Ive been waiting in a truck line since 14:00, 06/03/2021. It is now 23:47. The load is scheduled to be in Mobile, AL for 07:00 in the morning and I haven’t even been assigned a door yet. I spoke to Sam twice. All he did was patronize me, then had the gall to tell me I could leave if I dont want to wait. I would think after 10 hours the load should pay TONU. I will miss my next scheduled appointment time at the next shipper.

So much easier than Fairfield warehouse. They get u in and out.

Had to deliver 2 totes of paint. The number listed here is out of service. If you are bringing anything here you have to go to the back. No one told me to just open my doors and back in, because door has sensor that opens roll up, so I sat here for over an hour banging on the doors to get someones attention.BALL.COM helpful idea put a sign that says go ahead and back into dock door will automatically open

Always love going here they get you loaded fast. If you early they will do there best to work you in.

Today must have been one of those good days. This place was great for me. People were extremely friendly. I came in six hours before the scheduled appointment and left one hour later. No complaints!

Truck Driver Review-Was in and out within 2 hours, park on left side and go inside and check in on their ipad, get a text when door is ready and when load is finished, paperwork will be on desk to left, sign top copy and leave for them, no security guard in shack, can probably park over night but not sure

All of the reviews were right. This place is not very organized for unloading coils or from the looks of it, loading either. When you first pull in there is a sign that says to call a number but when you call the number its disconnected. Whether you’re delivering or loading you’ll drive to the left and go around the building. If your delivering coils then you’ll get to the back of the building. There is a sign by the dock doors that says use the phone provided and call an extension. But there is no phone there to use. Finally, somebody came out to tell me that it would be a few minutes and 3 hours later I got unloaded. There was nobody ahead of me so for it to take 3 hours was ridiculous.

This place is absolutely insane. Been here for 12hrs now and still not loaded.I come here often and its never been this bad.If you can I would avoid this place at all costs.

Ball in Conroe & Amazon in Dallas are awful. OTR stay away. They are painfully slow.

I will say that this is a really nice place to come to. It has a bathroom inside for the men and women that have to come here. It is a CLEAN and doesnt stink facility. Theyve changed things around just a bit since they added onto their building. We use to come to the unmanned guard shack to check in at the speaker.Now, pull through the gate, turn left and drive around the building to park in the DESIGNATED parking area. Please have some decency and respect for others and DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE (you know who you are).After you have parked, go inside to shipping/receiving and fill out the appropriate clipboard (shipping or receiving), then go back to your truck and wait. You all know how 1 bad apple can screw it up for the rest (you know who you are), so dont park on the grass.The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because there is terrible reception here. Ive only got 3 towers because Im near the front now. They have WiFi but will NOT give out the password, so please Ball Metal Management make it free WIFI or at least give us the password.Normally at this facility you wont be here more than 1.5hrs, however there is an exception to every rule. Ive been here 15hrs, going on 16 in 25mins. That goes back to BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE. The flatbedders bring in the aluminum to make the cans that go on our trucks. The longer you block them the longer we have to wait for them to make our product. (There was a driver that blocked the entrance, went inside to check in so he didnt have to walk [like walking wouldve hurt him!!] AND went to the bathroom while still BLOCKING the Entrance. 1/2hr later he comes out and the 4 flatbedders that were backed out onto the highway were able to get in.) So dont be a knucklehead and BLOCK the Entrance just so you dont have to walk to shipping.Lastly, it doesnt matter where (what position) in line you are. When your product is ready they will call you. I will say though that you will get a better signal on your phone if youre parked up front vs behind the building.Stay safe, keep the greasy side down and the shiny side up and hammer down!!!P.S. Clean up after your dog, lots of grass here to walk them. That 1 bad apple could screw it up for the rest of us.

They take anywhere from 2 to 12 hours to load you here. Just like everyone else said its really hit and miss. The OTR drivers arent priority so youll end up sitting in a line of trucks for a while. When they do give you a door youll be sitting in the door for even longer than you did in line. They have to many truck loads coming and going which is why they are so behind. The employees are nice though. You can tell they are just dealing with what they are given. Which means management isnt taking care of things properly.

Very clean. Dont know how they stack those cans so high, but they know what they are doing. Very safety conscious. New construction going in. Dont mind the guard shack its not occupied.

