I’ve been here twice to get my prescription. They are messed up. My doctor has called in 3 times. The last time Walgreens told me they weren’t given the correct DOB. Doctor says he repeated it twice. I have been waiting 2 days for my prescription. The website doesn’t work. Nurse held over 30 minutes and hung up. I have now been on hold 20 minutes. I can’t check on my prescription if it’s new and I don’t have an RX #. These people are awful. I wish we had used the Kroger pharmacy. Anyone who has a good experience her must be related to a store employee.

Worst customer service. They don’t realize their job is to listen to the doctors orders, not judge or determine what you should be taking. I asked a question and their response was “WHO are you? 🙄” like that. They said they called my doctor multiple times this morning but I’m friends with my doc and he said that was a lie. When I asked them to pick up the phone because he was on hold they said “no he just called”. And that was a lie. They even questioned my doctor twice asking “are you sure this prescription is correct?”. They had no empathy, no care, and all judgment and laziness. Honestly I hope they lose their jobs so someone with sensitive who realizes medication is sometimes ones only hope for a normal life.

I just had the PHARMACY argue with me about the Pfizer vaccination being for 17 and older not 16. Even though THEIR website let me make my 16yr old an appointment. On top of that theyre using a pandemic to increase their marketing reach. Forcing you to create an account with them just to schedule your vaccination. Dont bother... go somewhere else.

Horrible experience once again.The pharmacy customer service is really bad. Not only today but many other times that Ive been here. Just the first time I write a review.I had a prescription ready for the last 4 days, which i was receiving multiple texts and calls from Walgreens saying it was ready. I was super busy. So I went today and they only give me one prescription, when in fact it was two. I explained them that. But they say, sorry is your Drs fault. You have to call them. While I kept explaining that the pharmacy already told me they were ready.Waisted almost two hours before they realized they made a mistake.So upsetting and a waste of time.Dont come here to waste your time.Walmart has excellent service in the pharmacy.

Chose this location to fill my prescription inside of the store. Filled my prescription before 4 other people. All 4 people after me as well as 3 additional people after me were all assisted before me while I stood there waiting. People behind the counter purposely ignored me as well as would not acknowledge me still there waiting. Idk why they would chose to help me last of all people ther being the first one in line but I can say that I will go out of my way to never use this location again. Worst pharmacy experience ever. Do not use this location under any circumstances.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a customer service environment. It is absolutely perplexing to me that the pharmacist Mandy and her assistant are running an actual Walgreens pharmacy. I’ve never experienced such impoliteness or people on power trips like this from a customer perspective. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO WALMART ACROSS THE STREET. They are always great.

VERY poor customer service, the “manager” was no better than one of the clerks. The policy that I was given did not align with the prior three stores I had just visited, that gladly matched the price difference and explained the company policy. In this store, the pricing was 1.00 higher, for exact item! Even with a receipt from 15 minutes before From a store down the street.... they refused to match the price. I would have given a zero if I could primarily due to the way this was handled.

I rarely give a one star review for any establishment because it’s a bit harsh, but this Walgreens pharmacy definitely earned it.I was waiting In line to fill a prescription in Walgreens and could already tell the pharmacy tech ‘Rico B’ was in a bad mood. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days, no worries right? WRONG.I handed Rico my two prescriptions to have filled and he started questioning me because the address of the prescriptions was my doctors office in Houston. I explained I live in Conroe but my doctor is In Houston, and I’m having the prescriptions filled at this pharmacy because it is 24 hour pharmacy. (Which is awesome.) my sister goes to the same Doctor in Houston and has never had an issue dropping prescriptions off at this pharmacy on 242. Just a couple weeks ago they filled a different prescription from the same doctor in Houston for me for a different medication no problem, so I didn’t understand what the issue was. I explained that to him and it seemed to aggravate him that I was confused at why he was giving me such a hard time. He then looked at my prescriptions for my ADD medication and said he didn’t agree with the dosage so they will have to call the doctor to verify. This was Wednesday at 3:30 PM and by Friday they still haven’t spoken to the doctor when I called to check on the fill status. My doctors office is closed on the weekend so I won’t hear anything until Monday... almost a week after I dropped my prescriptions off to Walgreens to get filled.This has been a terrible experience and I’m appalled at how unprofessional ‘Rico b’ was. I love Walgreens and have always used them for my prescription needs, but between this experience and then waiting on hold for 15 minutes only to get hung up on and having to call back to try to talk to someone about this issue and having a hard time getting anyone on the phone that could tell me what was going on was extremely disappointing. My prescription did NOT require a prior authorization, and it was a valid on time prescription fill request. It’s a fishy situation all together and extremely aggravating.I did purchase a couple things in the store and the cashier in the front who checked me out was awesome and quick... I can’t remember her name though.Hopefully the pharmacy will get this taken care of Monday. Fingers crossed...

