The UPS off of Copperfield Blvd. has the nicest owners Ive ever met. Im seeing a lot of poor reviews with the new management and I just want to say that they might have had some bumps in the road getting started but Ive had to ship SO MANY huge orders for my job these past few months and they are outstanding. They packaged 1000 items for me in 35 different boxes saving me a ton of time. One of their printers was down so the gentleman took me back to print from his personal computer double checking with me every step of the way (I had a lot of different requests - some double-sided, some colored, some black and white, different quantitates of each). He even gave me bulk discounts on my printing which was a very pleasant surprise. They always are so nice thanking me for my business and helping me decide on the most affordable packaging option. Oh and they also help me take my packages from my car to inside when theres not a line! Ive never seen them be rude to anyone and Ive spent some time in this store.

They lost a package that was shipped 40 miles and after months and numerous calls this has not been resolved. Each and every phone call they act as if they are clueless. No resolution has been made and I doubt that it ever will. If I could give them a minus 5 stars I would. I suggest using a different location by all means! I will be contacting UPS directly.

I can only speak on my ONE experience here. Seems to be family owned and run, and to me that makes it top of the list.Know that they are busy at 5pm but they were working kindly and as fast as possible

They are terrible. Charges 75 cent per page to scan a document. Go to Office Depot. Drive out of your way. They are just 25 cent a page for same service. They supposedly emailed the document to me and I never got it. Checked spam folder.

The lack of customer service is amazing! The lady who works there is nothing but rude and unprofessional, she has taken my phone from my hands on more than one occasion and speaks over the customer. I would rather eat the fees @ Fed Ex than process a free return for amazon at this location again.

Real smart UPS! I ordered things from CVS to be delivery at my home because I have Covid and what do you do? You delivery it to CVS where I have to go inside to pick it up!!! That makes a lot of sense!

I have been coming to this Ups store for about 2 years they have recently changed owners or staff and the new lady every time I come in it’s an issue with her the previous workers where friendly and helpful, but the new ones are not. Not sure if it’s a language barrier or what it is but today was the last time I go back to this Ups store. Bad customer service.

Bullies! Under new, horrible management. Dont take amazon returns here. The owner will not allow you to return unless you buy a box from THEM. Amazon states that returns are to NOT BE boxed or labeled and he will argue with you until the end. I was very disrespected and so was my mother who was pushed to tears after he was so rude to her a couple months back. Never had an issue with this store until new management took over. Do NOT pay his $4.40. Plus tax. He is lying and bullying people into buying an unnecessary box. Take it to the one at Afton village...no box or label needed. Hope someone from corporate sees this and sets him straight because he is WRONG.

Do not use this location. It has gone downhill since the owners changed. I shipped a heavy package with them, paying them to pack. It was destroyed in shipping and now Patel will do nothing to help us recover our costs. He avoids my calls and will not help. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

I don’t think they are losing packages I think they are keeping the pages and not turning them ,they have loads and loads of packages in totes that hasn’t been shipped .this location needs to be investigated . The foreign man didn’t want to give me a receipt when I took a package in the store saying they don’t give receipts.i think they keeping the packages and selling or using them for their families

The new management of this store is terrible!!! I have been using this store for 7 yrs and now I drive across town for all of my shipping needs now. They do not have a system in place to handle various customer needs, and they are rude to customers. The old owners were fantastic and always courteous and efficient. On top of the hassle to even ship something and the bad customer service, packages take days to actually update and ship out. If you have a resale business on eBay, Poshmark, or Mercari do not use the location to ship packages. Its sad to see such a great company get ran into the ground by people who have no clue as to what they are doing.

I was a customer here for 4 years. I own a small business and used the notary and sending packages. The people running the place now have no clue what is going on. Run spend your money somewhere else!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Staff seriously didnt know what they were doing. They were scatter brain all over the place. Came here to drop off my last spectrum box since the Actual Store Dont take them anymore🙄. Or so they say. I think spectrum is just mad, because everyone is leaving their lying extremely high company in the dark & moving on to Roku & streaming. A hell of a lot cheaper & its just common sense to stream instead of footing $200.00 bucks a month. GOODBYE SPECTRUM, & hopefully Ill never have to return to this UPS STORE ever again 🙄

She took the time to help and explain everything thoroughly even though she knew I wasnt going to be a paying customer, thats enough to make anyone googo of their way to come here, you dont get that kind of personal touch just anywhere.Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful with a personal touch pretty much sums it up.

