the close at 5 and they had people in there but yet had the doors locked and wouldnt let me in so no capacitor so I can ether pay high dollar for an hvac company or I can have my family in the heat. Sad that a place doesnt seem to care about there clients.

They have great products , but a bit pricey so check other places also. Their return process needs to be stream lined too
