When I walked in I immediately noticed how clean and how nice this pawn shop was. Not many look like this. I was greeted by Jose. I have never pawned or sold anything so this was a first time experience for me. Jose was more than helpful. He explained the whole process to me and even let me vent about my situation. Carlos came to approve the transaction and was very helpful when Jose and I had questions. I will definitely use this place again if I ever need to sale or pawn anything. They are very helpful, thorough and super nice people. Highly recommend them.

This is the most organized and cleanest pawn shop Ive been to. Let me just tell you that the customer service experience you get there is great. Ms. Roberta was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about all the items I asked about. She gave me a great deal on 3 items I purchased in the store. They also have a ton of great deals going on. I will be recommending others and returning to this location again for my next purchases.

This was my first time dealing with a pawn shop, so I was worried I was going to walk out with far less than I was expecting. However, they looked through my items, took some time to research and came back with more than my asking price.They were friendly, no pressure tactics and quickly processed my items.Definitely a great experience if you are needing to offload your items for a fair price (or better).

Roberta was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. After rounding up items to take to donate, decided to go thru my jewelry box as well & came up w/several pieces I no longer want but thought maybe worth a lil something. I took them to Carolina Mall to the jeweler w/the sign that says “We buy silver”. He was extremely rude & made me feel so stupid & embarrassed. I left but kept it all in my purse for wks & finally worked up the nerve to try National Pawn b4 donating it all. It was such a positive experience & she made me so comfortable & glad to be there. I was shocked at the $ I walked out with!!! I also noticed all the other staff who were treating others the same courteous, pleasant, respectful way!!

Today was my second time visiting this location. The first time I came, I received assistance from Carlos. He was very pleasant, helpful and hilarious lol During today’s visit, I received assistance from Sarah. She was also very pleasant and helpful and even laughed at my corny jokes lol I loved seeing how all of the employees interacted with eachother as well. You can definitely tell that they treat eachother like family and for me I feel like that brings a very easy going and inviting feel to any establishment. I will definitely be returning in the future and anyone who hasn’t checked them out yet is really missing out!

I lefted there with a purchase and 2 layaways Lol..My sales assistant Roberta greeted me and took her precious time with me (about 45 mins)..helping me pock out some jewelry. Debated which pawn shop to trying just recently moving to Concord. This one had the best reviews and I was not disappointed. Everyone was so kind and helpful at this location. My transaction ended up taking more time than expected, which made them stay past closing. They were still very nice and never made us feel anyway about making them stay later.