Loading is super slow. 12 hrs, 8 hrs, 7 hrs is normal here. It took me 13 hrs! Get a life elsewhere if u can, and don’t come to this shipper. Unfortunately

This place will take all day to load you it took 9 hours to get me in a dock and load me after a 1 oclock appointment I didnt get load till 9 oclock

If your a coke driver you get put in door.. all others have to wait.. been here for 16 hours now and 13 hours past my appointment time and counting.. stay away from this place no matter what the broker tells you. This place needs new management and new dock workers.

Arrived at 4pm for a 5pm appointment just leaving loaded at 2am the next day only thing I can say is quick loading process

Guys unloading were quick and not rude like most big manufacturing facilities although no contact still.

Sign in was called very quickly given a door loaded had my paperwork and out of there in less than 45 minutes

They dint have Ppl that work here in s/r that answer bells or phones. The wait is beyond my clock...tick or tock....

Good Folks. I dealt with shipping and loaded there in good time. Everyone was very nice. As a 30+ yr driver its good to know there are still companies that give a Damn!

They not care about truckers, I wait 11 hours to load

If you are an OTR or regional driver, be prepared for at least 5 to 6 hours waiting to be charged, I came back 4 days ago to charge in that good place. Let me tell you that it took 17 hours to charge me that is impossible apart from wanting to pay too little for that charge or even think about it.

Sometimes on point loading sometime they not. Ive never seen a facility thats lets drivers park in dock after a 2hr wait then go to lunch for 1 1/2 ??? And ask for a load to be delivered that is supposed to be hot and if you ask them why the wait so long no one knows anything about the sort...👁👁🤷🏾‍♂️

Very slow place, you might spend here up to 7-10hrs. What I would recommend drivers is not to go around the plant, cause you will have to move your truck every hours in line with no rest, better find some spot anywhere you can fit and wait there, they will call you on your phone with the door

Trucker beware Dont come here to pickup. Go and read others truckers reviews. I made a big mistake coming here. I think the whole shipping staff should be fired. It shouldnt take 6hrs to get loaded.

Once you turn into the guard shack press the red button. When the person answers give him your pickup number and he will tell you the door to back up into... They load pretty quick u should be there no more than 1 hr.... I usually get empty bottles going to baton rouge weight is like 7.5k which is nothing...

Professional and polite. Since theyve had the new expansion, really fast loading. As of 3/17/18, the intercom at the gate isnt working. Just park and go to the shipping office.

Fast unload, incredibly easy in and out.(Coils on a flatbed).

It was ok a long wait but they load load fast.

About 2 hours to load, but that was because the line was around the building.You have to check in, and then go inside, and sign in. Then pull to the right, and drive all the way around the building back to the front.Pleasant folks, no complaints.

Worst place to get loaded its been 10hrs and still in line. Never coming here again. They dont care about loading trucks!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT LOAD OR DELIVER HERE!! Terrible management and noone at the shipping window they just make you sign in and tell you to get in line. Appointment time doesnt even play a role here. Dont listen to you broker about appointment time because theres no such a thing cuz its fist come first serve but it take too damn long to load a truck. And it wasnt just me there were like 20 other trucks this is complete bs...

Appointment time was for 9am on both loads, because I scheduled 2 loads for my trucks, only moved up 2 trucks and its 430pm. 7.5hrs waiting and all they will tell us is theyll call when they get to us. If you need to get your 10hr break in this is the place to come to. Called ahead of time to make sure we had the right pickup #. Worst place I have ever picked up at. Run from these loads if you can. Trucks lined all the way around the building.

Dont come here, you gonna lose all day waiting for pickup, its hard to find anyone in the office too, there is no one to ask for waiting time. Update: I left after 12 hours waiting for pickup, they called me after 26 hours asking if i want to come back. Ofc not, i would leave way earlier if I wasnt sleepy, they need to learn to respect truckers and our time, truckers need to respect themselves more too, everyone should just leave or boycott companies like this!

Don’t even believe to the broker said pick up time, like 6-16:00. Make sure what time is yr appt. If u can, just cancel it right away. Or if u want to wait 5 to 10 even more hours u r in a right spot. Bring food and enjoy. That’s how they treat us. Welcome to the ELD world baby!

When pull into drive way turn left drive around building until your back in front of said building park and walk in 30 to45 mins tops for me they will call you on phone and tell you which door to go to
