I went to Valley Audiology when I was in tears due to frustration with severe hearing loss, ineffective previous hearing aids and only MediCal for insuranceI was treated with compassion and respect.Debbie fitted me with ear molds and subsequently in ear hearing aids that were fully covered by my insurance.Fir the first time in 10 years I could hear like a fully functioning human being.I have had a couple of adjustments and a rapid response repair recently. Leigh was excellent in helping me try out new mini hearing aids last year. It was determined at the time that I did not need them. However, when I do need help I will go back to Valley Audiology.

Nice guy tested my ears. But they wanted 5X the price of other options for the hearing aids. They were goo about just handing me my results.
