One of the best resale stores around. Lots of clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags, etc.Name brands on lots of items. Good prices. Staff very helpful.

Unbelieveably rude. The owner and workers just chit chat-could care less if you have questions. And God forbid you just bring in clothes to consign without calling first for an appt. They will make you feel like dirt in front of the whole store & act like its a bother to go over their policies. If you do consign-just know they kept my unsold items after the 60 days still on floor at regular prices and did not donate as they were supposed to do. Hence, basically just making extra $$ and not following their polices. Posing a good legal question. Go somewhere else, unless you like be treated like a heel.

Ive been in this place multiple times and the merchandise is great but, the customer service is terrible. The Cristian music is terrible The owner talks a lot to customers who are paying and forgets or doesnt notice us when we require assistance. The other lady with purple hair has ignored us and has been rude to us many times. The young lady has been kind and helpful to us every time we visit the store and has helped us out. The owner and the purple haired lady have always been rude to us. We would like for both of those ladies to pay more attention to us. If it werent for the young lady, we would never be in that terrible store again. There is a way better customer service in Barbaras resale shop and more merchandise and cheaper with same quality of clothes

Nice store, well organized, friendly and clean. However, I wont be back to shop mainly because when my daughter asked to use the restroom she was told we dont have one. I will take my daughter and my money to a store who has a restroom! What do employees do when they need to potty? Is there a bush out back or a port o potty? Ridiculous!

I am rather new to this area and had been traveling from Huntsville to Houston to shop my favorite upscale consignment store. What a blessing to find such an awesome shopping experience right in Conroe! I walked in and witnessed a bright, organized uplifting store with so many beautiful items that enticed my attention. I was also greeted with uplifting yet soothing Christian music and wonderful helpful people. Having many years as an experienced shopper I believe people respond to the spirit of goodness that may or may not come out of you so as long as I am coming from the right respectful & kind place I will receive that treatment in return. Three hours later my girlfriend & I walked out with many bags, a huge smile, & promising to be back!Not all consignment stores are created equal- this is a winner! Great resale shop. The clothes are a wide range from upscale classy to every day sassy. Really enjoyed my long visit here. Found some cool out fits here and am pleased with my new clothes. The workers were very nice. The store was very clean and well decorated. I must say I have found me a shopping spot here in Conroe which makes me happy!

My mom and I had a great experience! It was our first time visiting and it won’t be our last! Great selection and good prices. The store is well air conditioned, clean and organized! We love the little furry friend!

Please make sure you go back to the store before 6mos is up or you lose all of your money on items that sold. I agreed for items that did not sell to be donated. All it would take is an email, text, or a phone call to let you know. I brought in a $350 dollar dress. I wish I would have donated it. I believe that is how they stay in business. Best thing about the business is the dogs in premises. Music is annoying.

Staff was not friendly and the store felt very unwelcoming. Running a vacuum cleaner while the store is still open is not very good customer service. Pretty nice selection of clothing, but I wouldnt go out of my way to return.

Nice selection of clothes, but the staff (specifically the owner) is not friendly. Ive visited this place a number of times before trying to be understanding and giving the benefit of doubt considering its a retail store and it gets pretty busy at times. But each time my mother and I have come to this place we were not greeted. On several occasions weve watched other customers walk in after us and be greeted. Im not sure why but it makes us feel very uncomfortable and extremely unwelcomed. Therefore we have decided not to visit this place again.

My daughter and her friend had a blast there today. The staff was super helpful. Clothes are separated for easy visible of size and prices. Check out the Bargain Rack. Incredible cheap prices for the quality clothes.You will be greeted by the cutest dog ever!!!Im going back just to see the dog. LOL!!!Must check out if you are near Conroe High School.

Too expensive for used, slightly outdated clothing. On the plus side.... clean, smelled fresh, and very well organized.

Had a a good shopping experience however monika was very sour towards my friend and I. However, the other employees especially Tiffinie were kind and helpful. we had to ask several times for our purchased items from Monika but Tiffinie ended up having to give it to us. but the shopping experience itself was wonderful.

The clothes are cute but the staff is horrible.We walked in and Did not receive a “good morning” or “can I help you with anything”.Instead the women just told the dog to leave us alone(the dog was biting my moms ankles and the back of her shirt but we were mad at it because obviously it was just playing with us).Overall a horrible experience and I won’t be returning
