Oh My Gosh. My Sweet Husband got me this 3D Crystal cube with my Sweetest Snorkie Toby. He has diabetes and isnt always well. I wanted one of these to always have him. Hes been the Best Dog Friend Ive ever had in my life. I Love him so much. Hopefully hell be with me for years to come. This is a Great Place for any photos that you want to do. They were very reasonable in pricing VERY NICE GOOD PEOPLE. AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT, AWESOME JOB ON MY CRYSTAL. I GIVE THEM 10 STARS. BEAUTIFUL WORK. I purchased 3 innovations in Concord Mills two years. One of them was the gift for my daughters high school graduation. It did not look like my daughter at all.I contacted the sales person, he found all the excuses to not correct the mistakes they made. And he did not respond to me in the end. This GIFT sit on my desk, everyday it reminds me how terrible service this company provided.I suggest everyone DO NOT use them.

I ordered a product for $300 for a wedding in another state. I Was promised by the owner to have it by 12pm if I expedited the order for $40 extra. The order was not there, a good customer service gesture would have been take the $40 of the the total but the store manager refused. Do not buy anything from here if it is time sensitive.