Went there to get some paperwork notarized. They wouldn’t do it because they had to clear out other customers in line even though we were in line. I wouldn’t go there for anything to be notarized because it’s not important enough to them to take care of your business. Other customers are more important. They just lost our business. We waited 30 minutes to be told they probably couldn’t get to us today because other customers take priority.

Lady with short spike hair extremely rude to everyone waiting except a customer she apparently knows and three times was acknowledging him in a respectful way while treating the other customers ( 4-5) with a very callous attitude! Only gave one star because they actually took my package

I had an extremely good visit, I came to drop off a package that was going to be delivered to Georgia and it got there very fast. If you ask the employee to give you a receipt you can enter the number on your receipt and track your package! Will definitely come back!

Great experience with this location. I shopped around several places to compare quality and pricing of printing services. This place had the best prices around especially when comparing the type of paper they use. I was a little skeptical about the quality since the pricing was so good. However, after picking up the print job I found the quality was some of the Best I have ever had made. Pricing & Quality was great. I would highly recommend this location for any of your printing needs. Everyone there is courteous & professional.

Ive been a customer of this particular UPS store for over five years now. They always offer exceptional print quality, lightning fast turn around time and on top of that the owners and employees are great people. When ever Ive had paintings packed and shipped by them they always take care of my art and ship with care as well. There is a reason I drive thirty minutes to visit their store when I have another UPS store within walking distance of my house. Gary and Glenda offer excellent service at a very reasonable price.

Ive only been coming to this location for about a month now, but compared with the other UPS stores I would go to, this one is top notch. Employees are always friendly, and always willing to help me cart my large boxes inside. Its worth the extra bit of a drive for me to come to this location, knowing that the customer service is always up to par.

This is the only UPS Store that I have ever been to that does not have WiFi or a computer that you can use. This store does the bare minimum to help the client. I could not return an item due to having poor service on my phone and the lady at the store said I can’t help you but you can come back later and see if it can go through on your phone. If your phone does not have good service or for whatever reason you need a computer to conduct your business do not come here. The best UPS Store is in Mint Hill, NC! This store could learn somethings from that store.

Associate named Glenda had a snide manner with me while I was attempting to pick up a package that was rerouted to her store location. Apparently whomever actually delivers UPS parcels is not affiliated with the store location, and I was recommended to call the 800 number. Ill be doing that shortly. That being said, Im still leaving the entirety of my complaint because I believe that answer is bureaucratic nonsense. The UPS delivery person left a note on my door as a first attempt, leaving the address with which to pick up my package at the 349 Copperfield Blvd. location but also stating they would attempt to redeliver. I signed the back thereby giving my permission to leave said package if I was not home. I received an email that next day (mind you, the note was clearly on the door signed to leave) that they had attempted a 2nd delivery but no one was home. Well, that was awfully surprising to me since I had been home the entire day, and had the note on the door making me being home unnecessary for delivery. Ive read various reviews about the UPS delivery in the area that this is commonplace for them to lie.I showed up at the store to have the associate tell me it couldnt be there. When I showed her the slip stating her location, she told me it MUST be because they attempted several deliveries. I stated they had not. She wanted my photo ID, which is fine, but then when my ID address was not up to date she wanted to deny me my package. Apparently its easier to vote in a Republican state than pick up a package that not only has your name on it, but also youve got the UPS package slip with MATCHING SIGNATURE as on your photo ID. This was altogether an extremely unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient process further aggravated by really crummy customer service. She never smiled. She was short and snide in her tone. There was not an ounce of conciliatory service. I have 3 packages I need to send out today. Ill be driving over to Fed Ex now.Update: Fed Ex was fantastic, and was everything UPS wasnt. It doesnt matter the rules, if youve got abysmal service youve missed the point as a business. If your associate had been even marginally helpful or kind this wouldnt be a bad review. Train your workers better.