Worst pharmacy Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They refuse to update my insurance information on file and put all of my medications on hold until I go out of my way to call them, check on it, tell them for the eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, etc time what my new insurance information is. My fiancee has an autoimmune disorder and they constantly find some reason why her medications cant be filled in a timely manner, even going so far as claiming that the doctor denied the refill request when we WATCHED AND LISTENED TO HIM send in the authorization. Its almost so bad that it stretches the Hanlons Razor argument- it seems to go beyond simple incompetence, and almost strikes me as malice.

This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service ever. They gave me the wrong medication, so I went in to return it. The man that “helped” me had a consistent sarcastic tone and asked me private questions about my medical history, which he has no right to do. When he completed the return and told me that it would “show up back on my card.” I was so frustrated that I walked out and remembered that I PAID CASH. However, this guy should have known that I paid cash when he scanned my receipt. So, not only do they have poor customer service, they are also thieves. Stay far away from here!

Terrible customer service and the supervisor is rude and sarcastic. Her name is LaToya and her pharmacist is the same way. Her name is Diem. I will never do business here again and I will try my very best to avoid giving my money to any Walgreens from now on and I suggest you do the same because my experiences at other locations haven’t been much better.

Awful pharmacy with obnoxiously rude staff. Waited in drive through lone for 10 minutes before the pharmacy tech disappeared right as it was my turn. She then proceeded to be absent from drive through window for 45 mins, while only coming to intercom to say “we will be with you as soon as we can” and hanging up, leaving no chance to respond. I was in line with my newborn twin boys who were crying at this point having sat in this line without moving for nearly an hour, and my gas light had been on far longer than I was comfortable with. Cars would pull up and drive off hoping to have better luck inside. Finally, the pharmacist returned to the window and immediately helped lane one, who had just pulled up after the cars in front of him left. I pressed the help button to let her know I had been waiting since before she left and she said I will be with you in a moment, no apologies or anything. Then about 5 minutes later, her associate gets on the intercom and proceeds to tell me with an attitude “we are helping the customers in order of arrival and there is only two of us ma’am”. Again, she immediately hung up leaving me no chance to respond. For one, you should tell customers when they should be expecting to wait nearly an hour for a medication that was already ready for pick up. You should also be way more sympathetic to customers who may not have the time to sit and wait. Instead you treat them as an annoyance and act like they are bothering you! And when you make a mistake like forgetting to notice who’s turn it is next, apologize instead of refusing to acknowledge your mistake. And finally- if your lines are so backed up and you have to return much later to help, make sure you pick up where you left off and help the customer that was next instead of carelessly choosing based on best guess.

The only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. If you need your prescription filled after 11:00pm then bring a sleeping bag because they only have 1 pharmacy tech working behind the counter. I was told at 10pm that my prescription would be ready in an hour and a half. 2 hours later I was told that it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. Ridiculous, Walgreens should staff more people at this pharmacy. People need their meds when they need them and if this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area then they should staff accordingly. Won’t be returning here ever again

Thank you to the pharmacy technician that helped me tonight. He was super helpful. I was there around 10:05 and just got off of a 14 hour shift. I know everyone wants to complain about waiting, but this place is super convenient and open 24 hours, which means they are slammed every time I get there bc where else can you go that late? Wouldn’t fill a prescription from my Dallas doctor even though I had documents proving that I live in the woodlands. This is not a law but at the discretion of the pharmacist. They were rude and completely unwilling to work with me on what is a very reasonable request. People have doctors in different cities and that should be accommodated especially with proof of residency. If you’re looking for a staff that is friendly and operates on reason, the one at research forest and 45 filled my scripts with no issue. Very kind and professional.*update*Spoke to the manager after the problems I had last month. She assured me that if I came in again I would not have an issue. I went in this morning to fill the same prescription and they denied me service again.Update* 8/4/2019Went in to fill a script after leaving a 3 day hospital stay at the facility Across the street. They once again refused me service for a drug that I’ve been advised by my doctor that I have to take tonight. I’ve given this pharmacy more than enough chances and they continue to act in ways that refuse patients necessary care. If you care for your life and have necessary meds. Pick somewhere else.

