The only place I could find a gaming chair for my husband. I went in ordered the chair they had to find one for me. At first I thought Debbie was great she seemed to be really eager to help. The first chair they got was pink and white so I didnt take it. They found one in Richmond black and purple that was great. When it got to Connersville my husband went and got it he brought it in we looked it over it was used not new and it was ripped on the back were the straps hook top to bottem. We called told them they said they would get another chair. That turned into them saying we damaged the chair. To me I was being called a liar and not by one but both Debbie and her Assistant manager. After blaming us over and over Debbie said she wasnt going to argue about it they would replace it. I started to exchange but in the long run if they are going to pull something like that I dont trust them to not do something else. Its bad business all the way around. If I had messed up the chair I would have owned up to it . it was used and damaged when we got it. Dont rent from them unless you go over what you get with a sharp eye while its in store. You cant trust them. Bad business bad management.SaraGlover

Excellent place to rent from in the Connersville indiana location the workers are very friendly and professional. They have all sorts of different things to pick from and if its not in the store they will go way beyond to see if they can get you what youre wanting fast delivery and there for any questions and they always try to help you out if needed so i give them 100%+ on professional service if your lookong for a rent to own go to American rentals