Great Customer Service. Went out of their way to insure my package arrived at its destination in a timely manner despite my mistake of giving them the wrong street number. When I called the Store the next morning to inform them of my error, they had already tracked the package, noticed the exception, informed UPS and had the package routed to the correct address. Great Job.

Dishonest! You cant come here and ask an simple straight forward question such as if the mail has gone out yet. Its more important for them to ring up another sale then let you walk out the door. Also you should know their prices hare highly inflated. I was told it was actually cheaper to overnight a birthday card then it was to do next day air. The price I was told was $42!!! Im not falling for it!

I just want to comment on the review left by Luke Ofeimun about this Store. I was in the Store having a Fax sent when he came in. The only rudeness that was displayed was from him. He was arrogant and disrespectful to the lady that was working there. She was professional at all times. It amazes me how someone can post comments like he did that are completely opposite of the way things happen just to try and make someone else look like the problem. This is one of the most professional and friendly UPS stores that I have visited and I have been to quite a few during my business travels.

Customer service is on point. You can ship a package anywhere, but they go out of their way to make your experience as smooth as possible. And if you need a name tag, brochures or gift packaging they have you covered as well.

To the owner..... since you felt the need to explain... let me restate that I did not need it packed....nor did I need the person in your store to do it. And I called UPS customer service... your 2-3 day boxes are free. I didnt need the other box.... you can justify it all you like but the facts are your store ripped me off and I didnt figure it out in time. You are a poor representation of UPS and I have no problem telling you that you are misinformed. You justify poor service instead of trying to make it right.Very disappointed at service. I had a prepaid return label and was told I could send back and just to go to stores and get a box. So this store charged me $9.00 for that service. When I asked why... I was told these are standard fees. That is untrue and your store should be ashamed of themselves.

I should have read the comments before I had a package shipped to this store. I am an biomedical engineer and my company has a coporate UPS account. I have shipped parts all over the United States before via UPS with no issues. I was working on a time sensitive issue in Concord NC and decided to ship to this store as it is on my way to the hospital. It was supposed to arrive on Friday and I was the first customer in the parking lot. I was told by a person in the store that packages have not arrived yet. No worries, Ill come back. I did track my package and discovered that it would be delivered on Monday due to a rerouting snafu. Ok, still no worries. On Tuesday, I went to the store and a very unpleasant lady took one look at me and told me that my package was not there. I showed her the tracking information and that it was delivered and signed for on Monday. She told me to register in access point. I then called UPS and after about 45 mins, the representative, who was quite pleasant asked to speak with the lady at the store. On speaker phone, the person at the store told the UPS representative that they refused the package because THE STORE was not registered on access point. Not sure why the person I spoke with on Friday didnt seem it necessary to inform me of this detail. So here I am, with no clue where my package is, haven had the worst UPS store encounter I have ever had. Use this store at your own peril, I know this is my last time I would ever consider this establishment. They obviously dont want my kind around there, nor do I want to be there. I am quite content driving an extra 15 minutes to another, much more friendly store.

UPS showed me that they only care about their income, and specially this office. I went there to send a one page letter to another country. They asked me to make it business package to be sure it will arrive onetime. they charged me over $130 and told me it will arrive to the destination on Thursday morning. The package was delayed till next week Tuesday and did not arrive to my wife intime.I went to them and asked for the refund, the owner said we will check and call you on Monday morning for sure.... NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called USP center, they said you have to go to the shop you gave them them the package. SO 130 USD lost, not even a call back or apology. That was my last time working with UPS. at least FedEX does not promise unless it keeps it to my experience.

Visited this location for an Amazon return. Per the return code I did not need to have the item in the original packaging; however, I brought the item in the original box it arrived, unopened.The woman at the register did not want to accept the return, claiming my item was not in the original box. I confirmed it was, then she asked me what items I was returning. I confirmed the item and she says I had to purchase a new box because the one I had was not functional enough - completely false.After several attempts to upcharge me, she finally relented. Her tone was unprofessional and her attempt to not process my return in lieu of an upcharge was completely unethical.
