Been dealing with Wiesner since 2005 when I got my 1st Hyundai Santa Fe. I am on my 3rd Santa Fe. Their service department is awesome. An example of their service. This morning got in my vehicle and would not start. I figured it was the battery. I called my Service Dept contact Cindy Black. Within 15 minutes a mechanic arrived, jump started my car. I drove it to the dealership and less than 30 minutes my vehicle was ready. Now that is service you can count on. I do.

I bought my car from Wiesner about 9-10 months ago. This is the second time something has gone wrong with it and I had to bring it back to the dealership. Theyve had my vehicle since the end of May, it is now the first of July, and they havent even started working on it.Communication with them is like pulling teeth. They dont call with updates, theyre extremely unhelpful and the service manager assigned to my case has been incredibly rude and condescending to both myself and my significant other when we would try and call and just figure out what was going on.I have 3 children and this car was my only vehicle. Because its been well over a month without a vehicle and the cost of ubering/car rentals are so high, especially for such a long period of time, Ive lost several job opportunities due to just not being able to afford both my car note to these people and having to pay for cabs and rentals.I was told we were suppose to get a rental car through our warranty but only once they actually look at the car, diagnose it, and have the warranty company approve it. However theyve taken weeks and weeks not doing anything with this car or the warranty company. When I did ask about getting a loaner car the service manager was rude and basically told me thats not his problem and Id need to contact my warranty company myself and ask them about it. This is after I saw them get loaner cars for other customers who are without a vehicle.Every phone call to them is unhelpful and now the service manager is just all together dodging our calls. I have never in my life had such bad customer service at any car dealership or auto garage in my entire life.We have been more than patient and understanding with this company but having our vehicle for well over 30 days and not even being close to being done or communicating with us at all is just rediculous.

Avoid them the same way they avoid waiting customers. I went in for an oil change.First the good: I was pleased to see a sign indicating a quick or express oil change and entered at that door. Unfortunately using the words quick or express does not make one quick. Thats the end of the good. Now the not good: Of the 5 or 6 service write-up desks only one was staffed and there was a line for that advisor. I looked around, the other desks were or appeared empty. Employees were walking by but obviously working to avoid eye contact. No employee had a mask on for COVID. After a wait and the only line, the one I was in had not moved, a customer walks in another door, approaches an employee and asks for an oil change. Me and the other customer in line looked at each other in shock. The employee collected her information, sat at a workstation and set up her oil change. When he finished he did not look up or ask if anyone else needed help. About that time another employee walked by and reluctantly asked if anyone needed help and at that point collected my information. Most truly *busy* dealerships have greeters or valets greeting customers if the advisors are busy. The avoiding eye contact thing is pathetic. Wieners employees need training in customer skills. The 10 foot rule for one.I wont go back to Wiesner. There are too many other options for car dealership business.

Appointment oriented service department. Ms. Pam Rangel was my service advisor and she coordinated efficiently the servicing of my vehicle. Excellent waiting area, very comfortable, with a really cool coffee maker unlike I have ever seen....multi facet coffee and hot beverage dispensary. Awesome experience.

They finally fixed my vehicle. After 2 attempts. And forcefully up sold me on a fuel filter that took 5 mins to put in (literally). And charges me an hour labor. I even furnish the filter. And it was $100 labor. To unscrew a canister and replace the filter and screw it back up. I have been a service advisor and turned wrenches. The tech wouldnt go any further with diagnostics untill I replaced it.

Clean, friendly and comforted place. Staff are very helpful and communicate well. They have a great app that tells you progress of your vehicle - you can go do other things and know when to be back. Prices are reasonable (this is a dealership!). Would recommend.

Auto service at the place is a load of BS. Set an appointment at 2 then wait all day. Was told I would be given a loaner upon speaking with an advisor. Lie, then under some form of magic no one could figure out who I spoke with originally to hold them accountable for the bad info. Pretty sure it was the girl that helped me. I will never spend another dime at wiesner, shame too they have a great inventory. Service is absolutely trash. No consideration for your time at all. Save yourself the trouble and Go to another dealership.

The old days of a dealership having actual mechanics are long gone. These days, if their techs cant plug a computer in and have it tell them what the problem is, or the problem isnt cut and dry youre just out of luck. These people are nothing more than part changers, and Wiesner is a shining example of this.

I had a good experience at Weisner, my car is a 2013 Terrain. It now sounds like a new car. Weisner is a good place to buy a car, I would recommend them to anyone.

They had my 2014 Sierra all day and were suppose to change a headlight bulb, change oil and do an inspection. After 8 hrs they told me the truck was finished. Went to pick it up and NOTHING was done. They said they didnt have the headlight in Stock. Arent these the same headlights in 3/4 of the trucks you sell! Rude management didnt help either.

This dealership was a joke. I had a truecar certificate, called ahead to make sure they were not going to charge me anything else. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to pick up the car to be told they were charging me $1800.00 for a GPS kit. What a waste of time.
