I simply cant say enough good things about Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. Everyone we worked with at all stages were professional, friendly, responsive and responsible. Many time Palazzo went above and beyond for us. We started with a master bath and kitchen remodel and then went on to have them do the rest of our house. I was always afraid of the horror stories of renovation, but I can honestly say this experience was a pleasure and I would recommend Palazzo to anyone for a job large or small. We love our new home and look forward to making many happy memories in the beautiful new space. I only wish we had found Palazzo sooner.

We did not know much about countertop fabrication process when we started looking for a company who can install new countertops to our recently remodeled kitchen. There was not that many options in our area, but after some research we found Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. They had great reviews, competitive prices, located in a reasonable distance from our house and were open Saturdays, which was a huge plus for us. After a couple of visits to their store and talking to a business owner, Felipe, we have learned a lot and understood the whole process much better. Felipe was very helpful and took all our requests with personal attention.The slabs that we selected were extremely difficult to work with due to color and pattern variations, but Felipe and his crew went above and beyond to produce a wonderful end result! While providing great recommendations regarding the layout and seam matching, they never forced their opinion and always asked for our approval before starting any work. The fabrication process was completed in time and installation was quick and smooth.After all, we are very happy with our new countertops and would recommend Palazzo Kitchens and Baths to anyone.

Customer service is top knotch and they do a great job of designing and allowing the customer to make changes ... we are going back for our second remodel with them.Their stuff is a bit pricy but the quality compensates... You get what you pay for

Rebecca came to our house to give a consultation and was rude to my mother the entire time, filling the short 15 minutes she was present with passive-aggressive quips and side comments on our kitchen. They seem like they do good work from the other reviews, if you can deal with the unprofessionalism.

Palazzo remodeled our master bathroom last year and redid our kitchen lighting. We highly recommend them. They were very professional and efficient. The design of the master bathroom in particular was brilliant -- an elegant and very creative use of space. Their workers are very reliable and highly skilled, and their workmanship is first rate. So not only was the design excellent, but the execution, as well. And when we had questions later (concerning third-party vendors, not Palazzo), Palazzo spent considerable time and energy straightening things out. We are very happy with them.

Weve done a lot of flip properties in the past so usually shop low budget kitchen and bath shops. We were on our way to a competitors business when we saw Palazzo store front and decided to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised. They had a really nice selection of kitchen and bath Cabinets; stone and hardware. The pricing was slightly higher than the budget shops but so much superior in quality we were shocked. We were also extremely happy with the help we received; Personally greeted when we entered the store and follow up when we had questions. The hands on attention to detail with design and finish is not what we were accustomed too. We hired Palazzo for the bathroom remodel job and everything went perfect. From helping pick the merchandise, ordering, scheduling and installation. The owner, Felipe, personally followed up from beginning to end; very nice touch.We will continue to use Palazzo now as our first choice and recommend them too everyone.Jim & Liz Wilson

We just completed our kitchen project. Palazzo Kitchen and Bath was amazing throughout. Palazzo did our countertops, sink and faucet. We are so happy and proud of the results. I had to do some work on my home. I heard great reviews on Palazzo. So I went there to purchase some of our materials. They had great prices, were very knowledgeable and the products came in quick. We also had them do our kitchen countertops. No regrets there. They did a beautiful job. They had one problem area because I have a bay window, but they made it look great. I wish I had them do my other areas because the only thing that went in with out issues was my kitchen countertops.

What can I say – I have been renovating my house for two years now and though I am doing most of the work myself, I need to hire contractors to do certain things that I just can’t do. Kitchen counter-tops is one of those items. I deeply researched and interviewed many fabricators in the Bay Area and finally settled on Palazzo. Felipe is an absolute star! Felipe has taken the time to unilaterally offer his assistance and to respond to all questions during both my material selection and the actual fabrication and install. I asked A LOT of questions. He even came up with ideas and solutions that has saved me many hundreds of dollars. No other contractor has been so available, helpful and thoughtful -period! Yesterday was installation day and it went quickly. The result is just perfect. I focus on the details and Felipe’s crew delivered. Palazzo are doing my kitchen island also (after I build it) and I just know the counter top will be perfect. What I recommend to others needing counter-tops or the entire kitchen is: use this company! You will not be disappointed.

