Lots of nice sales going on! The store itself is a bit small, so even though it wasnt that busy, it felt crowded. This store is old, so the aisles are small as well. The guy that served us at the Deli didnt seem to be having a good day, but our cashier and bagger were so friendly and polite. Will definitely go again for our shopping needs, but will try to find a time it isnt so busy.

Prices have become so high it is difficult to feed a family. Since I go in there so frequently Im very aware of significant jumps in prices, especially around the holidays and in the summer. Im sure many others have noticed this also. Very few bargains left at the Market Basket I used to love. I buy far less than I used to and buy canned vegetables in bulk at Sams Club.

Start is always helpful and courtious. Friendly manager, easy to get in and out quickly.

Great selection and super helpful people. AND...I was Wowed at the price of pot roast. $4.99 vs $6.59-$6.79 at Walmart. Thats a lot. Bought 3.

I love shopping here plus they are cheaper then my home town store sullys I got everything I needed and it didnt cost me as much as it would of if I were of shopped at sullys in allenstown nh so thats why I love shopping at Market basket for sure. I shop at Sams club to but thats when I want to get my stuff in bulk and some stuff that I cant get at market basket in bulk that they dont carry in bulk.

Market Basket is very easy to shop at, even now! The branch on Fort Eddy Rd is bigger but this branch is MORE than adequate.The employees are incredibly helpful & knowledgeable!A wonderful shopping experience was had!

I am very new to the area and I went to the older market basket there I think this is the one customer service was very mean the guy in the deli was very fresh to me I was not happy with the workers there at all! Maybe cuz they dont really want to work with unemployment!

Id go here more often if the parking lot and store interior wasnt so chaotic due to tight spaces and not enough room to maneuver. I cant stand the swarms of humanity in the aisles and the crowded floor plan. Its kind of like what grocery stores were like 20 years ago.

It is what it is. Limited selection many items. Hit or miss availability items one would expect to be had. No matter being the only grocery store this side of town Im grateful it exists at all.

Its okay. Definitely an old school Market Basket. Not a huge selection in the produce and meat department. One thing that caught me off guard was a Manager on the floor openly talking about an employee he didnt seem to fancy in the produce department. As a customer we shouldnt be hearing that kind of conversation. I wouldnt have really noticed if he and another employee hadnt cut me off and not acknowledge the fact. Also had a cashier say how many of these do you have, dude hahaha. Something Ive noticed at multiple Market Basket locations are cashiers carrying on personal conversations with the baggers. I know the work is repetitive (worked retail and retail management on front end) but customer interaction is important. I find the older cashiers are not like this. Its definitely a learning curve for the younger generation.

This is a great place to shop for great prices and great value. Find organic and unique items for your recipes that require unique items. Not ro crowded on a week day in the mornings,,,, just saying.

Market Basket was great. I wanted Friendlys Maple Walnut ice cream and didnt find any so purchased a few items. Noticed everyone wearing masks, which was great.

This is a smaller Market Basket, but they still have a great variety of items. The produce is very fresh and much less expensive than some other grocery stores. My only complaint is that the employees could definitely be friendlier, and the store is in a somewhat sketchy location with people constantly loitering around the entrance and sidewalk of the store. I would not feel comfortable coming here after dark.

Everything was good and there wasnt anything I couldnt find. Checkout lines were 2-3 deep but moved along well. There were some technical difficulties processing the check and the manager was very helpful. Everyone was pleasant and it wasnt too full at 3pm on a Wednesday.

Well run! Wish there were more options for prepared hot food as I go there for lunch sometimes. Other than that, friendly staff and overall very clean!

Price wise cant beat. But its always packed no mater what time you go!!!!

The store and employees were great. Some people cannot read and do what they want. These people only care about themselves. I would love to see them thrown out. We need to follow rules and directions to keep us and employees safe.

Not my favorite Market Basket. The parking lot isnt level and is kind of a free for all. I had a shopping cart pushed into my car. The store doesnt have the same level of variety as their other stores.

Love the little Market Basket. Aisles are a little narrow but not bad at a less busy time. The cashiers are friendly. I know where everything is pretty much. Parking area is good and big.