I picked my prescription up from Walgreens sawdust (their review is coming). I had knee surgery yesterday and got out after 7:30. My drop off on sawdust wasn’t filled and they closed at 9. I figured I should move it to the 24 hour pharmacy so I made my way painfully at 9:10 and picked it up and took it to the St. Luke’s location by 9:30. I called ahead to my doctor because he had neglected to put something in for nausea. I told them I was waiting. They said 30 minutes. At 10:45 I got back in line and was told they needed to check to see if my dr. Left a message, then that it was incomplete. “Drive around. People are waiting.” I don’t need them to tell me that as I had to open my door to prop my knee up waiting till after 11:30...12 1/2 hours after my first dose of pain medicine was supposed to be taken. Uphill battle now and the most unsympathetic and un-empathetic pharmacies ever.

They will pull some BS to not fill your script. I am a RN of 10 years yet was treated like a drug seeker, no people i’m in pain. When I told my doctors office of their reason for refusing to fill my script they stated it’s not a reason they’ve ever heard before.Not to mention a few years ago they tried filling my dogs antibiotics with expired goods.Another time walgreens refused to fill my mothers script who was an active stage IV lung cancer patient and even argued with her doctor over her need for the medications.Do yourself a favor and use CVS, Walmart or Kroger, they’re cheaper anyway.

This place is out of control. The pharmacy technician was very rude to me when I picked up my prescription and was throwing peoples prescriptions around trying to locate my packet. I was shocked. I feel the staff (including the pharmacist) must be overworked because everyone was acting like they were very strung out and taking it out on customers. Cashier Adrianna (short dark hair, 6, heavier set) tonight was rude in explaining how to use a reward we wanted to cash in on, and then attitude in tone and eyes when insisting I show my ID for my boyfriends purchase of cigarettes. This is by far the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. When I was pregnant and prescribed medicine for nausea/vomiting I was questioned on why I was even taking it and told it would mess up my baby! Who tells a pregnant women that!!? I decided to give them another try last night since I had been in the ER all day with my sick son and it being 9PM it was the closest ones. Again I was questioned on why I was going to give my son the medicine the doctor order. Then told to go find the 2 medicines (its a mixed/compounded medicine) and go mix it myself. All because she didnt want to do it. After telling her no I am not going to do that she gave me attitude the whole time and refuse to answer my questions about the medicine. Telling me you should have asked your doctor before you left. I will never again go to that Pharmacy. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I have never wrote a review but its worth it to warn others. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been going there for a year for convience but I will never go there again. They are so slow and incompetent. I would recommend any other pharmacy before this Walgreens. There is always a problem with the machine, their system, their online system, they lose your prescription, or whatever else you could think of. Today for instance, I called before I went up there to confirm they received a change for my prescription. I was informed that it has been changed and when I got up there the pharmacist said oh yes this is the same one you took last month. I said you are correct but I cant take it and my doctor called with a new one two weeks ago. He said but you took this last month, once again I told him I couldnt take it. He asked another lady and she said yes thats hers and told me how much it was. I informed him that they are the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and obviously will not be going back.

I come here all the time because it’s 24 hours and close to my house. Unfortunately, I just had the worst encounter with an employee named DEBBIE. I was excited to get something on Valentine’s Day sale that my husband would love since we weren’t able to celebrate on the 14th. It was perfect, and 50% off! When I took it to the register, she was very rude and short in telling me that it must be in the wrong spot because it’s an Easter item. When I went over to look, it was under the Valentine’s section with a tag! Talk about false advertising? She couldn’t even be bothered to be polite about it. Will be leaving another survey through their receipt and calling corporate in the morning. Completely inappropriate!

