I usually to to utilize their printing services. Robin is the best!!!

Very disappointed with the service here, I bought Jlab headphones from here, and within four days they stopped working. I tried to return these with the receipt in the same week and was not accommodated all, no refund or exchange. All I got was crazy and disgusted looks. Now Im just stuck with headphones that dont work. Needless to say, they definitely wont get my business again.

Aniel was an amazing employee at the store. I had an error with my business cards and she called and texted me until we got it fixed. She went WAY above and beyond to help me out and I cant thank her enough. She was amazing and made me certainly order the rest of my office items from this store instead of my normal one in Charlotte.

Wish I remembered names 🤦‍♀️I went here on two different occasions both for printing something for school. It was a link involved and I was having a difficult time. The young lady working that day was so helpful omg! Second time month later same situation, the store manager helped me tremendously!!! An employee mentioned-to her what I was trying to do, she jumped right in and took care of (my situation)right away...Effective customer service. 💯

I needed help getting my custom PC to work, and the manager (Will, I believe his name is) helped me and put Windows on it free of charge. They were absolutely stellar and were so helpful to me. Thank you Will, thank you to the tech guy, you guys are amazing. Highly recommend these people.

All I can say is the staff has always been amazing at this store. Im disappointed in my fellow Concordians for giving our Staples store only a 4.1. They are always upbeat and helpful whether Im there to buy a pen or a $2000 office computer. Just today I called to get a wireless mouse for my very particular 6 year old daughter. I needed something girly and pretty. Angel was definitely an Angel and saved the day. Thank you staples, from my computers to paper supplies and the seat Im sitting on writing this very review, you guys have me covered with a personal touch you cant get drop shipped. Thank you Thank you THANK YOU!!!

Don’t waste your time printing things here. This staples has like eight employees at any given time and still can’t help you. Just go to Fedex down the street, in the shopping center with Harris Teeter. There are only TWO girls working, but boy are they awesome. Katie or the other lady will greet you at the door and help you without any problems or ATTITUDE. Plus they have higher quality paper and machines, with affordable prices.

I came into the Staples Concord, NC store at the last minute trying to get a yard sign printed for my daughter’s virtual college graduation. Robin, who was working in prints was my life saver! She was calm, creative, patient and helped me to make a poster that I was then able to not only pick up the same day but a poster that I mounted to a pole and stuck in my yard. I had a second one in the house along with decorations to help to make this experience memorable for my daughter. Thank you Robin! In the age of Covid-19 people are stressed and you made this a positive design/printing experience for me and the final product was loved by our family!

I wish I could give zero stars. If ya want to go to a place run by kids to get adult things done this is the place for you. First everyone was standing around while this lady at the only working printer was obviously struggling. If you watch them on the camera all they did was tell another jokes on the walk-talkies while the front desk played on her phone. Next as I walked in with my kids she asks if I need help and I’m like I’m printing something no worries. She then makes a comment to another customer “if it is working” let me walk over there knowing it wasn’t. Her and her two other co workers were busy texting and making jokes on the walkie talkie while for prob ten mins this lady struggled. Only after the longest time did she help her and not to completion but to the next step she was unable to complete on her own. The front desk lady was rude and condescending also as I walked out saying she is a nice person, while texting on her phone.

Went in without mask. Had recently had surgery and temporarily could not wear mask. Treated poorly altho NC law allows medical exception. No help offered until I flagged an assistant. Not going back.

If youre going to print stuff in cardstock at this store, be aware and prepared to pay a fortune. First, I was asked to provide my phone number and personal information, which I refused to do. Then, I was charged for an express service I never requested nor was asked for. I asked the lady how much was per copy and she had no clue. My husband called the manager when he realized how much I was charged and he sounded as apathetic as his staff. Poor management...no wonder why they constantky change people at the printing department.

Horrible customer service and rude personnel! Avoid this place at all costs. Better to deal with delayed gratification with Amazon . Wont be surprised if this is another store that closes soon.

This location should just close. Always depleted of inventory. Nothing in stock, no matter what it is. I went in 4 separate times for 4 different things. Out each time. Just close.

Rude employees all around!! I have severe asthma and TS which means I cannot wear a mask. I came in to print my mask exemption form for school and the lady told be I had to put a mask on. I told her I couldn’t do my other option was to do curbside but I needed to be somewhere and I know curbside with this staples takes FOREVER. I was told to leave the premises because I wasn’t wearing my mask correctly. I have now called twice telling them I need a few forms printed and both times an employee told me to wait and just put me on hold. I called then a 3RD TIME when they answered I told them my name and they immediately hung up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Associates were so nice and very helpful. Found a filing cabinet on sale online. Went in hoping it was on sale in the store but it wasnt. Sales associate ordered it online for me and shipped it down to my business in South Carolina.

I go into this store to purchase a chair and walk around the chair section and try out chairs never once was I asked if I needed any assistance when I finally decided on the chair I wanted there was no associate in the store that could help me. This was a horrible experience and I wasn’t even able to get the chair I wanted because of them being out of stock.

They did an awesome job printing my blueprints in 2 x 3 size!

I will no longer shop here. I came to get an office chair for my desk since Office Depot was so expensive. Anyways, I guess since Im of latino descent the lady thats name is Anna or Anne (I couldnt see her nametag very well) was following me around the entire time. I was about to tell her that I wasnt there to steal anything. But I was very offended and Ive heard other people say that theyve experienced racists, particularly the store manager I hear. Anyways, I was going to purchase a laz-boy desk chair but I will not buy from a racist store. I also noticed that the only people that work there are white and the printer woman was rude to me as well when I told her that she had made a mistake in printing my documents. She told me that she was not obligated to make sure that my prints were good. I will take my money elsewhere.

Go here all the time for my document needs and even bought few office chairs and desk. I dont reccomend the EasyTech service but all the rest if fine.

They eyeballed me when i walked in, followed me around, i litterally had to tell them im not stealing anything and walk with my belongings in my hand like a suspect so they wouldnt think im stealing, staff harrased me but Carolina Mall in General has historically been discriminatory.

The lady at the shipping/printing area is extremely helpful.

I ask for help with the printer ink and the lady said this one works with every Canon copier. Nope it doesnt!

Copy center employee was rude and condescending. Rather did getting up out of her chair to come and see what the problem I was having when I first asked for help, she remained in her chair and sit someone else over.

I went to get something laminated and it was $14. They then told me the laminating machine was down. They were so rude. The process was horrible and time consuming. I went to office Max and got the job done for $6 in 5 minutes