For the past 5 years, Felipe has been our trusted friend and designer. He has taken the time to listen, and therefore, completely understands and caters to our needs. Through his expertise in design and knowledge of products, he has created the total package. His incredible sense of space, color, and design, coupled with bits of whimsy, has created a place for us, one we love to call home.

My wife and I recently undertook a project to remodel our bathrooms in our high rise. We contracted with Palazzo Kitchens and Baths who had previously done some remodeling work for us. Although the project was complicated by the restrictions of the city, we were very happy with the quality of work and adherence to our agreed upon schedule.We found Felipe and his team easy to work with and kept their commitments. I strongly recommend them for kitchen remodeling project!!

As soon as I walked in the lady behind the counter looked at me (And perhaps because I was in dirty tennis shoes-since Im in a middle of a remodel, Duh!) decided I was not worth her time, not even to say Hello, welcome in! She quickly picked up the phone and just held it to her ear for a good 7 minutes. Then I walked around the show room and had to take out my personal measuring tape to get information on toilets before a guy finally walked over and asked if I needed help. He clearly was either tired or again decided I was not there to purchase because he didnt even shake my hand or ask me what I needed...just very distant and short with answers. Was quick to tell me to look at their website even though I personally handed him the sale by telling him I need a matching vanity for this $700 toilet. I had to ask for his name and extend MY HAND out to greet him the correct way! Thanks Victor for nothing!The store has beautiful faucets and items but they didnt want my business.Btw, I am remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen-new cabinets.

Cant say enough good things about Palazzo! Im not sure words can express enough about the quality of the work; especially the attention to detail and finishing of each area. They are very careful not to miss anything down to the last cover plate. I had a most interesting Winter with three rooms and you guessed it: The Kitchen, Master Bath and Guest Bathroom. The Interior Design partnership with Kiersti Matejka was brilliant! Ive worked with two other firms and integrity is very important when it comes to scheduling, resources and materials. Everything pretty much lined up perfectly! Any areas of concerened were immediately addressed and taken care of by the crew manager Arturo. The incredible group of professional contractors were very much in communication with me on all levels down to the last stud, pipe, wire, and drop of paint. All permits were pulled and all areas past inspection without a hitch! This was a very impressive endeavor and Kiersti took very good care of me. She stopped by periodically to handle any change requests and monitored the project closely keeping me informed of any schedule or materials changes due to weather or availability. The owner Felipe came by as well to hear all of my concerns and they were addressed within a week of final deliverables. Final payment was not processed until the end of the closing process (about a week after the punch list was completed) for all 3 projects! The custom cabinets came out better than expected! I love the selection of fixtures! What a difference to other projects completed in other homes in the past 20 years! This completed project actually makes me want to work from home more often. This was a 2 bed 2 bath, 2-story condo in Pleasant Hill. Built in the 1980s, this place was not up to code and needed a fair amount of updating to the electrical system. The updated power panel and distribution made quite a difference. The three rooms started in February and completed in May. I was able to move from one area to the other while they worked. They were very much respectful to the neighborhood and to my living situation during the projects. I would recommend them to anyone. Theres a reason why they have a waiting list. Now I understand and it was well worth the wait! Thank you and Palazzo!

I had Palazzo Kitchens redo my countertops, sink and backsplash in my kitchen. The process went very smoothly, and Im extremely happy with the results. Kiersti did a great job coordinating all aspects of the project. Even though she had an emergency and couldnt be available during the install, Felippe took over the project and made sure everything continued on schedule. The fabricators did an amazing job on the granite, and I felt comfortable having the workers in my home. They were very professional in every way. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
