Staff is ultra friendly and helpful. Bought a large sized rug here not long ago. We were eating next door and my wife dragged me in to look around; had zero thoughts of buying anything. The shelves in the back reminded me of walking through a good will shop; just the set up, but some of the items hey had surprised & delighted us. The prices were also very nice as well. Felt like I saved $150 on the rug we bought. Overall, nice place to buy home decor. There were other items as well, but didnt continue through the shop for more.

Hidden Treasures! Great prices when you can find them. Not all items are great prices. That said, some items are wonderful especially when you find clearance items! I found an area rug that is stunning for our master. It would have cost me triple at other locations. It can be hit and miss, you do have to be willing to really look for the deals. And wait!

This store’s employees are absolutely awful at customer service! We came in to browse, and while doing so, heard one of the workers yelling profanities at someone on the phone telling them not to call her at work; very unprofessional. In addition, we waited over 10 minutes to be checked out as the cashier made small talk with the previous customers and did not even address us. Then, a new cashier comes to the register, conveniently as the old cashier finishes her conversation, and the new cashier might have been worse. He did not greet us, instead, he starts by asking me for my information, puts everything in the bag, and then stares at us waiting for our payment. He did not even tell us our total. Finally, we were done checking out, and he walked away without handing us our receipt. My fiancé had to pull it off of the printer and grab our bag from the other side of the counter because he just left without handing us our things or saying a word! This was such a sad experience because I always loved this place, but I will not be returning. Unacceptable.

I love any Tuesday morning its like a treasure hunt but this one is never very organized.

Love, love love this store. I was in a hurry traveling w/a friend & I wanted to look at the sheet sets. The employee was not very knowledgeable of items, (sheets) displayed where she was working. But I had no trouble finding them myself. Store was clean but lacking in the dog shirts szM. Only had a couple of SM. But I love this store & will keep going with faith it was just one of those days.

I went in but I had to walk right back out because it smelled too bad to shop in. Maybe they could try washing the clothes in stronger detergent, incence, candles, sachets, I mean there are a lot of things they could do to make a store smell tolerable. It was just awful.

Always something unique can be found here. Watch the prices, you can still find bargains, though.

Great selection, some prices are great and some are over priced. Hit and miss on items for pairing. (i.e. lamps, cushions etc.) Minimal selection of wall paintings. Only 30 days for returns with your receipt.

Often one can find fine quality for less than ordinary retail. Selection is wide and variable but usually enough to find something one can use.
