I had purchased a Honda ATV from here many years ago and was satisfied. Recently went looking for a dirt bike for my son and the salesman Jacob was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy my next bike from Cycle Shack North. You guys are not taking advantage of your customers with ridiculous dealer prep fees or absurd freight charges like many of the Honda dealers in Houston are doing. We all know there are supply chain issues, but that does not mean a dealer should take advantage of their customers. You guys are treating your customers fairly and I wont forget when I make my next purchases.

Every time Ive been to Cycle Shack North the staff have been friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of street and dirt bike apparel, helmets, gloves, tools, fluids, stickers, you name it Im sure they have it. If they dont have it they do their best to locate what you need and get it to you. They have a great selection of motorcycles, ATVS, side by sides. Makes me wish I was a millionaire so I could buy them all. Lol. Sales guys arent pushy and they live talking about bikes. Evan over in the parts department is extremely helpful and makes sure you leave happy. I highly recommend going to Cycle Shack for all your motorcycle needs. Especially Honda, Yamaha, and KTM.

I have used Cycle Shack North for many years and have always had positive experiences. They are actually doing some extensive repairs on my 03 Goldwing right now and Cody and the guys in service are very helpful and will even take you into the shop and show you whats wrong with your bike and the technician will give you a thorough explanation and understanding of any and all issues. I will continue to use them for years to come.

I had looked all over Houston for a Yamaha RMAX4 1000 UTV. I happened to look at Conroe and they just got one in. Taylor was great on the sell and Brian was awesome on finance and paperwork. Walked in and no customer service. Looked around and finally a young man eating lunch ask if we needed anything. Poor selection, only one four wheeler and one side by side, however they had lots of dirt bikes. Not impressed and wont be back.

This was the smoothest experience I have ever had at a dealership! I purchased a brand new 2021 CRF250R and Cycle Shack North was awesome. They dont carry kawasaki parts and cannot order them. Referred us to a dealer off 105 by the lake, or suggested the Houston location roughly 40+ miles from Conroe.

I was the only person I the store and every single employee made eye contact with me and didnt even acknowledge me. I tried to make it known that I would like some help without directly asking because of the experience I had entering and that was ignored as well. Moderate selection, poor variety

I recently purchased a Honda Goldwing from a gentleman who used Cycle Shack North to service the bike (install tires). I was curious as to whether the brake pads had been changed in the past and he (previous owner) told me I could call them to confirm as he really couldnt remember. Had previous owners name and VIN in hand and spoke to Cody in service who was short and somewhat rude, saying he couldnt share that information. Its not like I was asking for the previous owners credit card or payment information, or even how much the service costed the previous owner. I just wanted to know if they had been changed out, and if so, at what mileage. Brakes are probably THE MOST important safety requirement on any motorcycle, and to not share that information is just dumb if they have it available. So now, I have to bother the former owner to make the call, which could have been addressed in a couple of minutes with a simple yes or no answer. Maybe Cody just wasnt up to the task, and its funny because the previous owner just texted me as Im writing this review and said Cycle Shack North and their attitude towards their customers is why he stopped using them and performed all other service himself.

Horrible service, service guy will stare at you like your dumb with no reply when you voice any problems!! I was well prepared to wait just would have liked to had it done today, to avoid tow charge because of my work schedule.

I only gave 1 star strictly due to Shane in service. He had our bike nearly 3 weeks, tried to upsell us on numerous unnecessary items, and then tried to delay getting us our bike an additional 4 days even after all parts in. We love parts and the guys there, but until they get rid of Shane, we won’t be using the service department any longer.

Service department will RIP you off. I took my bikes in to get maintenance done and was told they would contact me with an estimate for further recommendation. Upon their recommendation I asked for just a couple of items to be addressed. They advised me that If I do not get all the work suggested done they do not want the work. Upon pick up and paying the $300 dollar diagnosis fee they gave me my bike back taken apart. When I asked why the bike was not put back together, the response was I told them I dont want them to do the work, but he will put it back together for an extra charge. However, they did leave me a box with all the screws in it. Bad business!

Was told by Colby in finance that I couldnt have my wife co sign on a motorcycle loan because I didnt have enough credit history. He very condescendingly explained to me that motorcycles are luxury items and that its not a need like a house or a car was. Left that day extremely disappointed but came back the next day and bought the bike outright. Would be one star but Zack in sales was insanely accomodating to me and my family. Wont ever be back again.

We went in here to grab a helmet and boots for my sons birthday. The clearance section was not great at all and the prices on some items are a little steeper than where we are from. (Utah). We left the store an hour later after spending over $500 on gear. They do have an amazing selection on just about everything you will need. The only complaint I could think of is that the staff was not very helpful at all :( they all seemed to busy to answer questions that I had. When they did answer ONE of my questions they didnt even look at me when they spoke to me. This is why I gave 4 stars. I will most likely return to this particular store because of the amount of inventory they carry.

