The store needs good display of the items, the way it is now is not displayed professionally. They need good manager or owners.

Good product return from Target and Costco👍 and affordable but they have a very rude manager and not friendly crew and staff they dont have a customer service quality. Races White manager please open up your mind Manager and Crew your customer is not only white people. All we need is Love ❤️ patience and understanding.

Some pretty good deals out of here how about a light for my daughter which was pretty reasonable and a lot of other stuff that they have brand names also

We shop here sometimes. Today was terrible! We went in and it seemed everyone had the same idea. No one stayed 6 ft apart during this pandemic. I had a lady stand directly behind me to see the thing I was looking at. I couldnt even take one step back without bumping into her. The patrons didnt care about the lines at the check stand either! They should have regulated how many people were allowed in at a time. Very nerve racking!

I purchased a crock pot from Heroic and when it turns on and warms the temp / time led screen spins in circles. It was beyond their 14 day return policy and living down the street I tend to be a regular customer with multiple family members. So the item was defected and the manager would not exchange nor return the item. Horrible customer service and I would be weary about buying defected items with a 14 day return policy. Going forward I will be purchasing directly from Costco with an honorable warranty.

Ive been here at least a handful of times. The selection is hit or miss. It depends on what youre looking for. The clothing is priced fair depending on what youre looking for. The shoes are the same. Some items are a bit more than I would pay for it, but everyone has their own idea of what a good deal is. The food selection is part of the hit or miss. They usually have a good selection of furniture. The best way to find out about their inventory is to follow them on Facebook. They post everyday what new items have arrived.

Great place. Got a 700$ portable ac for 300, got my bed here, bi weekly dog food runs for 15$ a bag less than anyplace else. Love.shoping here n picking up random deals.

I love the prices this place has for the things they sell there. Just too bad that the way sum items are stored to be difficult to go thru but I guess thats why sum things are a good price if you like hunting for items . All in all I like this store.

Costco seconds sale shop, what more could you want? Essentially a the random finds of a thrift shop but ‘new’ items from Costco.Don’t want to go to Costco and need three loose cans of chunk chicken, a couch, and a toaster oven from the same place. They got you.

Always rotating selection of Costco returned items and one offs. Excellent place to shop for larger items like furniture and appliances. Store is constantly changing with the stock. Fun to visit. Parking lot is a nightmare though.

What a great little hole-in-the-wall store. Amazing prices for what they have. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection is hit or miss so you have to visit often to find some gems. The store is a little cluttered and messy is my only complaint, but thats a small price to pay for the low price on goods and the exceptional service!

The lady that runs it couldnt be anymore rude and shes a top off. I bought a pair of jeans and they smell like CAT PEE!!!!!! FOR THE$12 I SPENT, I COULDNT GONE TO GOODWILL AND BOUGHT TWO PAIRS THAT DONT SMELL LIKE CAT PEE!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE ITS JUST A WATER OF MONEY!!!!! AND THE OWNER IS RUDE AND ALWAYS ROLLING HER EYES AT PEOPLE! ATLEAST THE KIDS ARE NICE

Great place...Outstanding prices on furniture...out of box pieces from Costco...I bought a beautiful leather recliner...a staff member said it would have been $499 at Costco...I got it for $199 less 20% Memorial day sale...had a small tear in leather...which you cant even notice...Ill definitely be back

I hate this place, not because of the stuff they sell but the people that works there! I cant believe they did not allow me to use my debit card because I did not have my ID. that I had it kept with my passport due to travelling reasons lately. I had other cards that bears my name but to no luck they did not allow me to use my debit card. I was only purchasing $28 value of goods. I am presently working in a multi million dollar company and would choose to give consideration in this matter.I dont care going back to this store ever again!

Tried to support local neighborhood store. I bought a pair of shoes and shorts and lost the receipt the same day. Items didnt fit and they wouldnt take store credit or let me exchange for the correct size - I wont be shopping there again.

With one exception sealed box of 6 glass high quality solar lights missing ______ 5 stake! Sadly I opened box 3 weeks later waaay beyond the return things-time.

The smaller merchandise is good, great prices but the employees attitude is ridiculous. I was purchasing a folding wagon and asked if they did holds. They said no because they’re limited in space (fair enough). I then asked if I could open it up and use it as a cart to place my items in it. They said yes, so I did when I went to pay, the cashier was rude to my sister asking about an open toy package (one of those foil surprise things) that was in the cart when we got there and when my sister explained to her it wasn’t hers and it had been there all along, she had an attitude about it. When I payed I placed my items on the counter my son placed a packet of candies on the counter for her to ring up and rudely threw them on the counter back to him once she checked the price. Once she started ringing me up I said “The wagon too.” Well she must have not heard because she rang me up and then when I was about to leave she goes, oh, I didn’t get the cart with an accusatory voice. I said okay, and payed for it but I did tell her that she must not have heard me earlier when I said “the wagon too.” I also saw the cashier talking to other Latina ladies that she possibly knows about merchandise and what was new in-store with a totally different attitude. Prices for bigger ticket items are good but close enough to Costco’s prices that it isn’t worth giving up the generous return policy to save a few bucks. They could have a repeat customer in me; however, with that attitude and poor customer service, I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

I would give them zero stars if I could.I shop here a lot but todays experience is aweful I might not be going back. The lady with blonde hair and the Hispanic looking lady were complaining about me opening up a queen sheet set which was on clearance because one sheet was missing, mind you they were talking while the cashier was ringing up my stuff. Its very funny because the only reason why I opened it was because I took it up front to the cashier and asked her if I could open it because I dont know if a fitted sheet was missing or a flat sheet because it was hard to tell. Well she gave me the okay to do it because it was on clearance because it was missing something. The blonde lady which might one of the people in charge and the Hispanic lady stood behind the cashier complaining. Such racists people its sad because I always shop here and whatever I purchase here and yes Ive purchased a lot of blankets here, I dont return them. Maybe some people have done returns or opened up stuff but not me and yet I was the one who got the nasty attitude and dirty looks.Im never going back to this place and to everyone else be very carefully these people are racists against Pacific Islanders especially the white blonde lady in charge and the Hispanic looking lady.