I wish I could leave no stars but there option. I just got of the hospital and they were the only 24 hour pharmacy. My wife and I waited 45 minutes at the window and never get acknowledged even after pressing the call button. Finally my wife went inside and the pharmacist was rude and all she could say ( I am 3 hours behind) and that is the same excuse I got last time. Walgreens claims they are to help people but they are doing the exact opposite. I am never going there again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB Walgreens keep up the sorry work.

Last night, I picked up my test strips from the Walgreens pharmacy. When I got home, I realized that they were not my normal test strips: they were Contour strips. I’ve always gotten the Contour Next test strips. When I attempted to return them this morning, they stated that I was unable to return them until between 8-4 tomorrow. I’m unable to get to pharmacy during that time; i work. I have 1 test strip left. The assistant also stated that that the Contour next was not the strip on file. Ive been utilizing Walgreens pharmacy for 2 years, and have always gotten Countour Next test strips, not Contour, but the assistant was adamant that I was incorrect. I should note, she is the one that filled the prescription incorrectly last night.Worst customer experience at a pharmacy, maybe worst ever customer experience, period! Very rude staff (not the pharmacist) who assisted me at 10:00 am at 3061 College Park Dr, Conroe, TX 77384 Walgreens pharmacy today. She was tan, overweight, brunette, with blue glasses. She was very rude, rolled her eyes incessantly, did not smile or greet me, and displayed a strong attitude. When I attempted to return an incorrect prescription, she stated that it was correct and implied that I was in the wrong. Ive been frequenting this pharmacy for 2 years, and have always gotten the same prescriptions filled! Her attitude was unprofessional and Im surprised that Walgreens would allow staff to treat its loyal customers in such a rude manner.

Weve been using this store for at least 10 yrs and after today, will be using CVS instead. Weve never before experienced issues with filling my husbands prescriptions from his pain management doctor until Diana Martin was sent to this store to fill in. She apparently is on some kind of power trip and has lost this store a good, long time customer. She would not allow my husband to pick up only one of his prescriptions (although he had picked up two others in the past week). She said he could not have his pain medication unless he picked up all other prescriptions....one of which had been called in by the doctor in error as it had been giving my husband bad nightmares and he had to stop taking it 6 mos ago. There was a very good reason we did not get them all at once, our budget is very tight right now. My husbands medical issues are stressful enough without having to deal with people like this and I will be writing a letter to the corporate offices as well.

Pharmacy review:Doc wrote me 2 coughing meds and 1 antibiotic, and she said that most likely what I have is viral and will not need the antibiotic, but if I don’t feel good within the next 3-4 days after taking the other two meds, THEN you can start the antibiotic. Clear enough, right?!I went to this pharmacy last night, Sunday 11/11/18, around 9:30pm right after I went to the doc and gave them the prescription and the doc’s notes and all. The lady at the drive-through said it’s a 35min wait, I said ok, I’ll wait coz I feel horrible and I need to start the meds ASAP. Waited in the parking lot and then went in after 40 mins to pick my two meds up. The head pharmacist comes to me saying “I tried contacting your doc, but there is no answer”, so I told her that the doc’s office closed at 9pm, but why do you want to contact her?! She said I can’t just give you the two coughing meds without the 3rd med (which is the antibiotic that the doc told me to only get and start if I don’t feel better in the next 3-4 days, it’s also the most expensive one, around $100).So I said I’m not sure if I’ll need the antibiotic now, but I’ll take the other two coughing meds, she said “You either take all three or nothing, I can’t just give you two of the meds”!!!!! I then asked “If I take the antibiotic and I don’t use it, can I bring it back?” She said no, you can’t do that. So again I mentioned what the doc wrote about the antibiotic, and I said I was hoping I can start the other meds tonight so I can start feeling better, and if I don’t feel good within the next couple of days, I’ll then come get the antibiotic as the doc recommended. Again she says, “no ... you take all 3 or nothing, I have to confirm with the doc verbally”. Well, the doc office is now closed and I’m the one who’s feeling terrible and was hoping to start the coughing med :(This is new to me, but since when can a the pharmacist tell us what meds we need or don’t need?! The doc’s notes were very clear on the paper ... what I have is most probably viral (will not need antibiotic), but if it didn’t go away within the next 3-4 days of using the other meds, THEN start the antibiotic!It’s now almost 12 hrs since I was in the pharmacy, and I have to go out yet again and get my meds somewhere else, and I’m still feeling terrible.That was my first and last time in this place.Horrible :(

Sent in my credit card when I first pulled up. 10 minutes later they came on asked if they could help me. Then they wanted the insurance which may wife had given them earlier the same day when she dropped off the prescription. We only came here because it was the only pharmacy in the area which was not out of childrens tamaflu. Then they tell.me they dont take my insurance and it will be $500. I dont understand why they didnt tell my wife they did not take our insurance. Thank God this is not my normal pharmacy.

