These places are all about the same. I am a rewards member and do get discounts and rewards for the little that I purchase. The best part is that they can scan your error codes, test a battery, and have a tool loan program.Good place for oil, filters, cleaners and car parts.With parts I have a theory that the people behind the counter rely on the computer to pick the most profitable part.Seems like what I need is on sale but out of stock but we have the $uper Platinum in your part with a lifetime warranty.

Went to get my battery checked, the guy tested the battery and confidently said, there is nothing wrong with the battery it just has low charge right now. I didnt feel quite satisfied with that answer because Ive been having issues with my battery a whole lot lately. So I went to OReillys right down the street and they said that my battery is for sure bad.Im disappointed in the worker for assuraning me that all is well when its not. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and I cant afford to be stranded with him in the car.I always go to AutoZone for all my car needs but Im about to make the switch because I couldve had a lot worse of an outcome if I trusted this guy, like being stranded somewhere with a 2 week old in a hot car.

Not been there in over a year, I use a different parts store.

My go to auto part store, i can usually get answers and parts pretty quickly, even if that means researching the answer. Been shopping there since I moved to Connersville in 2012.

Parts seem to be very cheaply made. Wheel bearings lasting only months and cv joints lasting not much longer. The electrical parts have went down in quality. Better if you have time to order on line, quality is better and cheaper. Sorry but its getting that all parts are made in China or worse.

Its a real good auto parts store. Most of the time they have the parts u are looking for or another store has it like in my case.
