The guy there was kind of rude off the back when I asked about his detailing service, but the guy wanted 180$ for a full detail service that he didnt want to tell me what it consists of and going through the automated car wash suck since the top of my car is clean and the bottom half is still dirty. 12$ down the drain.

Expensive. Pressure washer varied alot. $7 and I was disappointed.

Wanted to get a quick wash on my car. The drive through at Car Heaven Hand Wash and Detail does not work properly. After the wash, the dryer didnt come on. I had to leave with my car fully wet and ofcourse getting dirt stuck on the body once i hit the highway.

Nice folks and prices are in line, but their attention to detail leaves something to be desired. And even after a 20% tip..sort of acted put out that I pointed out spots missed. And the short two step ladder was not tall enough for them to get the top of the roof on my factory truck not lifted up.Paid for a wash and wax.. I am sorely disappointed and will not be going back again.

This place use to be really good when it first opened. I would bring every vehicle I owned here to clean.Now, its gone up in charge and half the stalls dont work or the cleaning options dont work.Its become a cash grab. They want you to either spend 10 dollars for a soap and rinse because youre going to be throwing quarter after quarter into the machine to keep the sprayer running.Or pay their goons who use the first two stalls to clean your car for a flat fee.This place as become a station like many other self service washes in town.Use at your own risk.

I would recommend to other people not to go here everything needs to be updated a lot of the machines need to be fixed because they do take your money and the vacuum machines are not as powerful really there is no pressure did not like it wouldnt never go back

Change machine doesn’t work. Vacuum cleaner took our 4 quarters and didn’t work. Called their phone and no answer and they hadn’t setup voicemail. Avoid this car wash. Would give zero stars if possible.

Excellent service and fair price. The hand wash and wax was $40.00 (Spring, 2016). Same price but much better result than some others in the N. Conroe - Willis, Texas area.

They didnt have a change machine could use your debt card and the vacuum ripped me off after had to go get change from somewhere else and come back very dissatisfied

So I am a Uber Driver in Huntsville. There is nothing to do there, EXCEPT drink. I had a client that needed a ride to Conroe but they made a mess in the back seat on the floor boards where I had no mat to just pull out. Luckily Uber compensated the cleaning bill.I came to this car wash because Huntsville has no highly approved interior cleaners.They were done within an hour. However they left the windows up on a hot humid day after washing the carpet. The interior windows were dogged over on the INSIDE.The humidity of this incident made the carpet mildew and smell worse than the mess I paid them to clean. I ended up tossing out the carpets. It was a small mistake but my clients request a clean ride on their travels. I can’t give my best review after that.

Everywhere in the area was quoting me $300 to detail my (very dirty) car. They charged me $100 and did an AMAZING job! I had it detail one time before, and it wasnt nearly as good as it is here. I found my new car cleaning spot!

Came after work to get my jeep washed because I cant go through a fast car wash due to my soft top. I got there 11 minutes before they said they closed and the guy said they were closed as soon as I got there. He said they start closing before 5:30. This is not a business that I will be visiting again.

Open/not openSo, I was going for the hand detail car wash. Shows to be open and the self serve is definitely open, but not the hand wash. So I drove from The Woodlands, based on the review and the website only to find them actually closed. Yep I should have called first, but since it shows open I just came on. One shot..guess not.As far as service, guess I wont get to know.

Over rated car wash.When I ask and pay for a detail, I expect Detail given, especially to the basics. Not all areas were vacuumed, wax was left on paint, windshield and also on the inside windows and rearview mirrow, which tells me they used one cleaner for whole car. Then the detail areas were never touched. Never again here for a detail.

Bad Job!!After paying $30 for just the inside to be vacuum they didnt even remove the mats still sand and all kinds of other trash in the car never again
