No greetings from any staff and every single one of them made effort to avoid eye contact. The store is overwhelming of fragrance. Everything is overpriced.

One of my favorite stores. Love them. Always so kind and helpful. Deff pricey but worth it.

Nice clean store. Nice selection of assorted home goods. Unfortunately they do not carry (or i was not able to locate after searching) a few items I was hoping to buy (high quality can opener. Long handle colander). I was able to find a neat little leg pillow with the help of staff. Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to interact with her. I knocked a star because the store was uncomfortably warm which made me want to leave quickly.

Extremely small and doesnt have a beauty section like most of the larger stores. The humble location is way better. Plus this place mislabeled half their items. So they dont always have things labeled properly on pricing.

Like a kid in a candy shop, this is the worst place for people like me who like to cook to visit....that and Bass Pro Shops.

I had an excellent visit! Very clean, & helpful employees! I was pointed in the exact location 2 where I needed 2 B 2 get the item that I was there 2 purchase!!

I did not find exfoliating body cream. I did not find bath soap. They only had body scrub and bath salts. I got the body scrub. When I went to pay the cashier kindly asked me Was everything ok? Did you find everything ok? When I reply. No! She did nothing her face changed charged me and said with a dry tone Thank you and have a nice day. Now why would managers ask cashiers to ask if a customer found everything ok since they are not prepared to act if a customer is disatisfied???? Why. Products are sooo expensive. My scrub body cream was around 18 dollars. Whatt? I bought it only because my wife wanted it.

Plan to spend 1k per visit!! Omg I love this store!

When you spend hundreds of dollars and then can’t make an exchange bc one of their products is complete garage and keeps breaking and they’re still selling it and then they Won’t exchange it!!! Not exactly my cup of tea but this small shop has a number of liquids and scents available to pamper your bath. A place to shop for the woman in your life.

I feel like the customer service has gone a little downhill. I can see theyre struggling a bit as theyre staffed with a lot less than before. You literally have to track someone down to ask a question and the smiles and cordial attitude are gone. I hope they can get a handle on it and make it work as I do enjoy shopping there. Might just try the woodlands one again and see whats up overall.

I have always loved this store, but the staff here is dispointing. What happened to customer service?? I was in line for quite a while. One attendant took the person in front of me, and I understood. A short time later another girl took the gentleman behind me. I was annoyed so I started to walk out, and the girl goes bye mam I felt a little sarcastically. There is a lot to be learned here.

A very cluttered store and check-out was extremely painful. I attempted to sign up for the 20% and 12.month free delivery but the code did not work so 0 discount on my $200.0+ bill and no attempt to assist or look a bit further into the issue. M

Clean,but i didnt seem well put together in the sense of where product were staged.Random chaos at its best.And as i walked in i had the lady in the front ask me if i needed any help...seemed standard so i said no thank you and pressed on...well 15 seconds later another worker approached me and asked the same thing,to which i replied no thank you...then 2 or 3 minutes rolls by and i notice a few people watching me..so i get back to shopping but now i felt like they were watching me because they thought i was going to steal something...and wouldnt you know it...a 3rd lady comes over and ask me if i needed help finding anything....at this point i say...i dont think you can,im done with this store. Then i made my exit promtly.For the record i want to say i was showing a few tattoos and assume that to be why i was the point of intrest for these fine upper class girls

I enjoyed looking all the items there in the store.

This store was extremely unorganized and the staff is not helpful. I expressed my concerns to the manager about how unorganized the store/staff were and her response was OK. Just lost a customer never going back. Bad customer service can destroy a business

Lots of variety from household goods , scented waz and candles to vacuum cleaners in a clean , friendly enviorment . A bit pricey tho compared to other marts .

They have always been my go to place when your looking for that gift that is for someone who has everything. What really impressed me the last time I visited the Bed Bath and Beyond in Conroe,Texas was the Manager there was not only kind and a true Gentleman who had surely been working a long day that when here little o me come rushing up to door at 10:00pm on a Friday night during the Christmas season and asked are you closed knowing good and well they were. 😌 But instead of saying yes we are he said what can I help you with and then I told him all I needed to do was bring in a return to him and making sure that I was going to be taken care of he kindly said well hurry up and get your return because I didnt have it in hand. I ran to the truck got it and was literally running back to the front door when he said no rush he was just kidding me. We did the exchange not return and no receipt did I have. I know Im a little late on this post but here it goes. Merry Christmas and I hope that everyone at Bed Bath and Beyond had a great one. Kerri Ann Roos

I think this is a great store to shop for someone a gift, when you have no idea what to get or even look for. I find things I dont even know exist. Great assortment of everything for the home. But like another reviewer said, some of their merchandise is pretty pricey.

I like these shops, lots of different items to look at. I will come back when I feel like buying soap and shampoo. Maybe a kitchen knife as well.

It is a clean store and helpful staff. However I have noticed the prices at BB&B have increased quite a bit. Not a good thing for a store that is supposed to be known for great prices on name brands.

Will not be back. In and out spending thousands of dollars on furnishing new house and they want to argue over 20 percent off coupon? Left it all on the counter another 1000 they could have had went next door to TJ max got it all cheaper anyway

Staff is always helpful and they offer some great deals.

The BBB in TW had less than helpful employees while the BBB location in Conroe had very helpful employees.

I love BB&B, so no complaints other than our cashier (who also helped us with the registry we needed) was a bit abrupt. Smiling can be a challenge when things arent going well, but thats what makes good customer service!