I have been a customer of market basket for my entire life, always choosing market basket over competitors brands, but today, that ends. A new mask mandate has been made inside the stores, but a lack of enforcement of this policy puts peoples lives at risk. employees have reported being at risk of losing their jobs for sticking up for their own safety and asking people to wear masks. Go somewhere else if you care about your health.

Smaller store, older and somewhat cramped. Not a wide variety of items, but decent prices.

They had what I needed prise was the best in town , a quick in and out happy about that even with wearing the mask !

I usually go here to grab groceries, as of late I have noticed I have lost at least one of my items every time Ive gone here and paid for. The third time I found out the pint of icecream I bought wasnt in the bag when I got back from walking home. I walk back 30min later after they were closing up shop and asked the manager working, who was right at checkout with these two gentlemen at the register about it and although he handled himself in a polite and professional manner he seemed to be rushing me out.If you go here, get a recite and double check your bags. Hope no one else goes through this problem.

For the most part the prices are good.

This Market Basket location is much smaller than most other Market Basket locations. That being said, there isnt as much of a product selection as other locations. If you are looking for a bakery or fresh seafood counter this location isnt for you. Because the store is much smaller than other locations the isles are much smaller, less employees, less customers shopping and usually only has 2 or 3 checkouts operating at a time. The cleanliness is also subpar as compared to other locations. Nevertheless if you are looking for a quick shopping trip and shorter lines this is the stop for you.

This Market Basket is nice because its smaller than most but its size limits the products and variety. I am amazed how they use every available space for product but sometimes you find things where you dont expect them (spices above a freezer section). Tonight I was amazed and pleased to find an item here that is not carried at the larger MB on Ft Eddy Rd. So while not the biggest MB (thats in Tilton), it still is MB and the best prices around!

Im a big fan of market basket. The staff are always helpful and the prices are great.This market basket, although, is not really up to par in terms of product availability. While 90% of what people would commonly need is here, its actually quite difficult to find slightly less-common items.In general, its fine for a daily store, but if you have something special in mind, the market basket up by Ft Eddy or even the Shaws/Hannaford up that way is better suited to meet your needs.

Least expensive place in New England to buy groceries. The lines are horrific but the staff works hard to keep them moving. The in-store cafe offers surprisingly delicious pastries, sandwiches, and pizzas.

This is a really really tiny Market basket in the middle of downtown Concord that is within walking distance of downtown. Limited product selection but cheap Market Basket prices. The inside hasnt changed since the 1980s.

My go to grocery store when I need to do a big shopping.

Its small and doesnt seem to have alot that Im looking for but employees are helpful and friendly.

I have to say, this Market Basket still has that old neighborhood feel to it most days. It is a much smaller store than the ones being built, so selection can be slightly limited. Yet, despite its size, it manages to feel cozy rather than cramped, and the staff helps give it the neighborly feel that you would find back in the 80s and 90s. If I am in Concord, I would go here before the one on the other side of rt95 by Lowes.

Good value great staff still good hasnt changed still great, 5/31 MB had a decent selection of meats. Didnt have MB MB raspberry jam. 11/25 had everything needed including raspberry jam. 12/28 Well stocked busy. As previously reported, busy friendly, well stocked. Only thing I could ask for is for it to closer to my house (lol).

More for Your Dollar! I have been shopping at this location regularly for years (more so the Fort Eddy Road location though). This one has the kind and friendly staff you expect at Market Basket.The building certainly does show its age and can feel cramped in certain areas. Doesnt have as much to offer as the other Concord location.

The manager is extremely rude and I wouldnt refer anyone to this grocery. The only good thing is that it is normally in and out quick. I have got bad meat there a few times, come to think of it. Sorry but truthful.

If I could give this store a zero I would. Way to crowded, small aisles and horrible employees in the past year. I keep thinking each trip will be better then my last but only gets worse. Every check out there are young kids complaining about life issues, crying because her boyfriend dumped her and the manager wont let her leave and none of the young cashiers pay attention to the customer! This is getting worse and something needs to change. I now refuse to go to this store because of my last experience there. I now pay more to get better customer service!