Awful. People dont know how to process prescriptions, say they havent received them from the doctors when theyve been sent several times, the list goes on and on. The wait times for the drive through and inside window are ridiculous.Finally going to change pharmacies, I see others are doing likewise.

PHARMACY IS ALWAYS SLOW!!!!!!!! NOT FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE... E.G. MY DOCTOR CALLED IN A PRESCRIPTION AT 9AM AND AT 3PM THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE... I Love Walgreens and am loyal to the store however I get very tired of the bad customer service. The pharmacy is bvery slow. I am a customer with advanced small cell carcinoma when I get new mess especially my pain needs I do not think I should have tho wait 1-2 hours in store to get my new meds. I am getting and get angry quickly which does not make a pleasant visit for me or your staff. People who are willing tho stay and wait in the store are? Most generally spending more money and should be moved up in line to someone who is coming back later.

Terribly slow. Doesnt matter the time of day or night, I always wait at least 30 minutes in line at the drive thru with maybe 2 people ahead of me. Its worth the extra drive to go somewhere else. Will definitely be changing locations.

The pharmacist was AWFUL! My daughter has a serious, hard to diagnose, severely painful, immunosuppressive disease. She needs pain meds to sleep and function during a major flare up. She gets her prescriptions from the same doctors office and hospital, I know how strict it is to get a pain medication, so we are very careful and particular about when and whom gives her medicine. She looked at us like we were a member of a drug cartel. She has no business whatsoever being in the healthcare field. She shows no compassion for anyone. My daughter is a great kid that was dealt a difficult hand, she does not deserve to be treated like trash. Nor does anyone else for that matter. She needs to be fired. Awful.

They got a prescription at 10 AM from doctor and realize they are out of that medication and cant fill it. There is no courtesy call or anything to let me know that they couldnt fill the prescription. I show up around 6:30 PM and sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes while they try and figure out if any other stores have it. I told them I needed it that night, so they transfer it to another store which is not a 24 hour store. That store closes early, so I had to wait until the following day to pick it up. This location has been slow in the past, but this is the worst experience Ive had yet with them. This may be the last trip I make to Walgreens. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there that offer better customer service.

4 hrs later after the prescription was sent over we went there in person. They said that an addition 30-40 mins it takes to have it ready. After complaining they picked it up from the back and have it to us in 5 mins. it takes forever to pick up a medicine (only to add water to the powder) Too bad that its the only 24/7 pharmacy nearby.

Awesome service to this girl.When you rush to Walmart at 12am to get your child medicine bc shes running a 102 fever with headaches and earaches and has thrown up all over you and get there and they are closed because it Christmas and the ladies at the door are telling you sorry while your daughter is literally screaming and crying you turn in to psycho mom!!! Thank you Jesus for Walgreens 24hr here on college park and their entire staff who was there last night! As I was running in looking all mommy crazy with carrying my nine year old and her cousin who is staying the night and is helping me calm her down as she is having an anxiety attack i grabbed the medicine and turned around to see Selena about to throw up and all I can do is scream wheres the bathroom!!!! I had a lady from their staff help me get to the bathroom before she spewed throw up all over the floor! After that I was able to get her some pedialite some ear relief medicine and Claritin (since shes been stuffy all day) and I made it out alive and so did everyone else. We are now home with a pleased nine year old who drank half of the pedialite and took her medines and is laying down in bed next to her mommy. Thank you Jesus! If you guys can say a sweet prayer for my baby that would be the best! Not what I had in mind for a Christmas night but Im just happy we are all here with each other and my baby can finally get some relief and sleep! #imomhard

Went there to buy 2 items. At the register the cashier, an older African American man, basically scolded me for trying to scan my CVS card. He told me in an angry and rude manner look at the card, you can see its red, that means its not our card!!!! UMM RUDE!!!! and FYI the WALGREENS letters are written in RED!......