Gripe!Am I wrong here?Im a noob to adventure riding. So new that I dont have an adventure bike.I test rode the Harley PA and loved it.Then I went down the YouTube rabbit hole of adventure bikes.Started to realize that the PA is too much bike for me and theres cheaper options.So I went to Cycle Shack today.I walked around for 10 minutes without being greated.I finally went to the guy on his phone at a desk and asked to get some help.Went over to the 690 and the 2 890sAsked a couple questions about the 2 versions of the 890s and he really didnt know the answer.Its raining today and I didnt wear my gear. So I asked if I could schedule a ride.No, we dont do test rides. Our insurance wont let usHow does someone buy a vehicle without getting a feel for it.Ive only owned Harleys and any time I walk into a dealership, Im greated. If I wanna hop on a bike, the salesman holds the front tire to stabilize it.If I wanna go for a ride, they confirm that I have my motorcycle reccomend on my license.You cant know if a car, truck, or bike is right for you, if you cant even ride it... much less sit on it.

Took my Africa Twin in for a speed sensor replacement. Cody in the service department actually offer to fix it while I waited. Not necessary but I was notified that it was ready early the next morning. Nevermind that the cost of the repair was well below what I would have guessed. Excellent service!!

Often overlooked here at CSN is the top notch professionalism of the service department. Mike and his techs know how to do things right and at a very reasonable price, even sometimes noticing something unreported and doing a small adjustment. (my brake pedal was sticking just slightly, I hadnt noticed but they did and corrected it). First class but reasonable,m 6 stars!

I drove an hour to come to this shop I heard about. I came in asked the guy for help twice while he just stood at the front counter. Then he proceeded to go to the other sales men and laugh and talk while I still need help. I came with 30 grand cash to buy 3 yamaha 250 dirt bike. In return I felt ignored & a weird vibe. Would not recommend this place to anyone of color.

We bought our first ATV (Honda Foreman) here in 2015 and had a great experience. Sooo, we decided to add a Honda Rancher to our team. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff with a true low pressure environment. You can take your time and look at their diverse inventory without a sales person breathing down your neck. When youre ready to buy, their team is ready to serve. Even more recently, I took an old KTM in for service, and received the same level of attention. Travis was very helpful and up-front about what they could and couldnt do. He kept me informed through the entire process and met the timeline we agreed on. Great place and what a fun job! If I could give 6 stars, Id give 7. Go there, you wont be disappointed!

The store is always clean! Ample parking around the store. This is a family friendly store. Theres never any sales pressure. The sales staff is knowledgeable & ready to assist. The store is not as much focused on cruiser motorcycles as they are ATVs, dirt bikes and wave-runner type equipment. KTM (as a manufacturer) is prominent throughout.02-07-2021 Update:Inside has been updated. The visit today disclosed that masks are not required here. No masks worn by anyone; employees or customers! Customers are one thing but, just desire to interact with employees wearing a mask during this pandemic when in close proximity.

Parts department is the worst. For some reason they never answer the phones. I been calling over and over. And apparently they are busy. Thats what they always tell me. Just Plain lazy people on that department!

Pretty easy deal on a new KTM 450sxf. Easy guys to work with. I dealt with Travis (sales) and Colby (finance). Talked briefly with The manager, Scott. Really good guys that seem to want to do you right and keep you coming back, which I will.

This place needs to improve/better their parts department. I usually shop here for alot of parts/accessories but I have to go in person in order to see prices or availability which takes most of my day since I live an hour away from here being the closest honda dealer to me I dont mind if what Im looking for is in stock but hate it when they dont have it in stock thats the reason I had called and could of ordered and paid over the phone would of same alot of time every time I call parts department is always busy no matter what time its just pathetic if they are so busy like they say they are wouldnt they think on hiring or improving thier phone service. The receptionist person ask you to leave a message and when you do they never call back point less leaving a message. From now on Ill just order parts from online websites that make it hassle free like partzilla.com at least they respond way quicker than a local place I WOULD NOT recommend calling this place unless you have alot of spare time to waste

The main reason I bought from this dealer was because of the parts guy. I went in looking for a helmet for my motorcycle. Carl helped me pick the correct style, make safety decisions and helped me look for a safe riding jacket. He stopped his work and helped me for about 20 minutes. Most other dealers parts dept dont care. It was because of Him I came back and bought the ATV. The sales rep and finance were excellent also. It was a great place to buy from.

Brought my duke 390 in for a new rear tire and they left bolts off of my radiator as well as coolant by the cap and a bolt off my chain cover I keep my bike pristine and have never taken it to another shop because I work on it then I bring it here and realize I’m missing parts very disappointing
