My husband tried calling several times today trying to ask about a medicine him and my mom both need. They answered the phone then hung up multiple times. They didnt even say hello, just a pick up and a quick hang up. So we had to go to the store and wait for them to open after lunch. Big mistake! When they opened after lunch, they were late and claimed they were out of the meds. Yet, couldnt bother answering the phone before their lunch break to inform us instead of wasting our time. The workers here are pathetic/lazy. Ill stick to Sams Club.

Completely disregarded my dispense as prescribed call, wasted a prescription of my medication to give me a generic that has been beating me up with side effects. I work in a pharmacy in Louisiana. If you didn’t have the medication, why didn’t you call me? At least that’s our protocol to not waste people’s time.

They cant figure out how to put insurance on file even with help. 3 people couldnt figure out how to submit ChampVA insurance. THREE PEOPLE. They kept trying to put a completely different insurance most likely even when I double checked they were submitting to the correct insurance. Absolute shitshow.

Refused to transfer all my prescriptions when they were out of stock. Left me on hold for 15 min and then just hung up on me. Unprofessional and unreliable!!

They didnt fill a prescription because they wanted to know the reason why I needed the medicine I needed. And rude while talking to me like they have no feelings or respect.Im sorry but you shouldnt be asking this from the patient/customer. Thats a question you need to be asking the Dr that proscribed the medication. I feel like that is a wrong thing to do. I shouldnt have to answer Infront of all the people near me because of the glass I have to speak up. Now everyone know why I need this medicine.. Im very embarrassed....... Im never using this place or any Walmart. All the other pharmacys dont ask me this they ask the proscribing dr...

Stay away! This is a clownfest. They dont have a clue.

The staff are very nice, but WalMarts system constantly loses prescriptions and refills and notifys you when things arent actually ready. I transferred to a different location hoping it would fix the issue but it did not. Never again. I will pay a fee more dollars to actually get the right prescriptions on time.

The employees of this pharmacy are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The lady who works the counter, I believe her name is Stephanie, acts like you are bothering her. Bernard was short and very rude to me on the phone. When I confronted him, he snapped at me and said we have a lot going on . Well so do I!!! If you cant handle the public, work in an office or cubicle. Transferring my prescriptions this month.

The pharmacist technician and pharmacist went above and beyond getting my husband’s prescription filled. Other pharmacies could not fill his prescription and they filled it past closing time. If I could give them a 10 I would. Thank you Rita the pharmacist and the technician.

The worst people ever rude horrible costumer service .

They were great with helping me fill my meds. I went every where and got no help, but Walmart pharmacy did every other places as didnt and got my meds for me.

They NEVER have my prescription ready. My clinic has to fax the meds multiple times before they fill it. I have never once had an easy, quick, and reasonable experience at this pharmacy. Its truly a miracle they are able to even operate and assist the public at all. Its disgraceful.

Wouldnt let me drop of my prescription because it wasnt 2pm, f the Mfers , it was 1:50, i crutched myself in, on a broken foot nonetheless.... bunch of p.o.s working here

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. My prescription is filled monthly and they never have it in stock. Ive asked if they can order some a head of time because I will be filling it every month and they say they cant. I call in today because they said my prescription would be ready on Tuesday and they say they havent even received the medicine yet. The lady then tell me to call a week ahead of time.so they can have the medicine in stock when I need to fill it.Everytime I call it is different answers from a different person. Ill get texts saying the prescription is filled and go to the store to find out it is not. I am no longer using this pharmacy. I am sure they dont mind.

Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy that takes my insurance. I call my medication in once a month, and without fail...they NEVER have it ready on time. I even call to check that it is ready after a confirmation txt. I actually spoke to someone, they lied to me, told me it was ready...when I get there they tell me it is being filled. This isnt 1 or 2 times it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are understaffed, overworked, and have no trouble lying to you. Be prepared to wait an hour or longer for your meds even when you call them in. WORST PHARMACY EVER.

The employees at this location need to stop playing on their phones and worry about their job! People depend on them for fast prescription fills, and life saving medication. It SHOULD NOT take 2 hours to fill a prescription! My husband has been waiting for my medicine for 2 hours! I have a sever infection and am needing the antibiotics NOW! I could have gone to Krogers and filled my prescription faster, and made it home by now.Fix the employee priority! Its not that hard!

I will be filing an official complaint against this pharmacy and the employees. The pharmacy tech was not a doing good job and I told her so. When my husband up there to get my medicine(for the 3rd time) he was informed that they had called the doctor, lied to him, and proceeded to get my prescription shredded. I cant believe the deplorable acts that these people have committed.

I went there recently to fill some prescriptions that other pharmacies were out of, and not only were they rude from the moment I walked up to the counter, but refused to ever fill any RXs that came from my doctor in Houston (saying that this was their policy for the type of medication being filled). But I have to drive all of the way to Houston to see my doctor because she is the only specialist available in the Houston and surrounding areas who is experienced and qualified to treat my condition!! Walmart has the cheapest prices for the medications that I need filled... So why do they have to make it so difficult for someone who lives nearby to fill a prescription? I may have to travel to the other side of Houston to see my doctor every three months, but why should I have to do the same thing every single month to fill prescriptions when I live in the same area that Im trying to get them filled in?!

My place to get my prescriptions filled and the prices are very competitive !

Horrible pharmacy and customer service! Prices are the only thing that keeps me coming back. Otherwise Id choose Walgreens or CVS again.

I called at 11 am to make sure my prescription was received and completed. After being on hold for 15 minutes they told me yes, it would be ready in an hour. FOUR HOURS LATER my prescription was still not ready and was asked to wait another 30 minutes. RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! p.s. I would like to give it zero stars, but Google wont let me.

My husband and I were having a hard time finding our sons prescription in stock. We went to check walmart pharmacy and they to said it would be a couple of days before it was in. Our son 8 months old was severly burned on his leg and foot due to a house fire and needed his meds. While they were filling our other prescriptions for him the ladies working there called around to pharmacys until they found one with his medication in stock! We are so greatful they went through that much effort to make sure our baby didnt have to wait for his much needed medicine!!

This place is always out of medications, for the second month they are out of my medicine. They say they have it but never get in stock. You have to order it weeks in advance and still are not able to get it when you are supposed to.

I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for 2 prescriptions. The staff was cold and rude and did NOT CARE! Wish I could give No stars!!!!!!
