I was at this Verizon store earlier this week, and I was helped by Meghan! I forgot my iCloud login and I kinda felt like a pos at first, but she was so kind and patient with me that I didn’t feel bad at all about the situation. She’s a great worker that is very good at what she does. I suggest that management treats her how she treats every customer that comes through that door, with dignity, respect, and humanity.

My husband and I went to the Verizon store because I accidentally dropped my phone and broke it. Well it was time for a new phone. My husband and I waited 2 hours just to have service. It was pretty busy in there. The lady that helped us was a great employee! I don’t remember her name but ended up helping multiple people at the same time. The other woman that was working, a little bit older was working with the same couple for the entire time we had to wait! Out of the couple, only ONE of them was upgrading their phone. They were there before we arrived. It took her 3 hours to upgrade one person! While the lady that helped us got a family of 3 done in one hour. While waiting I can understand why the woman took forever with the couple, they were talking about stuff that is not even related about phones! We left an hour half after closing time. I give praise for the woman that helped us and got us our stuff done in 30 min. She knew what she was doing, very informative, and can help so many at once to get them out. I am sorry but if the building is crowded, I think the goal is to help everyone so they can get out before closing time. Not sit and talk about movies and what is going on in life. Very unprofessional. If I get the same woman that helped us, I would come back again.

Tamara at the Connersville store was one the most helpful and informative person I have come into contact with in a long time. We came in an hour before the store closed to replace my husband’s phone and we ended up not leaving till an hour and half after closing time. Due to her knowledge of current sales and promotions going on, my husband walked out with the Apple Watch he’s been wanting for his runs, we both upgraded our phones and I finally got to have my own iPad. I’ve never had one and I’ve always wanted one and tonight she made me a very happy person. She was kind and personable the whole entire time. We had some good laughs while waiting for the phones transfers and she never once seemed bothered that the transaction took much longer than once it would. It was genuinely like talking to an old friend, next time you need anything from Verizon, she’s your person!

I wont go into how horrible my VISITS were. (All I wanted was A new phone. It took 3 visits and a courtesy transfer that should never have had to happen.) Lets just say it was bad enough that Ill be driving an hour out of my way from now on if I have to go inside a Verizon store. Can I give it zero stars?

Mariah stole my money and refused to refund it saying that I wanted these services. I did not and would not ever need something called a redux membership. I just had my credit card company remove the charge and dispute the vendor. Absolutely terrible business practice.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The lady (tammy) who helped us was supposed to cancel one of our lines and did not just finding out two months later and out more money. She was also supposed to wave the fee on the phone that was supposed to be cancelled. That didnt happen either. I wouldnt recommend this store.

My phone somehow did a factory reset and I didnt know what to do. I went to a Verizon store out of town because I was camping and they couldnt get any of my info back. I came into my local store in connersville. Mariah spent 20 minutes with me. She was awesome. She helped me figure out what my Google account was and how to get logged into Facebook. I thought I had lost everything. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me. I am older and know nothing about technology.
