Laser Technologies of Concord, MA recently repaired my HP5000N - a marvelous laser printer, but made 20+ years ago. They did an outstanding job - including a thorough cleaning. It is hard to find service for these older printers, but ours remains the workhorse of our small office.

If you value good customer service and a boss who values their customers, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANYThe owner is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever met, complete lack of common decency. The other employees are the only saving grace about this business.

Laser Technologies is a great place to work, and it looks like the negative reviews were done by an ex-employee that has nothting better to do with their time.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the laser provided, not only did it not improve the quality of my prints, it makes a terrible whizzing noise like one of those bicycles with a playing card stuck in the wheel. Would not recommend unless you are looking for a good white noise machine.
